I moved to Chennai couple of months ago. I can't imagine how this food is rated 5 star! No idea of their daily menu but they cater food in my hostel everyday and it's absolutely under-quality. Stale, under cooked, late. It makes me cry. I don't understand is it just our food or people have really low expectations here!

They are basically have an online platform for ordering home like food. I recently added 500rs started ordering. Below is my experience with bitelite. 1. Pay U taken the money and not updated the bitelite. I need to call them and update the wallet by sending transaction I'd. They are asking don't do 500rs recharge it has problem then why you have 500 rs recharge option. 2. They pack in poor quality plastic. If you place hot sambar it actually melt. The box is not microwave oven standard. 3. On march 18 I placed order for 19th breakfast and dinner. They have closed due to covid issue. 4. I am absolutely fine that they closed. But the problem is they have not updated wallet for the detected amount. I am giving 1 star since poor food packing and poor web applications.

Poor customer service. I have ordered dinner for two weeks. Two time they delivered the different items. Due to rain they didn't deliver two times. If u call the customer care number, they won't pick the call. If u send mail, u won't get any response.

The service and the price was in par once... Now they have increased the price to 68rs for 4ps small dosa/idli..Even if u go out and eat and come it ll not cost u that much...I agree some 3 star restaurants are charging the price you are charging... but 68rs for breakfast is not acceptable.. Also swiggy pop is 50rs for breakfast...which has 1 plain dosa (big)+2pc idli+1pv vada....

Taste is of home made reasonable price .

We ordered lunch and sharing our experience below: 1) Food delivery was on time! 2) Taste is not good. 3) Portion of the lunch meal is insufficient for 124/- 4) Packaging is poor. This service will be successful if they are prepared to maintain the quality!

I am writing my first review in Chennai. Never came across any service that is worth the time to write a review ! However , Bitelite is an exception. It gives the tastiest home made food. Its a savior for People who had come from North. It gives really good food ( Their chapatis are actually the cahapatis ! ). Service is exceptional . They are simply too kind and polite to address all your issues ! Thanks.

Brings mom's food to home no other words to express

I am from North India. I moved in Chennai for a first time. I was looking for the tiffin lunch, but it was difficult to find places. I finally found this web site of Bitlite. I ordered lunch that brought me at the office. I am very happy that ate it that is delicious like homemade that I will order again. Thank you, Bitelite so much for your help and well service.

Not good very Spicy. Ordered both South Indian Lunch & North Indian Lunch based on reviews posted here but my experience was totally opposite.

This is a genuine review, you believe it or not, they are not professional in service. They have a lot of issues, you can't reach customer service number easily, your recharge towards wallet won't get success, getting refund of your money is very tough, they use PayU as their payment gateway which is the worst ever gateway in the world.. I request do not go to them.

Excellent quality food. Not spicy not oily as hotel food. Just as home food! Really good packing too. Their website is simple and rocks. Recommend subscription!

We have ordered food for about 15 Packs on Sep 3rd 2021, first time with no experience before with Bitelite. But the Managers promising words made us to do. And to be frank they keep up their words. The food was OUTSTANDING !, and unbelievable packing. I haven't found any Hotel who could offer such a quality food at such an affordable price, and not compromising on the packing or delivery. They arrived an hour before we expected it. This had made me to order blindly the second time for 20, and they did it GREAT !. I really appreciate the dedication towards the customers from Bitelite. They are now on my top list to source home food !. Thank you Bitelite and Team. Keep up the good work. And you guys are fantabulous !!!

Menu is good. Extras item are easy to choose specific item. Vegetable poriyal is worst especially potato and veg stew. And they deliver too early. For example If I ordered lunch they will deliver before 11 AM. Breakfast before 7 AM.

Bitelite beriyani is very special. And food is like home made and healthy manu.....

Fantastic service they provide that too in this lock down period. Tasty and hygienically packed food delivered promptly. Even if you miss it to book online, overphone they will take the order.

I just tried to reach them to book for my sick parents, but they are not at all attending the phone. Utterly disappointed and totally unprofessional last 3 days I tried multiple times and no one picked it up. Why to provide a number if no one wants to pick it up ?

Good but minimum 1000rs recharge should be removed so that people should not be forced to order everyday otherwise by default, food gets delivered.
