Zeeshan, a restaurant I visited for lunch last Saturday (10.06.2023), left a positive impression. The tomato soup was exceptional, with a rich and satisfying flavor. The chicken roast, while familiar in taste, impressed with its generous portion size. The mutton special biryani maintained its usual deliciousness. I concluded the meal with a refreshing watermelon juice. The servers' gentle behavior and attentive service, along with the decent ambiance, added to the overall enjoyable experience.

Had ordered chicken biryani. Got very good quality and good amount of quantity. Pure Hyderabadi taste. Would strongly recommend everyone to try here.

I have ordered Chicken and Mutton Dum biryani. Doesn’t taste like hyderabad biryani at all. Cost is also on the higher side. Mutton biryani is ₹350 and to my surprise only 2 small pieces are given. Not at all worth it, not going to order again.

The restaurant is located near Siruseri IT park. The ambience was nice and the lighting were mild which suited our taste. The wait time is normal and food taste is good. The food quantity is more than enough. The only negative is price, which is on higher side compared to the restaurants in the same locality. Parking is available in front of the restaurant and it is near to the Siruseri IT park bus stop.

Should categorise this restaurant as before COVID lockdown and after. It used to be so crowded and we used to wait for dining here. It was a worth waiting though. It used to be very rich in quality and quantity. Price was so reasonable. After lockdown period, quality become less than how it used to be. Overpriced too. Probably this could be the reasons why it is close to empty in these recent days.

Not impressive. Exorbitant prices compared with other Hyderabadi restaurants in Chennai. But the quantity is not bad. Chichken kabab is harder ,even fish is ok ok . Flavour of Hyderabadi is toned down and masala is mild in every item Biryani pieces are good but the rice doesn’t have the flavour at all Because the rise didn’t under go “dum” process properly And again quantity of biryani is good too. Finally lemon soda is lacking enough lemon in it . High prices less flavours 🥶 Wouldn’t visit again.

The biryani was really good both in quality and quantity. It had a really nice flavor to it despite not being too spicy at the same time. If you come around Marina Mall, this would be a very nice place to have a biriyani.

Zeeshan is famous for Hyderabad biriyani!! Hotel ambiance is simple and neat, spacious for groups to come and enjoy their meal. Starters are too good both taste and quantity wise. Rabdi dessert is must try!! Both veg and non veg are excellent!!

Ordered so called biryani , ghee dominated the whole spices, for all aromatics god knows what happened to them, and food colour dominated the biryani presentation,it's not a hyderabadi biryani it's road side biryani by the way that is so better compared to this. By the way starters were somewhat better.

The taste was awesome. Apollo fish is a must try. Mutton biryani plate is cost efficient. Two persons can eat that. Costs around 390. Everything was cooked well. Takes too much time to get seated and even longer for orders to reach us. Mutton dishes are really good.

Excellent food, we ordered Arabian chicken Mandi and Chicken Dum Biryani, both were delicious, Mandi was authentic ,half Mandi was sufficient for 2 Adults + 2 kids . Ambience was great 👍

Went with my family for Bday Treat. All the food items were very delicious and price was surprisingly nominal. Every one in my family enjoyed having food there. Service and ambience was good as well. A good restaurant for both family and youngsters. Do visit!!!?

Great Hyderabad Biriyani. They have various portions to order - Single person and Plate (For 2 persons). The quantity of single person Biryani itself is huge and an above average eater like me found it very hard to complete it. :) The service was good. The ambiance is good. Good interiors. I liked the wall paintings. Coming the food part, biriyani I ordered was awful. Had a boneless chicken biriyani, the chicken pieces were cooked very badly and even the rice felt of low quality. The starters were good though, not great but good enough. Service was also ok. Nothing to complain on that. Since it is very close to the IT park, it usually gets very crowded during the afternoon. Very easily accessible since it is located directly on OMR.

We went in for dinner and ordered mutton pepper soup. Though it tasted okay, it was not pepper soup. No pepper. Hot n sour soup loaded with chillies and corriander. Apollo fish was okay. Masala papad was a disaster. Deep fried oily South Indian appalam with no or little onion and tomato on top with no real masala. It was way too oily. Mutton biriyani full was sufficient for two. It tasted good and was authentic Hyderabadi, but the pieces were too less. The so much hyped Rabadi Malawi was too thin and very liquid. Service was exceptional but taste was disappointing. So much for the famous chain of Zeeshan

The service was good, ambience was fine too! The Dragon chicken we ordered for starters was absolutely bad, too tangy and chewy texture and there was no taste of the oriental sauces that were used. The chicken dum biryani was huge in quantity for a single person, however, the taste was good as compared to the local roadside biryani u get in Chennai.

This is fully Hyderabadi style spicy Biryani. We had chicken biryani. Quality was perfect for an adult.

Restaurant is good and having nice ambience. I visited here with my colleague many times and ordered egg fried rice instead of ordering mutton briyani. Taste of egg fried rice is good. Mutton pieces are not tender & always hard to bite. Count of mutton pieces (5) will be served in briyani that's good to see in our plates 👍. Have a nice day.

I ordered lemon rice today here. They can remove the menu from swiggy if they don't have lemon. All they sent is tumeric powder basmati rice... No lemon taste or anything. Much worst

Overall experience was good. Food quantity is more and the quality of food is above average. Mutton biryani was overpriced (Rs. 399 for a single person and 599 for 2 persons - with only one egg) and they need to improve a lot to cook the mutton pieces. All the mutton pieces are very huge in size and it's almost impossible to swallow because of its hardness. Parking is a very big challenge, they don't have very very limited parking in front of the restaurant, but we can park our four wheelers in the nearby service road. Mutton soup was good in taste but again it's pricey. We ordered Fish manchurian dry, but the portion they provided was completely gravy style (I don't know if we would have ordered gravy, then how would be the machrian), too much of flours and very less fish and/or we couldn't feel it was fish. But tasty wise, it was good as similar to other chinese food items. Anyway, we enjoyed our time in the restaurant and we didn't waste any food.

Their service and hospitality towards the coustomers was very good but the food was ok not bad starters and butter naan is very tasty but the biriyani was not as expected

The ambience of the restaurant was really good. It was neat and cozy. However, it was a small restaurant. The prices of the dishes were bit expensive. The presentation of dishes was good! Their Chicken Roast is must try! It was very spicy but it was really good. Their Hyderabadi dum biryani was also spicy but good. We tried one of their desserts. It seemed and tasted like an old one. It was very sour and we couldn't eat more than one spoon. We deeply regretted buying it. I have not tasted it at any other restaurant, so not sure if that was the actual taste of that dessert.

Undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in OMR. Their Chicken Mandi Biryani and Grilled Chicken is simply Wow. They have a wide variety of delicious starters like dragon chicken and honey chicken which tastes like wow. It is always crowded and takes a bit of time but if you can secure a place in their authentic mandi styled ambience on the first floor, it adds a great experience! 5/5

Food was really good!! At the end that is what matters in a restaurant. One thing that could improve is ambience. Other than that service, quality and quantity of food is appreciable. Biriyanis could be the dish to try for sure.

It was a great restaurant. People love the non-vegetarian food here, mutton biryani was the best here. Vegetarian food is also great, especially paneer biryani. But, they're out of food when we went around 4-5 pm. we can reach here very easily as there is a bus stop nearby.
