A decent dine with some authentic dishes at low cost. Mutton is not that much popular in cities and so they wanted a mutton themed restaurant. Chapathi with mutton kheema was decent. Kari dosai and brain fry was good, not so bad and not so good types. A good initiative on the whole.

Well.. We went for breakfast on a Sunday and we were mighty disappointed. Dreaming of steamy hot dosa and mutton kozhambu came crashing down when we heard what was available. Idiyappam and idly only with mutton kozhambu paya or minced mutto were the only options. We consoled ourselves and ordered the idly and idiyappam and were treated with ice cold idiyappam and idly. To top it all, this place does not serve chutney. Next shocker was no coffee and tea too. When asked why they said it's our chef's (who is also the owner) policy. The posters proclaiming the fame and achievments of the high flying chef and owner RK is pasted all over the place.. Well my guess is this chef RK has no clue on the pitiable state of this place. Staff courtesy and efficienciency: below average. Not rude but unprofessional and need grooming (appearance) Upkeep and maintenance: Poor. Big let down for a hardcore nonvegetarian such as me.

Most of the dishes are Mutton based. Taste is good and mutton quantity is also sufficient. Mutton biriyani is of good taste. But Choices are less due to lesser varieties. Cost is little higher for the taste, quality n service setup. Combos are ranging from 120/- to 200/-. But one's stomach can't get filled with one combo due to quantity and need to go for two, and thus its costly. Average cost per head will be 300/- to 500/- for a normal food (soup, main dish and cool drink), when you go in group. It will be better if more varieties are added and price reduction is looked into.

The ambience is good, imy eyes was catches the yellow board named Madurai Mutton Curry while passing in shanti colony... I have ordered mutton kolumbu (this was super spicy and tasty)and mutton vengaya curry... Taste was okish.... Will try again for some other dishes

Great service. However food could be better. It was a bit spicy for me. The quantity was perfect but meat portions could be a little more especially in the biryani. Clean and affordable.

Food is good and bit spicy. We ordered a set of parotta , mutton chukka, idly with kudal fry and idiyappam with paya. We enjoyed the taste of all the dishes ordered. The food combo options are really a good combination especially idly with kudal fry is delicious. Service is courteous and quick. As well as the prices are fair in my opinion compared to other restaurants in CHENNAI. Would be great if they can increase the quantity in the portion served in case of mutton chukka.

Forgot other big hotels.... This is the hotel you never gonna forgot in your entire life time..... I con't explain how good it is.....

Dishes are too good and different from regular non veg.. Taste is great. Highly recommended for non veg lovers

It would be a " Feast-O-Feast " for 24/7 Non-Veg eaters like me :-).. Even the bones become a juice while you munch and there will be any leftovers.. Start with a Digestive Soup and end with a POP - authentic Paneer Soda. Quality Food with elite service and decent ambiance.. An the last.. The taste of Brain fry which i had couple of weeks ago.. still sticking somewhere in my virtual taste buds... WOW...!!!

There is no taste in the briyani. It actually tastes like soup rice and the rice tastes and looks like raw rice (not the usual ones used for briyani). Gravy was not good. Poor customer response and mismatch between what i ordered and what was delivered. On the whole, it seems like a great disappointment for briyani lovers.
