Best in class. It is a very old hotel which sustains the quality and quantity at its best. Soup - Cream of chicken, hot and sour chicken soup, please do try the cream of chicken soup it was the best. Starters - Chicken tikka which tasted good Main course - Aapam, chicken fried rice, Parotta, Chicken biryani. Everything was up to the mark Finally, a good place to have perfect non-veg cuisine it was a bit crowded since we went on a weekend and there was a wait for around 10 minutes to get seated. The ambiance and service were satisfactory. No proper parking space

This is a good joint to have biryani and snack kind of food after lunch hours. Especially mutton samosa which they serve during 4pm is too good. I am being a Hyderabadi, I like irani chai which they serve good. Yes, you will get biryani round the clock.

Taste is ok, but foods is very hot, need to reduce the hot masalas. The Fried rice can be eaten by 2 people, the qty is more enough. Price is high

The Hotel has AC and Non AC seatings. We had AC seating on first floor. The food was average and the service was not too good. We had to wait for more than 30minutes to get a dish. And waited 15mins to receive the bill. Overall, Food was average. You can give it a try but don't expect too much because of the appearance.

Visited The Paramount Restaurant recently, It was a truly delightful experience. The menu offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from, catering to all tastes and preferences. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented with artistic flair.

Doesn't match the hype that was created in reviews, Parotta was good (not soft enough), tried pepper chicken masala, which is good and tried mutton mughalai, also good... The waiting time is too much and the gravies could have been a bit more spicy.

One of My school days favourite resturant, went here after 10yrs of gap and still felt the same vibe over there... The tast was too good because of which i forgot to take pictures of all the dishes which we had, thanks for bringing back my school days memories !!! Tasty food with affordable price !!! Great place for non veg varities in Kilpauk and Kelly's surrounding. Have been eating for the past 7 years. High quality and good in quantity. Decent ambience. Can visit with family.place is bit crowded in evening.

Never failed to impress their customers ie food lovers. Ordered Fish Biriyani, Chicken 65,Schezwan noodles, Veg fried rice Mushroom masala..I love their paneer butter masala and mushroom masala... thick and full of mushroom and paneer pieces. Good quantity and quality

Visited this resturant after maybe 20 years. The food is still great. Dropped in for a quick lunch. Ordered Parotta and Chicken Curry. The parottas were hot, crispy, flaky and freshly made. The chicken curry was really tasty too. One leg piece and more than enough gravy. Loved the food. Will be dropping in droping in to try their other dishes sometime soon

I went to hotel paramount on a Saturday afternoon, the place was not that crowded. We ordered special biryani, nethili fry, kadai mutton gravy and wheat paratha. The biryani was okayish, might not suite everybody’s taste, they sautéed it with egg crumbs. Nethili fry was top notch with the quantity as well as the taste. Kadai mutton steals the show, the succulent mutton pieces in that medium spicy gravy was so yummy, it’s a must try. Wheat paratha tasted like homemade ones, but the size was pretty huge. So the overall experience was really good.

Value non veg meal costing around 160, but spicy 🔥...But their service was really good .It's not a high end place and only non veg meals are available for lunch

Nice Ambience, I have taken ac dining for my dinner at 10 pm on Sunday but still there was heavy crowd inside restaurant like office hours. Yes, there is always demand for tasty 😋 food. My son enjoyed butter naan with mutton masala and Rose milk. Algera also added into the rose 🌹 milk.

Being one of the oldest restaurants in the Kilpauk area i think there is room for improvement in major sections like hygiene 1) Biryani was bland 2) Grill chicken was good by 550 is not at par with some of the best in market 3) paya kurma was exceptional 4) omelette 5/5 Wash basin needs good hygienic atmosphere and paper towels I visited this place after 5 years and i must say they need to catchup.

This is a plain looking restaurant to get tasty food on the go. Service is extremely quick. Everyone around me ate full-meals and I chose to eat parotta, paya and brain fry! The last time I ate here was in 2015. The place maintains its taste. The brain fry was spicy to my liking and paya was awesome as usual. One of the places that I miss, when am eating boring & tasteless fast food in the US!! 🤨

Went for lunch in ground floor non AC section. Chicken biryani was good but boneless chicken 65 wasn’t tasty. Ordered chicken noodles which was okay without any spiciness or taste.

What’s good- 1. This is really good hotel to stay and for food as well in very reasonable price. 2. Welcome drink they serve is refreshing one. 3. Non-veg starters and other main courses are also delicious. 4. Place is also hygienic and service is quick.

Average ambience. We had ordered some Wheat Parotta and Pepper Paya. The Parotta was chewy and quite filling for one! Could have been better! The paya was quite good. Supposedly the place is famous for it's Biriyani, Fish Fingers and Idiyappam.

A very nice place to have a meal, they have been here for years. Good options for lunch and dinner. Limited breakfast options. Taste is good and reasonably priced.

Go to AC hall to get the best taste and service.. I'm a frequent visitor so..take my words. Scezhwan rice tastes really good. Don't forget to taste their Chicken Tikka..one of the best tikkas I've ever had. Price is okay..not too affordable or too costly. Give it a try

The hotel has maintained the taste of their food across years. I recommend try their nonveg meals. Unfortunately, meals are not available on Sundays. Real taste. Their fried rice and biryani are authentic in taste. Good work.

I’ve been visiting paramount hotel since I was a kid. The butter chicken tastes exactly the same and amazing. Their Mughal biryani was so different and tasted yum. I’d definitely recommend visiting the hotel at least once if you’re in Chennai.

The ambience was good. The hot and sour chicken soup taste good but it was very thick in consistency. We had parotta with malai kofta,tangri kebab it taste good. Customer service is also good.

Since after a long time, I took a parcel of three chicken biryani the Biriyani quality is very poor. It doesn’t look like a biryani tomato rice will be better than this taste. Earlier it was good that was long time back

Nice hotel and friendly staff.. Was very busy and difficult to find place sometimes.. Food arrived fast though the starter we ordered arrived only at the last... Taste was good though quantity of briyani was much lesser than expected.. Mutton special was very delicious.. Mind no menu cards available and orders to be made from one big board which has all items on it..
