The place was clean and good. There were variety of options - Cakes, patisseries and beverages. We had Newyork Cheesecake, signature hot chocolate, pumpkin spice latte and vanilla latte. Newyork cheesecake was very tasty. Not too sweet.

This Starbucks coffee is located in BSR mall OMR Thoraipakkam..!! The coffee fragrance is the main attraction here ..!! Calm and quiet place for meet and get together ..! 🤩 I am not going to talk about prove here 😂 Overall a good place to have some good coffee ☕️ Must visit 🤩

It was a great experience in STARBUCKS and delicious Double Chocolate Chip ,Strawberries & Crème,Caramel Cream,Mocha etc. The ambiance was good in all the Starbucks coffee shop and staff was friendly to customers.

Had a good time with the cup of chocolate cappuccino handcrafted espresso and frappuccino, as usual tastes and served ourselves despite our order number. There were no crowd when we visited at the time around 11.00-11.30 AM IST, ambience seems quite clean and one can add up the sugar ourselves if needed. Bike and Car parking is available in the parking lot underground. Recommended.

I recently visited this Starbucks and overall, I had a good experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my drink was prepared quickly and to my liking. The atmosphere inside the store was also pleasant, with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light.

Whenever I visit the BSR Mall which is located in a prime location, I won't miss to have a Cappuccino any day. They provide quality products and service is highly appreciable. Pros: Location, Taste, Service, Quality and Quantity as always Cons: I feel it is a bit pricey when compared to other shops. I definitely recommend visiting this place with your friends and family. Good place to hangout for work or business meets as already known. Apart from this the foods are okish comparing their price range. Coming to coffee myself their signature plain cold coffee lover. The coffee will be much thinner but the flavour and aeoma of the coffee will be speaking the coffee language. Considering its price....🤭 I dont have words🤣

Very well maintained with friendly staff. Their service was very quick. They have a good collection of items like small bites, plates to share, cakes, milkshakes. I tried their chocolate milkshake and it was perfect. It was not very crowded.

Starbucks is always Deliver their Quality Products...👌 I Buyed One Caramel Frappuccino🤩 and One Chocolate Cappuccino and Both are Cold Beverages💫... Both have their own Unique Taste and the Quality is Awesome... The Taste of Cold Chocolate Cappuccino is way more Bitter but it was Tasty.... The Shop Ambience was very Calm and it was very Hygine... We can pay through the Starbucks app.. There are variety of items are available in the Shop...You can spend your evening here....They Provide Free Wi-Fi For the Customers...There are different type of Hot and Cold Beverages are available and there are different types of Cookies and Snacks are available....🤩 All type of Payments are Supported... Best place to catch up with colleagues. Should have been a big shop since this is located in mid of IT Express way. Getting crowded after 06:00 PM. Plan your visit and have a good time with your group. Cold coffee, Chai is not as expected. Ambience gives good vibes and no one will disturb us, no matter how long we stay. Provided we have ordered something 😅😅 Parking is available in the mall, charges are affordable.

Here we go! Starbucks is a place to chill, talk business, work and not to forget about their drinks. For me the go to drink is the Caramel Frappuccino. People who already tried that can try their Monsoon delights. The drink in the picture is Double Cocoa Latte. They have different drink sizes. A regular drink is called the tall size. But personally I prefer Grande size if I'm not having any sides.

It’s the usual chain of the mega brand. It’s setup accordingly matching the locality. Still this unit hasn’t compromised on the SOP during Covid.

Your bucks are spent for the most important star the coffee. Would recommend becoming a member as there might be some extra perquisites... Try their seasonal drinks.

Like any other Starbucks but a noisy one. Staffs scream. Not wheelchair friendly. Has only one washroom. Ample seatings and good ambiance.

Very bad air ventilation and got vomited due to unpleasant smell, unable to enjoy the coffee and food, just left incomplete and client meeting is also spoiled. Very bad experience today. We did our meeting outside, check cctv on 3rd evening 10 pm Management pl take action ,

Service is good. If you're really a food lover and in a mission to try all the food types go-ahead and try the chicken salad sandwich and a new beverage they've added in their menu list. Cost is absolutely high but I promise after having the food you'll feel its worthy!

The seating arrangement is very close, you can't even talk a bit loud and while ordering they are asking names, but for pickup they are not calling your name.. funny.. I visit there only for Signature hot chocolate 🍫.

It was a nice experience to relax and have Starbucks coffee in this shop. Very kind staff who helped me to have a tasty, aromatic, hot coffee which matched the filter coffee. My hubby had his fav cold coffee which was too good too.

One pays a pocket full to get coffee here. I ordered a brewed cofee and got it cold twice! Gave up and had it. Don't waste money here, there are several options nearby to get real good coffee. For the bomb you pay, it's self service and secondly one has to take 20 minutes to decide a drink! The menu does not explain anything and neither the people to serve!!

A Starbucks outlet, located at the center of a happening place in OMR. The outlet being inside Mall is having ample parking but at a charged basis. So grabbing a quick cup of coffee might cause additional bucks just for the parking.
