Very good, reliable and trust worthy Tour operator. We booked our honeymoon trip to Shimla and Manali through them. They did a wonderful service and we really enjoyed it. Hotels arranged in Shimla and Manali were really good... Driver was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the candle light dinner at Manali. They have also given us a wedding cake which was free and has come as a surprise. Package rate is also competitive as I have compared with few local agencies. Whatever they promised to us, it was delivered. As soon as we landed in Chandigarh airport, I got a call from them, checking whether everything is fine. Driver was waiting at the airport and we didn't find any difficulty in locating him. Very well organised tour. Staffs were very generous and were reachable on phone whenever I called them. Poor response and bad attitude. Very bad experience through this agency. We went to Andaman through this tour agency. They included elephant beach to visit in our package. But after reaching Andaman we came to know elephant beach was closed for last 2-3 months . They cheated for money by committing false statements to me. They wasted one full day in my travel. This is a local tour agency. They don't have any direct link in Andaman. They simply tied up with other local agencies and redirect us to them. These people wont response properly after getting money from us. Instead of paying to these people if we paid directly to other local agencies.

Excellent company to use, I highly recommend. We booked them for a week for 16 students to travel around Chennai. Always on time, bus is clean and tidy and worked perfectly. The driver was very polite, knew where to go and was always ready to pick us up. Highly recommend.

My mother boarded bus Madras Tours and travel bus from Chennai to Coimbatore. The employees were courteous and booked the ticket on phone and agreed to receive money after boarding bus. The driver was good and patiently understood that she was traveling alone for first time. Will travel again. Bus was in very good condition and rates are cheap compared to other travel buses.

Happy that I chose Madras Travels & Tours to arrange for my family trip to Mauritius. Had a wonderful time thanks to them. Mr. Athraya Karthik who managed the trip was highly professional and helpful. Everything promised and more were delivered. It included quick rescheduling of the trip due to flight cancellation, expert advise on things to do and what to expect, need based engagement while on tour, helping out when in need...The local company in Mauritius with whom Madras Travels tied up were also top notch, ensuring everything went on well.

Very unfortunately for me it is bitter experience. Tough time during my visit. The sales team is with more sugarcotted and much of false commitments. Knowing that going through agent is costly I have opted for agents' service thinking that there expertise will make me comfort and smooth journey. Their expertise they have exploited only in cost saving for their pocket but I have paid hefty but services are not at all satisfactory. Unfortunately I cannot think of Madras Tours and Travels for any of my future vacation plan or to refer anybody.

MTT provided very good services for my honeymoon trip to Bali, Indonesia. Right from preparing the itinerary till departure and return, they guided me step by step. I had the itinerary completely tailor-made as per my requirement. Very patiently they answered all my queries and helped me with the processes. The trip was well organised with best transport and hotel stays and english speaking guide.

We had contacted your tour company in March 2022 to plan a trip to some hill station in Tamil Nadu..We were assisted by Mr.Martin..we sent him all details about our request and he came back with suitable options...and we booked trip to Ooty from 25 April to 28 April for 8 members.. Our accommodation was at La Montana with one day Tempo with driver to Mudhumalai and Masinagudi...we had special request as we had elders in our group and we did not want any surprises... I would like to thank your company and Mr.Martin for the great assistance whenever we reached him for any query...the hotel stay was memorable for all..staff at hotel were great...food was good..the Tempo was bit old but driver was knowledgeable and he reached on time and gave us lot of information during the trip about the various locations..he was adjustable for our timings and was good on timings.. At mudhumalai also the safari was great we spotted many wildlife animals mainly Tiger..all were excited and happy.. On the whole it was pleasant memorable trip for us and Thanks once again to Mr.Martin and ur company...we had come to India after 3 years as we live in Middle East and this trip was a memorable one for all elders which was important to us.. I am 61, and my wife is…..younger. We wanted to take a small break in Paris. What we did not want was a packed itinerary, jumping from bus to hotel and from city to city. We considered various options and finally came across MTT. We started communicating with Athraya of MTT who patiently put together a leisurely trip, all the while covering the important landmarks. Satish of MTT walked us through the steps of getting the visa and was constantly checking on us through every step. Athraya then coordinated our travel and stay. Their local liaison is so good, that they managed to get a Tamil chauffeur for our stay in Paris! We skipped the line and saw guided tours of Versailles and Louvre. They even managed to get us to the third level at Eiffel Tower. Our trip to Frankfurt was also great. MTT and team certainly delivered more than what they promised. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and family.

Had a trip to Singapore & KL Malaysia in early July'22. It was very nice to be associated with MMT, response particularly from Mr Athreya Karthik was very good wherever & whenever it warranted. We five ladies had a great Cambodian tour . Our first ever one there . From the day one we were assisted by a v helpful lady Guide who made us comfortable in dropping at hotels ,taking us to South Indian restaurants and local markets and massage parlours which we we thoroughly enjoyed . Our itinerary started with Apsara dance cum dinner where we were mesmerized with the Dance n music. Our Visits to Angkor Thom or Bayon temple where the famous Anjalina Jolie Tomb raider spot is located . Icing on d cake was Sun rise at Angkor Wat .We were taken v early morn ,B fast packed ready and witnessed it from the reflecting pond spot .Can't express the experience when we spotted Sun coming in between majestic towers .One has to really b there to experience that . After that we enjoyed the depiction of our famous Hindu epics on the temple corridors and various carvings. Took almost 6 hrs . Iswara Pura,Sahara lingam at the bed of Mahendra parwat and nearby Budhist Monastry. Our river cruise ,visits to tolotus looms,crocodile farm and floating village Everything was possible by efficient arrangement made by Madras travels . We had an amazing tour thanks to Athreya Karthik's efforts in arranging e visa nd the tour . We look forward to many more tours in future with Madras travels arrangements .

Wow what a wonderful trip,no words t say We 5 ladies senior citizens had an enjoyable Siem Reap, Cambodia trip. We had a v efficient lady guide who were with us till the end of our tour. Our itinerary started with Apsara dance plus dinner Anghor Thom or Bayon temple The famous mesmerising Angkor wat Sun rise from reflecting pond spot which was an icing on d tour cake. Climbing to Third level of Angkor Wat temple by the steps was adventurous and we did t so courageously. Sree pura temple,Sahasra linga visits ,waterfalls nearby,Cambodian veg lunch we enjoyed. Sahasra linga was a divine experience. Cruise along the river ,visits to Lotus looms,crocodile farm was great.We got the see the floating village also. Small tuk tuk rides efficient massage parlours have to be really experienced. We thank Madras Travels for arranging this wonderful tour and looking forward to have more such tours with their help

Itenary was perfectly followed by them, and timing is very sharp in every day both pick up and drop. But car is not very much comfortable leg space is too compact so for long travel it's very difficult. Apart from that it was a awesome trip arranged by Madras Travels & Tours.
