Had
called
Park
Hyatt
around
12-15
days
back,
as
I
was
looking
for
some
good
place
to
host
an
event.
Called
them
4
times,
and
not
just
once.
The
first
time
I
called,
it
was
around
6.30-6.45pm,
and
I
was
told
that
the
concerned
banquet
team
has
left
for
the
day.
So
I
asked
the
receptionist
about
their
working
hours
and
tried
calling
them
the
next
day
during
that
time.
But
to
my
surprise,
the
receptionist
was
connecting
the
call,
and
I
only
had
to
hold
the
line
till
the
last
ring,
and
the
call
was
getting
cut
automatically.
This
happened
twice.
They
didn't
even
have
the
basic
courtesy
to
even
check
whether
I
got
to
talk
to
them
or
not.
The
third
time,
when
I
called,
I
lost
my
cool,
and
asked
the
receptionist
about
my
calls,
and
she
told
that
the
concerned
team
has
gone
for
lunch
and
nobody
is
in
the
cabin.
This
speaks
so
much
about
the
unprofessional
attitude
of
the
staff
there.
And
knowing
about
my
call,
the
receptionist
took
my
name
and
number,
and
said
she'll
have
someone
to
call
me
as
soon
as
possible.
And
that
was
IT..!!!
I
never
got
a
return
call
from
them
again...
This
was
really
disheartening
and
frustrating
to
get
such
a
response,
or
say
NO
response
at
all
from
a
star
hotel
like
Park
Hyatt.
Had
a
very
unpleasant
and
unsatisfying
experience.
Have
been
to
this
hotel
so
many
times
in
the
past,
hosted
3-4
dinners
for
family
and
it
always
ended
well.
But
this
time
had
a
bitter
experience.
Sorry
to
say,
but
maybe
the
hotel
and
its
staff
has
lost
its
charm
and
credibility
now.
