Lovely place to stay. It has clean bedrooms and super cool balconies. Except for car parking all things are outstanding.

Average. Only room service guy was available to receive us and moreover he speaks only Hindi. Whatever we ask him, he keeps saying pathanahi means don't know. So we stopped asking him for any help. Too much of mosquitos, couldn't sleep well.

Would give 1 star as I tried following up with host/owner for atleast a week but did not receive any confirmation on the food details and also wanted to visit the property as the reservation was for family function for 3 days. Such that the payment can be made in time. But there was no response after continuous follow up. Therefore I would not suggest my friends and colleagues for this property stay as I see that there is a lack of communication and responsibilities

Awesome Place

Homely stay, tucked in quiet street minutes away from city streets. Delicious home cooked meals. Helpful hosts. Clean and nicely maintained homestead in a good neighbourhood. However proper receipts for payments that were made were not given even after email and SMS requests to the owner.

Location is good,silent and good place to stay..but food was not up to the mark..and not so friendly staffs...

Very homely place. Staff very polite, n well behaved

Car parking is big but they have placed some materials there making it difficult for parking and the road where this is situated is a small road so parking is very difficult other than the parking lot. Rest all good neatly maintained. They are using it for shooting place for movies.

Wanted a quiet place in Adayar. Thankfully got this unique one. Big spacious rooms.Great common area. Nice food and cordial staff. 2 cars can be parked.workation mode with wifi.Amidst a green colony.Walkable to a few restaurants and a theatre.

Booked it via AirBNB. Host is amazing. Staff are friendly. Infact I have stayed in this place for the second time.
