Sri balaji hospital is the reason today I am doing really great along with my baby.I had a highly complicated issue during my pregnancy. I started my treatment with her from 14weeks of pregnancy. Dr.Mythili is the best and finest OBGYN doctor I have seen. She was Very patient, understanding, caring, does not prescribe unnecessary medicines Or tests. Her words of confidence made me pull thru till the finish line. She has a great team of doctors under her to deal multispeciality issues. For the 6 months of my treatment period not only me but my whole family had a peaceful phase. Post my delivery also she keepy following up on my health along with my baby. I trusted her with all my medical decisions and that was the best thing I did to be walking fine today. During my pregnancy she was available at all times for any doubts or issues. I had walked in to the hospital several times with complications and I was given the best care. At Balaji hospital I had very good patient care from the nurses, admins and all the staffs . Their rooms and other facilities are neat and well maintained. During my surgery for delivery everyone worked great as a team and there was no flaw. Dr Balaji - A man of his words. I love his practical, straight forward and clear approach to things. Both my babies Delivery was done by mam only. Everything went on smooth and fine. Mam cared for each and every small instant till I got discharged from hospital. I never seen such a caring doctor in my life, before I met her. Whenever I call for emergency during my pregnancy even in late night or early morning she responded me immediately. Thanks to mam. All the advanced lab facilities and state of the art techniques for treatment are available in this hospital to the patients. One uniqueness with this hospital I would like to say, it is not commercial one, they will try to diagnose the disease and they ensure that patient is recovered fully and then discharge the patients as quickly as possible, without holding them, not money minded “Affordable cost, good service, rooms are very clean and well maintained “ This is one of best hospital in Chennai I have experienced.

One of the worst hospital in the patients care. Dr L Subramanian and his balaji son are mainly focusing only on money. Even my father was tested negative for covid they treated him as a covid patient and charged 8 lakhs. With good for nothing as he was admitted to another hospital within 5 days of getting dis charged. Though he was not a diabetic in his age of 65 he made him to get type 2 diabetic. Hospital rooms and departments are very hygienic, comfortable and subtly aesthetic: the environment was warm and efficient without undue delays and hassles. Doctors, nurses and all staff were very courteous and helpful. Nursing assistance was particularly professional and caring. Unlike other hospitals where one feels a little helpless and uninformed, here I felt quite at home, before and after my surgery. The doctors gave all information required with patience and clarity. Being treated as an individual with dignity is so important. I never felt I was just 'another case.' Kudos and thanks to the Sri Balaji team.

OPD General medicine is very bad. I went in with tonsillitis, conjunctivitis and cough with phlegm, blocked nose and headache as my complaint. Doctor didn’t check my lungs, didn’t use a flash light to check my throat. Wrote no cough even when I was coughing. And when I told her I have conjunctivitis and I’m in service industry, she said it will be fine in one day. Very careless. Didn’t even have her stamp with registration number(her credentials). Very poor treatment. Please go anywhere else but here.

Had visited twice in last 4 years. 1st instance to treat my son who met with an accident and his right arm was fractured. 2nd instance was for my wife who underwent fiberoid treatment. They don't stick on their mouth. Overall good hospital. Cleanliness, Doctors and especially some Nursing staff are well trained. I will give 5, BUT at the time of admit what we have talked about room rent they don't stick on their mouth at the time of discharge. That's why I gave 4.

We have admitted my mother-in- law about 68 years of age on September 1 due to elevation in the sugar level. They diagnosed and found out a big tumour in her uterus. Before we have no idea and she didn't show any symptoms of tumour. It was nearly 21 cm in size and suspected as cancer. Dr.Mythili handled her very specially and gave us hope to proceed further. We were financially not stable too. But she helped us a lot. On September 30, my mother in law had a surgery and the tumor has been removed completely and weight was nearly 4kgs. Now she is alright and we are finding improvement in her health. We would like to thank Dr.Mythili and her team, hospital staff and management wholeheartedly for their cooperation and support. A very special thanks to Dr.Mythili, without her my mother-in-law's survival wouldn't be possible. She had clearly explained each and everything. When we are down, she encouraged us. My wife had a tumor on her nick at c5 and c6. The size of the tumor is around 8 cm. It is called osteochondroma which started developing 7 years ago. MRI scan showed just a lymphoma. She was suffering from severe nick and leg pain. The tumor started to compress the Spinal cord nerve. She could not hold anything on her left-hand.  She was afraid to undergo operation thinking it might be cancer luckily it was not. We visited Sri Balaji hospital. Dr. BALAJI and Dr. Nitesh Kumar Rathi spend more time to explain the situation, given comfort so that my wife accepted to undergo operation immediately. Dr. BALAJI and Dr. Nitesh given us lot of attention that 7 hours surgery went very well. Post operation many doctor's visited my wife and given more care. Nurses and supporting staff where friendly. Hospital facilities is good. Didn't feel that we are in the hospital.I strongly recommend this hospital.

When I looked for VBAC, found Dr. Mythili Ragavendra. She supported and guided me a lot to go for vbac. Though it was an emergency c-section, it was a pleasent journey. I was fresh, felt light, exercise a lot, no bp, no thyroid issues, there was no complications. She kept me without tension, which many docs won't do in chennai. In my forst pregnancy I was super tensed and always worrying. But hospital was bit expensive, Mythili mam helped us in that also. I enjoyed my second pregnancy with full packed energy and delivered cute baby boy..

I never feel rushed, and she always asks if I have any other questions. She’s really awesome. I had gone through c sec recently and she was there supporting me fully whenever I needed her help. Even if I call her at late night, she responded immediately and prescribed medicines which helped me alot. She followed up my health conditions the very next day from her end and made sure whether am alright. Apart from saying "THANKS" , I don't have any other words to express her caring and professional attitude .
