Went to consult Dr. Sathya Balasubramaniam sir for fertility treatment and the treatment is going smooth till date. We are completely satisfied with his way of approach and consultation. But we feel they charge double for every test, tablets and injections whereas it is only half of the amount for the same test, tablets and injections. Hospital doesn't have centralised AC in this summer where people and pregnant ladies are feeling suffocated. Reception people are not polite and sometimes they seems to be rude. Even though you get an appointment by 9, they will send you at 12 for consultation. Also, they have their own cafeteria at 5th floor. There also price is double but doesn't worth it. One veg sandwich costs 50/-. So If you don't have any issues in wait time and money, then you can visit this place.

Best Maternity hospital in a city. My family Dr. Abinaya Gynaecologist gave a choice and finally we have choosen based on the reviews and comments from known sources. To be honest. Hospitality services are really impressive, Receptionist are well responsive. Priya GRM I been constant touch with her from admission till discharge. Very cooperative. Maternity ward and rooms are well maintained. They got different category of rooms according to our budget we can choose among. Day care nurses are well cooperative and respond well and obey as per our request. "Especially Joyce priya and Eshwari" both are well cooperative. Thank you both for taking care on my wife n baby. Canteen, House keeping and other services are well responsive as per our request. Cafeteria area is well maintained.besides, less menu items for ordering. Food is hygienic, quality is good. We recently delivered a healthy baby boy @ cloud nine, T nagar. The whole part of the pregnancy was peaceful. From day one till we were discharged the support, the comfort, the care everything was superb. As there was COVID concern around us, we were initially concerned about the pregnancy, but cloud nine and its protocol made us worry-free and the entire experience was awesome. We were informed of all the safety regulations, do’s and don'ts, the cooperation required from the attendant, expected overall cost, etc clearly and in advance and that transparency and clarity helped us plan for everything properly. There are so many feasible packages that are beneficial for all kinds of expected moms. Our consultant Dr Nazira was one of the best. My wife has complexities due to obesity and Dr Nazira ma'am gave us all the confidence to go throughout this pregnancy. She guided us in all aspects. We are thankful to Paediatricians Dr. Vignesh & Dr. Ramkumar, timely care from duty drs, Anaesthetist , all other consultants and whole nursing team. One of the best Maternity hospitals in Chennai. My wife Dr. Monicka (Psychiatrist) and me had chosen Cloudnine as suggested by Dr. Jayasree Srinivasan (Gynecologist). We wanted the highest level of intensive care (NICU) for our baby since we planned an elective cesarean section at 38 weeks. Dr. Jayasree, Dr. Vignesh Kumar (Neonatologist) and Dr. Rathna (Anaesthetist) gave us the confidence and their best support and care, and we delivered a beautiful baby girl recently. During our stay, staff from several departments has been regularly visiting our room just to ensure we’re comfortable. In this review, I would like to thank everyone who cared a lot and made the pregnancy period very peaceful from day one. Below are a couple of people who deserve special thanks from our end. Our first point of contact since we visited Cloudnine was Priya and Anusuya the relationship managers. They made the onboarding process smooth. Secondly, Mohana (GRE) who got excellent people management skills has made not only the billing process smooth but also constantly interact with other managers and staff to make sure we get the best service. Third, Nithya (facilities manager) was very humble, kind enough, and would be ready to go the extra mile to ensure that the suite rooms are well maintained and cleaned regularly. Also, sincere thanks to Nirmala (housekeeping), from Nithya's team. Fourth, Synthia (head nurse) has assigned a few nurses for us to understand our needs and help us better. Selvi and three other nurses. They were next to the baby and mother whenever we call them irrespective of time (day/night). Our baby got so attached to Selvi within a day or two. We hosted a farewell cake cutting for Selvi (video attached) and expressed our thanks. Fifth, Dietician and Physiotherapist (Pragnya) shared their valuable suggestions and feedback. Last but not least, the cafeteria staff, Elumalai, Danush, Suresh, and Dinesh. Thank you all. Here are few areas where Cloudnine can improve its service excellence. 1. We observed hospital nurses at two extreme levels. Set of skilled customer-centric and the other ones lethargic and badly lacking in soft skills. We recommend the management conduct proper pieces of training for all patient-facing employees to understand the importance of patient care. 2. We didn’t witness a mental health specialist to help new mothers experiencing a rollercoaster of emotions (postpartum depression/blues). 3. Could add a few more healthy food items to the cafeteria menu. To conclude, we would recommend Cloudnine to whoever looking for best maternity needs. I was wondering about seeing so many positive reviews here and I decided to go ahead based on it. Now I don't regret, these guys have amazing services and hospitality. Doctors and health workers are so nice and helpful, frequent checkup on baby. Compliments from hospital is good even you don't see that in US hospitals. Only issue I see is the staffs need to be educated more on the process and handling of baby and mother. Maybe it's our Indian mindset of being rough on handling things. Should use better and latest technology products for mom and baby. Last part is the catering services, very decent food and hygienic and polite staffs, frequent feedback and decent price for food to attenders.

We had such an Amazing experience here at Cloud Nine, thoraipakkam. My wife was suggested for a C- section at first in another hospital. Later consulting Dr Keerthana Ashwin (Diya Maternity and Fertility Centre) for a second opinion, my wife was admitted at Cloudnine. She successfully delivered a girl baby in normal delivery. Thank you Doc Keerthana who was the Guardian Angel of my little Princess, Physiotherapist Doc Mohana Priya who helped my wife for a normal delivery by teaching her excellent exercise training and all the duty doctors and nurses who were in the labour ward as well in normal ward for taking care of my and baby. Thank you Ramu S from Reception team who guided and took care of us from the day 1 until the discharge. Housekeeping staff Yashotha who took care of my wife like a mother. Thanks for celebrating my daughters birthday. Over all the entire hospital as well as all the staffs treated us in a excellent manner. I would highly suggest Doc Keerthana Ashwin and Cloudnine for all pergo mom.

Intially We Were in Dialemma Wheather to go For other Hospitals or Cloudnine. After visiting Cloudnine Had Better Environment especially During this Covid Era. Thanks to Mrs.Anu Who Explained us the Package Clearly and helped in further appointments,Dr.Neeranjana Took Personal Care and gave excellent Consultation especialy when my wife infected by Covid19 Just 10 days before delivering her baby we were Shocked and Worried But Dr.Neeranjana and CloudNine Hospital Team gave best treatment & service so she Recovered Quickly within couple of days and We are happy to took right decision of Choosing Cloudnine . Last week we delivered a baby girl in Cloudnine Hospital T.Nagar.. My baby had a Jaundice and we stayed back in hospital for treatment.During the tough time ,the support and care from staff nurse Ms.Jaya and Ms.Ranjani was very helpful. Ms. Jaya guided me in all aspects to take care of baby....Because of them only I can manged those days and my baby recovered very soon. And very thanks to our pediatrician Dr.Ramkumar ... And a special thanks to my gynecologist Dr.Rajasri to deliver my baby normal. House keeping staff were well response to all our request... Finally food is very hygiene and quality... We just got our Angel delivered in cloudnine T-nagar. This is one of the hospitals where everyone does their job with utmost care and affection... I want to take this opportunity to thank few who made this memorable. Starting with the Fertility department, we consulted Dr.Sathyabalasubramanian who is one of the best doctors we have ever met ... He guided us in the right direction through out our journey and had been patient answering all our questions...if you ever want to choose cloudnine, don't miss to consult him ... He has a very good team of nurses who are responsive and approachable. Our Scan doctor was Dr.Swathi who was assisted by Mrs. Kodhai ... they always welcome you with a bright smile which gives a positive vibe everytime you visit... My wife had never been comfortable with anyone else... We had a normal delivery where Dr.Sathya was assisted by Dr.Prakruthi and nurse Nisha who has been very helpful through the labour... Lamaze (Breathing techniques) were taught by Physiotherapist Pragnya which helped Pain management during labour. Post delivery experience has been memorable.. Mrs.Deepa from housekeeping has been helpful and she took care of my wife for all her morning routine. All members of the house keeping were waiting to help and were polite. Cloudnine Cafeteria has been good... patients would get 3 course meal as per the dietician advice delivered to the room on-time as part of the package. Vinod and Ezhumalai from Cafeteria would just wait for the food order and get it delivered to the room. They make sure all customisation that we ask is taken care while ordering the food.. Billing department is also good... they would let you know the bill amount well in advance and provide a detailed breakup so that if you have any concerns , you can approach them to clarify. It will not take more than 10 minutes to close the bill and get the full summary. Finally, I want to thank Rosalin for providing us the financial councelling which helps you to be prepared.

Hello, we had our first child in cloudnine hospital on sept 20th. I really had more complications in my pregnancy from the starting .But I reached India on my 6th month of pregnancy.After reading all reviews of hospital ad all Doctors. I selected Dr.Rajasri mam she gave us more hope and postive vibes, she is always stick to her protocol,she is very straight forward person.This gave me more positive to be strong. And I was throughout helped by Ramaya sister for all my appointments,baby management classes and alloting my hospital rooms . I'm very happy with pediatrician Dr.Ramkumar sir ,he is very good in explaining all thing about baby health ad as our first child we have more doubt about handling baby ,he is ready to answer for all my questions even in his busy time..We had Only discomfort on front desk office / billing counter as only 2 people are handling bill section thus it take more time to have billed for each and everything.

I had an incredibly positive experience at Cloud9 Hospital while delivering my baby boy. Dr. Joni Patricia provided exceptional care – she was not only professional but also friendly, making me feel at ease and addressing all my concerns with expertise. The room service and the staff nurse, particularly Jaya, were outstanding in their roles. Overall, the service was exceptional, and I highly recommend Cloud9 Hospital for their excellent care and attentive staff.

Cloudnine hospital has been a good decision for my pregnancy and delivery. The staff are helpful and they respond to our queries at the earliest. The delivery experience in this hospital is quite good. Especially the LDR nurses attend to you at all times and are very helpful, patient and supportive through those difficult painful hours of labour. And even post-delivery, the nurses and the housekeeping staff were always around to help us with anything during our 3-days stay. The physiotherapist, lactation consultant and the dietician were pretty good too and they gave me a ton of useful advice, exercise and diet charts to help me through my postpartum recovery. The lactation consultant especially was very helpful. It's really good to have someone so knowledgeable to help you with lactation and clear your doubts especially if you are a first-time mother and are struggling with it. To sum it up, the hospital has been a comfortable experience for me that I would surely recommend.

Recently had our new born on September 2022. Happily delivered with baby boy !! We had our complete pregnancy journey at Cloudnine, T.Nagar. Even we made our pre-booking too earliest as we were too comfortable with our Doctor (Dr.Rajasri) and support staff (Ms. Ramya, Ms. Priya) both were so supportive from our initial check up till discharge. Cafeteria, House keeping, Security guards, Nurses were so kind throughout our admission time out there for four days. Recommending the hospitality services satisfactorily!!

My sister in law done treatment here.... At 8month she get pressure so suddenly doctors done operation.... At that time she died but doctor told lie to us that she went unconscious then they shifted to another hospital 6days she in coma on 7th day she died.... Two win babies also died No proper treatment and care....

Our daughter was delivered at Cloudnine Tnagar under the expertise of Dr. Nazira who made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. She is friendly, answered all our questions and shared timely advices to ensure a safe delivery experience. Special thanks to Sofia Mam who helped organise our journey from admission until discharge. I would also like to thank Physiotherapist Roshini for guiding me back to mobility with her expertise after my C-Section. She patiently waited for me pick up pace at my comfort without rushing me into process. Dietician Haripriya is polite and walked us in detail on postpartum diets. She also clarified food myths around postpartum diets which was helpful. Cloudnine team of Duty Doctors and Nurses are dedicated. They monitored me constantly and ensured my medication was timely taken. Nurses helped feed and bathe the baby. They also taught us how to handle the baby. They helped co-ordinate with housekeeping and cafeteria when needed. Cloudnine cafeteria services is good. Cloudnine housekeeping staff are kind and timely serviced the room. Few points of improvement would be the response time of the sisters can be improved. Though all nurses were cordial, it appeared to me that they were short staffed and hence that led to delayed response times which needs to be improved. There were mosquitos in the room especially during evenings. When requested for a Mosquito net for the baby bassinet, the net provided was too big not solving the purpose. Management needs to take adequate steps to keep the rooms Mosquito-free.

Fantabulous hospitality. Really pleasure on selecting Cloudnine hospital for my 1St delivery, from the admission to discharge the nurses were so helpful and they patiently handled me even though we called their help frequently during midnight. Special mention to Dr.Keerthana Rajasekaran, was totally happy and satisfied on selecting her as my as gynaecologist. She had patiently explained each and every query I asked for throught my pregnancy. My pregnancy journey is awesome only because of her. She went down to my wavelength and explained each and everything in a clear manner. I was very anxious at the labour ward, but she is the one who patiently handled me and made my delivery experience totally worth. I would like to rate 4/5 The first star is for the gynaecologist Mrs.Joni Patricia who is know for her humbleness & patient friendliness. Very much understanding and leads us into right direction. Second star is for the house keeping Mrs. Parvathi & Baby took a very good care of me and helped us to stay hygiene. They both were very much available and never hesitate to serve. ho was with till the last day of discharge. Fourth offers and coupons given during pregnancy. I also like to mention I dint like the food very poor quality and the time they follow for the patient is worst . Canteen could have been better .

My pregnancy journey strts here with Dr.sathya went supr easy. Sister from dr satyasir opd and sis from ward sisters all given wonderful support before and after delivery and sis jaya her teaching skill was amazing during my labour time and breast feeding time thanks to nisha sis for her guidance in right time Dr vignesh (pead) and his team was very kind very supportive for us. Ideal place to be in for maternity. You will have guidance and support all times whether you are going for check up or delivery. My wife's first delivery was in SRMC so I exactly know the difference in approach (they are also quality hospital but over crowded and strict). Dr. Joni has guided us throughout and waited patiently for normal delivery. Priya from customer support was fabulous and everyone in hospital as well.

It's a high risk delivery and our baby is extreme IUGR baby born weight of 960gms and kept in NICU for 48 days. First and foremost Dr.Uma madam who taken care delivery very safely and it's a normal delivery. She is one of the best and positive person who supported us from very beginning. She is god for us without her positivity this delivery would have not happened. I strongly recommend her as we feel safety from the very beginning. Coming to NICU duty doctors, nurses, housekeeping personals are awesome they played the role of both mother and father when our baby was in NICU Dr.Haritha , Dr.Yalmozhi, Dr.Umesh Nurses Preethi Nithya Shenbaga valli they are really awesome ,48 days with their close care and follow-up our baby turned well. Paediatrician Dr.Vignesh & Dr.Ramkumar monitors our baby with special care and with proper daily updates about our baby. Administration Mr.Senthil is such a supportive person from day we visited hospital and till date and it's continuing , such a nice person . Nurses (except NICU) need to focus more on patient care and service level to be improved. And maintenance of the hospital looks good but it's not actually good as it looks outside. Billing is quite costlier almost we spend 8.5 lakhs(91k for delivery alone) for delivery and NICU , please consider if possible. Thanks V.Baraneswaran

Had a really good experience with the Cloudnine hospitals, Chennai. The doctors, nurses (special mention to nurse Lakshmi) and housekeeping staff took very good care of my wife and baby. They made the initial days so much easier. The food provided is tasty and very nutritious. They customize and provide food as per dietary restrictions of the patient. This was a huge blessing for us. A special mention to our customer service representative Anushya, who has been a wonderful help and immensely supportive throughout our pregnancy journey. She made our life so much easier and took personal interest in checking up on us even during off-work hours. She is highly recommended.

The doctors and sisters are kind to handle the delivery. The admin are really helpful in booking appointments. The COVID-19 protocol were strict and ensured safety of the visitors. Kudos to the management.

Had my 2 Deliveries in cloudnine. It was normal Delivery. Thanks to DR. RAJASRI Mam. She is a wonderful woman, so caring and helped me a lot all through my trimester. Need to thank many people, let me start one by one. CRE Ramya - who helped lot on my consultation, scan and Room occupancy. It made us easy to complete things on time. Housekeeping incharge Nithya - she did her job very well. Whenever we need a service she sends a person immediately to clean the room. Housekeeping Staff Nirmala - she is another mother, who took care of me so well. Giving bath, dressing up, giving sit out and arranging beds, she did all the services very well.

One of the best decisions we made. Had an amazing experience with Dr. Vidhya and the entire staff. She is very polite and patiently handled all our queries. Though they were aware that I will deliver the baby at my mom's place, I never felt any disparity in the services offered. The overall ambience of the hospital is good too. Highly recommended!!

We just got our Angel delivered in cloudnine T-nagar. This is one of the hospitals where everyone does their job with utmost care and affection... I want to take this opportunity to thank few who made this memorable. Nurses and housekeeping always come with a bright smile which gives a positive vibe everytime you call them. Post delivery experience has been memorable.. Mrs.Maheshwari from housekeeping and All members of the house keeping were waiting to help and were polite. Cloudnine Cafeteria has been good... patients would get 3 course meal as per the dietician advice delivered to the room on-time as part of the package. Dhanush and Dhinesh Kumar from Cafeteria would just wait for the food order and get it delivered to the room. They make sure all customisation that we ask is taken care while ordering the food.. Vinoth and the cafeteria team ensured we were well-nourished with nutritious meals, and the GRE team provided assistance and support throughout our stay. My wife delivered in Cloudnine under Dr Krithika. Doctor was super cool and was available at all times to clarify all our queries during the journey of pregnancy. The entire team of Cloudnine needs to be given a big round of applause for the level of service and care they provided. The Doctors, Nursing team, especially the Operation Theatre and NICU team, Guest Relation team, Security, Housekeeping, F&B, Pharmacy, Physio, Nutrition, and all other support staff were wonderful and provided an awesome service, something more than what we had expected. When we decided to move from Dubai during the 7th month of pregnancy, we were initially a bit confused about choosing the right doctor and a good hospital with world-class facilities, similar to what we had in Dubai. After a lot of self-research, we ended up choosing Cloud Nine Hospital, T Nagar Branch, with Dr. Johni Patricia. Recently, our baby boy was born very healthy, despite my wife facing numerous pregnancy-related challenges. First and foremost, I thank the Almighty god , and then our guardian angel, Dr. Johni Patricia, for everything she did for my wife from day one. She is highly experienced, positive, and caring. Her friendly demeanor provided us with comfort, and her positive words and her amazing prayers meant a lot to us, reassuring us that we were in good hands. Secondly, the physiotherapist Mrs. Rohini ,who assisted us in the labor room provided us with immense guidance and support until the final moments, helping my wife achieve normal delivery. All other duty doctors and nurses were incredibly professional, helpful and comforting. Since the hospital specializes in maternity and delivery, we experienced a great deal of comfort and peace of mind. The rooms and other facilities are truly commendable. I am forever grateful and respectful towards the housekeeping team - Baby Rani, Dhanalakshmi, Durga, Uma, and Anjali. On the downside, the hospital's administrative system is the worst I have ever seen. It's always a struggle to track our payments and medical records. We constantly have to show payment vouchers and records, and sometimes it's even difficult for them to identify us. I always wonder why a small grocery shop can efficiently track their customers with just a registered mobile number, whereas this hospital, despite having world-class facilities, has such a complicated and unfriendly system. Secondly, we wanted to store the stem cells of our baby, which should ideally be done within the first 2-3 days. However, due to a lack of coordination among the responsible staffs, this process was delayed by more than 8 days, Eventually making it impossible for us to store the stem cells, which left us quite disappointed.

My experience with cloud 9 was horrible!!I just feel that they are a bunch of money minded people…. Their only concern is money and not patient. Myself being a doctor…. Found it very strange to have experienced such a behaviour from the staff…especially nurses in the front desk!! They are arrogant and ask for payment first even if we say it’s urgent… i was bleeding need to do scan first. And also radiologist did not do the scan it was done by someone who has a degree in Msc sonology and the billing was done in the name of radiologist!! Unethical behaviour from the hospital side! Poor Pateints are not aware of the fardulence. Now i have decided not to go back to this hospital.
