Urgent need to conserve the rare species of birds,(flora and fauna) the kallu kuttai the water body must to be preserved by the Government from encroachment.

Not maintained well. Today I saw lot of birds here. If government maintains it, it might become a sight seeing place.

It's a good place to hang out. After the redevelopment of the lake, the place is perfect for an evening get together. With a beautiful lake that has so many biodiversity this will be a fun time overall. Moreover, there is enough spaces to park cars and bikes without hassle

Kallu Kuttai lake - is next to Tharamani and is located (near Perungudi Railway station - Behind Law college Taramani) . Kallu Kuttai Lake has a length of 1.5 kilometres. But it is splittet in seperate ways: Bird-watching enthusiasts can visit these niche spots for an unforgettable experience, surrounded by scenic lakes (early morning)
