Not recommended at all.They just want money in every single step.They will just rob your hard earned money.Instead of this they did the wrong treatment and the situation got worse day by day.They couldn't identify the disease they just ride Mercedes and come to the hospital.Too much robber they are.Everyday they want Google review of 5 from each patient,they literally they force to give 5 star on Google.They are totally fraud.They just want money in every single step.Instead of taking lakh lakh rupees,they did wrong treatment 😑. Don't go there please please please, it's my request. Forcefully they want 5 star review in Google.They don't even provide you the photo of USG plate rather than taking 10x money for the test.Dosage of medicines are too much high, they will kill the patient .Even if the patient is well ,he will die by wrong treatment. IF YOU HAVE LOTS OF MONEY THEN DONATE TO POOR BUT DON'T GO IN APOLLO.

Clean and well maintained hospital for kids. Front desk and staff were friendly and well assisting. Dr.Latha was very kind and polite answering to all our queries. We took our daughter for general checkup for her eyes and throat. She quickly referred to Orthoptist Dr.Srikanth on same day and it was smooth process. Dr.Srikanth was also good. He checked kid's eyes and provided suggestions on improving vision.

You can trust this place and take our children for any diseases. The extra care they provided from registration till doctor visit is awesome. But collecting the reports or downloading it in app is complete mess. Called many times to get a report but person attending calls is not even listening our queries, simply transferring calls. Treatment - Awesome . Book appointment in app and visit clinic.

Came here to get an ultrasound for pregnancy care around 9am! I’m in my second trimester. Waited for 3 hours to get ultrasound. After 12pm the lady at the counter-6 wrote down a time which is to collect report. Basically asked me to come around 4pm to pick it up. I bit my tongue and stayed patiently for it. So I came around 4pm hoping to collect my report. Right now it’s past 4:31pm. Only god knows how long it’s going to take to provide further notice. The lady at the counter with green saree basically commented saying “if I say 4pm doesn’t mean the report will be available exactly at that time, just wait in that corner please just sit down”!! All I have been doing is SIT DOWN & wait!! No sense of urgency or understanding from anyone here. THERE NEED TO BE A BETTER SYSTEM IN APOLLO HOSPITAL FOR WAIT TIME AND HOSPITALITY MANNERS ESPECIALLY FROM WOMEN WHO WORK HERE! Mostly every one sounds so freaking rude as if patients are bothering them.

All the doctors, staffs , nurses are very cordial and caring . They will take a good care of your little ones.

Apollo as usual is our one go stop for any medical emergencies! This time it was the Apollo Children's Hospital where I had to admit my son for allergy related issues. Right from the admission process to the discharge, we had a smooth experience. The Doctors and the nurses were very caring and courteous in explaining us every details. The support staff including the house keeping and food service was of good standing. Finally the ambience of the room and the hospital is very soothing especially from childrens' point of view!

I have been waiting here since 10:30. Now it is 12:15. I had an appointment at 10:30. Why did you make an appointment if there is no doctor? There are many patients but not enough people to provide services. I did not expect to get such service in a world class hospital.

Great place for any medical treatment. The team of doctors and nurses are good at their work and I personally loved the attitude and zeal they attach to their work, so professional. I’m Happy with Hospital, Doctors and all other services. Security persons in children hospital OP department are arrogant. They have very rude behaviour and don’t even have courtesy to deal with patients and attendants. I was totally stressed out with these people in the entrance of the hospital itself. The mental agony lasted till i met the doctor. This was a bad experience. Please replace the existing security personnel or transfer them. They are very rude and were talking as if they are going to manhandle us. Not sure how the recruitment team selected these people. Our safety and security are at risk

Everything is very nice and clean in this hospital. Nurse and other staffs are friendly here but before doing test they should let patient or attendant know how long it will take for the report to be given. As international patient sometimes you have pre schedule flights.

Apollo children's hospital pharmcy department very excellent skill staff.Any medicine details or any doubt was cleared by the staff excellent. My ordered medicine have delivered to my home at given time. My child was very happy because of pharmacy staff dedication. Thank you so much for the carring my child health.

The hospital staff and Doctors/ Nurses took best care possible to ensure the patient feels safe & feels at home. The ward was extremely clean and rooms are maintained very well. Satisfied with housekeeping & dietary services. Staff nurses were so cordial and well behaved. Their care & love for my daughter is really appreciated. No complaints abt the treatment. But the hospital is sorely lacking in streamlined process of billing and discharge. I was made to wait for 30 min just to receive the bill. Then the bill counter person after another 10 min wait told me that i cant pay the bill without registering my child. This process took another 10 min. I dont understand why i should pay 300 Rs and register my child before i can pay the bill.

We went to the hospital for our son. We have a mixed opinion about it. Basic facilities are Ok. But being such a big hospital in chennai, they lack in basic amenities. There is no patient management system at all, online appointments just don't work. U need to walk in and stand in queue every time u visit. They still have age old system of calling patients name like some small city government hospital. After paying such high fees for doctors, we expect better services also. They should have a patient management system. There is no parking available at hospital. Big struggle to find parking around hospital as it is located in busy area. They should provide proper parking facility. The doctors are also many old doctors, they operate in old methods. They even don't remember treatment line. We need to remind them. Their online payment system does not work mostly and they insist for cash payment. We noticed ambiguity in billing also. Overall, good hospital but need to upgrade vastly.

Hospital is well equipped and maintained with cleanliness. But for the doctor - Exceptional, another railway station. Stinks worse than a govt hospital. Ruthless billing staff, registration full of mistakes taking hrs for registration. Not even eligible for an entry level nabh

First of all the secretary of the doctor we visited asked me to handover my phone to her. Once I gave to her, see opened google n gave 5 star rating to apollo children's hospital. Than I realized and asked her not to do so. Instead she could have told me to put 5 star rating. Anyway, doctor we visited were good, but hospital is bit over crowded and cleanliness is not upto mark.

Hospital was so neat and well maintained. I visited 2nd floor for scanning and blood test. Floor was well maintained especially Rajeshwari and Karpagam maintain the floor and they treat the patient as nice. Thank you so much for kindness act.

For us with Children Apollo, Chennai was the first time as we were from Bangladesh. Since day 01 to discharge of my kids ( had a surgery) from hospital it was absolutely fantastic and notable. 👍Doctor, Anesthesiologist, Nurses, Housekeeping were much cooperative. The ambience of the hospital was very good. Both hygiene and infrastructure of the hospital is top notch. The services received from the hospital staff is one of the best. The Doctors and the nurses were very helpful and friendly.

Processes are very slow. Especially coordination between two departments. There are needless delays that the patient has to face. You are better off visiting a nearby clinic.

My 1 month son was admitted due to some serious issues and found out that a surgery was necessary. The doctor was so honest and explained every details pertaining to the surgery. The surgery was a success and during the time we were in the hospital, all the doctors and nurses were so co-operative and supportive and very much concerned about the well being of the baby. The hospital atmosphere and ambience were good too.

Very good hospital. I strongly recommend Apollo Children hospital. My father was there for Liver transplant surgery. We got a very good support from Billing team and medical team. Special thanks to the billing,they made sure that we will not face any issue in insurance claim and made the process very smooth during discharge and post discharge. One of the best team I have seen so far. Specially, Mr.Alvin and Mohan from insurance desk. Also, Mr. Doss and his team.

The service was good. we saw Dr.Shyamala.j she is so kind towards kids we see her from past 15 yrs. And hospital service is too good all take care of kids nicely and it's too higyen too.

Apollo Children hospitals doctors are very good, but the staff of lab of 2nd floor is too bad, they don't co-operate with patient and patient party. Today I have tendered my son's urine on 03 p.m as per the advise of Dr. M Sarvanan, the doctor said that he will meet me on evening, that's why the doctor fix my appointment on 06 pm, but unfortunately the report of the urine is not available on online also, repeatedly this type of harrasment we are facing from 2018, the hospital lab staff is too bad.
