We've been there Saturday it was crowded and had to go through waiting queue. Staffs are so attentive and welcoming towards the guests. Foods served on the table was piping hot and fresh. If you're North Indian food lover believe me this place won't let you down. Chaats and drinks were adding ice on fire Main course was so authentic and scrumptious Service was so prompt, staffs are well trained . Special thanks to Mr. Manoj and team for making our dining experience wonderful and memorable. Surely became my favorite and come back again.

The ambience, the food, the quality, the quantity all 10/10. Due to covid uncertainties though, servers have reduced and hence very slow. We waited almost 40min just for starters but was worth the wait. The crispy veggies are a must try. A must mention is the chili guava drink which is heaven on earth for spicy lovers.

Wonderful atmosphere and you will enjoy anytime of the day/evening whenever you visit this place. Service is next best thing, I would say is best. Friendly and caring service right from entry till leaving this place. Taste is next thing, which doesn't mean taste is not good. KP is always best known for their tasty menus. This is fact in whichever branch we visit. This time I have tried KP special biriyani for the first time. Something not too spicy with not so much of Masala.. perfect taste. Keep going guys!

The location is probably the best thing about this place. The service is alright (seems a bit inexperienced). And the food I would say is at best ordinary. I was expecting much more. We had the sev puri, palak paneer, dal makhani, roti platter and nimbu paani. Sev puri was good. Nimbu paani, you can't go bad in it. But the Indian cuisine food was so ordinary. Palak paneer was very salty, dal makhani very very liquidy. The roti platter was probably the best out of everything we ordered, coz it had a good variety and the breads were well done. Given the amount of north indian food available in the city, these guys are one of my least favourites. I don't think I'd want to revisit here.

Just outstanding! Lovely ambience, very elegant and a perfect pure veg joint in the locality. The taste and portion of each food was great too, must try their Paneer tikka, Chaat items, Pizza and their Veg fried rice ( don't miss this ) was so authentic too - their unique flavoured rice ! We relished every bite and every food item there. Service was fabulous too, very professional. Mr Choudhary's guidance and service was top class. Overall can easily give a 10/10. Worth every penny you spend.

Excellent ambience. Authentic North Indian vegetarian food. Borivali ki dhabeli was good although nowhere near kutchi dhabeli in taste. Chowpatty tawa pulao was the best. Falooda Kulfi ice cream was the clincher. Limited car parking

I came across this place while travelling from there and thought of trying it out. Really a very good place and a big one. The atmosphere is really good here. The service is also really good and staff was very friendly. I would surely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have some snack items. The food was delicious as well. Overall an awesome place to try it out.

Kailash Parbat is indeed saviour for vegetarians. One of the best restaurant in the town. I loved their ambience and soothing music. Food served was so delectable and fresh. They represent the authencity of North Indian Cuisine. Service staff was so welcoming and attentive .They professionally dealt with us and made us feel at home. I usually don't rate 5 star but they deserve it from all the way Thanks all the team. Keep the good work.

We chanced upon this restaurant in Gandhi Nagar and decided to visit. What was a casual lunch for us turned out to be some of the best vegetarian food we’ve had in a while. Their menu has a wide variety of vegetarian dishes ranging from street food (chaat) to North Indian sabzis and parathas. While we haven’t been able to extensively try out their menu, we did manage to try quite a few dishes among the six of us who visited. My personal favorite was the Veg. Dum Biriyani (yes, VEG.). The food was good, the quantity was sufficient and the ambience was really pleasant (considering that we visited on a Friday afternoon close to 12). Chef Gomes was very courteous and popped by the table to ensure everything was perfect. We also had Vijayakumar and Vishal wait on us, and they were very courteous as well. Overall, a very enjoyable experience for all us. I’d definitely visit again!

Love the food here. We enjoy the nice crispy yummy chaats - be it sev puri or vadapav or corn basket chaat or anything- they're all amazing. We like to try out a little of the many different items on their menu each time and enjoy the variety of food. Lovely ambience. Generous and kind people, nice hospitality. Amazing place; Kailash Parbat is one of our family's favourite go-to place for get togethers and celebrations too. We celebrated with family here for my birthday last year and this year for my mother's. The people are so sweet; as we cut the cake, a happy birthday song was played and the entire staff sang with us too and even gave us a complimentary brownie sizzler with chocolate sauce. It was a very beautiful vibe created.

Went to this place for a light dinner. Did not order any chaat items. Ordered methi paratha, tandoor roti with kofta e dilbar and boondi raitha. Rotis were served hot and tasted good for a quick dinner. Ambience was fine. Will visit again to try more chaat items next time. Went another time for brunch. Pani puri was very bad. Would not recommend to eat it here. Dahi puri was good. Juhu chowpathy pulao was great. Hot chocolate brownie was very soft.

Before the reviews look out for the service tax! They are charging 10% service charge on the bill. Please refuse paying that and you have every right too , they did accept to remove it as requested. Good Food. Enjoyed their special briyani. Very good potato sticks . Best part was the Blue Lagoon and Mango lassi. You will not be disappointed with their food. Would not suggest the tawa pulao or chilli guava drink. Please stay away from Soup was terrible. Did not enjoy their noodles as well too oily. Floats.

It eventually happened few years before that I had to book a table for friends meet by 9.30pm or so and this was to close only by 11pm which was comfortable to plan. We thus ended and the experience was ultimate. All their chats were yummy and so does their main course items too including their Chai and deserts. Since then this is one of favorite spot for catching up with friends or a dine out with family. The ambience is spacious and you will easily get a place during weekdays. Weekends .. try your luck by planning little early.

Crowded place in the heart of Adyar.. We had booked a table for 12 through a restaurant booking app - Dineout. On arrival, I was frustrated to know that they don't honor bookings through any app on weekends. However the restaurant manager made some arrangements for us in 10 minutes. Lemon coriander soup tasted real good. It was followed by a full set of starters and chat that were delectable. Chole bhature was next on the menu. However the Chole which tasted too sweet was a huge letdown. The main course portion sizes need a definite upgrade. Ordered for one the tastiest buttermilk and enjoyed it. The restaurant's prices are definitely on the higher side and need a definite look into. The service was just decent (probably the crowd was on the higher side). Good place to visit on the whole..

Ambiance is damn good, taste is awesome, I'm literally going to dine there. Mr choudhary was very polite, and he suggested very good food items. You won't get bday cake there but if you buy from outside and bring for the celebration then they will join you, play musics for you. It was a great experience here, Thanks Mr. Choudhary

Indian street food is going places. Kailash Parbat mentions that it has spread to Singapore and several other countries on the table mat placed in front of you. They have illustrated the origins of the street food and built the expectations that they will deliver. First off, the corn tokri. Little baskets of fried puffs stuffed with corn, sev and beads of pomegranate. Spicy sweet and crusty. The combination works. Next up, the dabeli. Buns with a tomato stuffing garnished with fried groundnuts. Not as exciting. But the paneer sizzler that we were warned would take time does make up. Spicy rice with lots of peas, finger chips and the paneer gravy hit the right spots. Both in terms of the texture and the taste. Masala chaach and the masala jal jeera go well with the food we've ordered. There's a constant stream of people making their way in. And the conversations as well as the general atmosphere is one of family outings and old friends getting together. Kailash Parbat is supposed to be the spiritual peak. That would be an exaggeration. It's more like base camp.

Loved the food. It has to be one of the best in Chennai for vegetarian (non-southern) snacks and food. (Please recommend if there are others as well). Every item was fresh, hot and prepared as per the instructions.

A much needed north Indian shop at adyar.. their chats are yummm especially crispy corn basket.. but pizzas and soups are too bland.. Everything they make with paneer is just yumm.. paired with cheese garlic naan (which is too heavy and comes in 3 pieces)..

Wow!! Can vegetarian food taste so good? Yes, at Kailash Parbat it tastes great. Everything was great except the Vada Pav. Samosa was out of the world. Very exciting menu. Will go there again without a doubt.

There are not many restaurants in the city that can boast a good spread and a great ambiance. Kailash Parbat is one such place that checks all these boxes with aplomb. The food tasted great and the service was excellent. The menu was extensive and the staff took time to explain the dishes when questioned. The restaurant itself was big enough to accommodate a large group of people without breaking a sweat. The lighting was fantastic. Look no further than this place if you are a vegetarian.

Cool environment and nice ambience with good service. Food tastes good and served hot. Quality and quantity of food and chat items are okay. Prices are little bit Higher for me and my gang. Tried soups, crispy corn basket, vada pav, Butter and garlic naan, vegetable masala, cheesy pizza and mango lassi. All tastes good, only vada pav and pizza not met at our expected level. Otherwise everything at the good taste. T

We tried almost everything.. it was all good.. including the dessert.. masala pappad was very small and not enough. Chaat platter was a big disappointment! Everything else tasted very good.. ambience was good . Service was very good..

Not a great experience here. We ordered chaat items and everything was way too spicy. The bhel puri didn't seem to have any tamarind chutney or green chutney. It was just way too spicy and there was no balance of tangy n spicy flavours. Will not be returning here. The only saving grace was that the service was friendly and the ambience was good.

Food taste is not good. I had it in Singapore, it was nice. Expected the same here but it was worst. All the dishes were very blank , not taste at all... No salt, no spice , nothing at all... I request the management to please look into it, so that you offer people food with taste. Service part also is bad. They keep the food in table, you need to serve yourself, they won't serve. You have to call the attender for each and every thing like water, glass, spoon. 1 things I liked was their ambience and mint chutney.
