arrived
at
Apollo
Hospital,
Perungudi,
for
the
Pro
Master
Health
check-up
at
6:50
am
on
December
27,
2023,
and
presented
myself
at
the
health
check-up
front
desk
by
7
am.
However,
I
would
like
to
provide
my
feedback
on
the
experience,
as
many
aspects
were
disappointing:
1. Lack
of
Proper
Procedure
at
Front
Desk:
The
procedure
followed
by
the
front
desk
staff
appeared
disorganized
and
messy.
2. Uncleaned
AC:
The
air
conditioning
system
seemed
uncleaned,
impacting
the
overall
hygiene
of
the
environment.
3. Poor
Customer
Care
Service:
A
concerning
incident
occurred
where
an
elderly
person,
in
a
wheelchair
for
an
ECHO,
was
left
unattended
in
the
pathway.
Despite
calling
for
help,
none
of
the
staff
members
responded
until
I
personally
approached
the
reception
to
bring
attention
to
the
situation.
4. Inefficient
Time
Management:
There
seemed
to
be
a
lack
of
proper
time
management,
affecting
the
overall
efficiency
of
the
health
check-up
process.
5. Need
for
Dedicated
Consultants:
While
the
consultants
were
competent,
there's
a
suggestion
to
have
dedicated
consultants
specifically
for
master
check-up
patients,
separate
from
the
regular
OP
patients.
This
would
ensure
a
more
focused
and
efficient
service.
Undoubtedly,
Apollo
Hospital
is
known
for
its
medical
expertise,
but
these
aspects,
particularly
the
customer
care
service
and
organizational
procedures,
need
attention.
Going
forward,
I
am
hesitant
to
recommend
Apollo
for
health
check-ups
due
to
these
concerns.
I
hope
this
feedback
contributes
to
the
enhancement
of
services.
