The doctor (Suganya) Froude and money minded. 1#She claims to be an Apollo consultant but actually she was kicked out from Apollo Hospital 4 years back due to the fraudulent activity which I found from my investigation at Apollo hospital. Have filed a complain. 2. Charged 90k for hystroscopy but the same test in Apollo hospital charging 65k. 3. Lying to convince customers (patients) 4. Immediately changed their face when I refused to continue the treatment with them.

Have been there for my Sisters pre-pregnancy checkup’s. Doctors are not listening properly the concerns. Unnecessary scans/ tests were recommended which was not the case when went for the other hospital. Money minded, better to avoid.

We have admitted in the private Medical college hospital with oxygen support, But there is no advance support. So we have decided to admit in a hospital where the ventilator support is available. I got a contact through my friend and I have approached him. He said there are beds available in the Sugan hospital Neelankari. "I have gone through the google reviews" and I am happy to see the positive reviews. Then We have admitted him and They allowed to contact My Dad through phone. My Dad Last words "No one is there to help. One Ward helper for 10 - 12 beds. If I call he will attend after 30 mins." Covid Patients with low SPO2 should not walk, Even to the rest room. They need some support. Because they can collapse at any time. At last we lost My Dad. For two days We have paid nearly 2.5 Lakh. My Bad I didn't check the negative reviews. Later I understood, Lab technicians and other medical reps are doing broker works for these hospitals. Hats off to you guys. Sugan hospital claims "No COVID death" because they will handover the patient body to you with a certificate as "heart attack" or other issues. People like me will think at least we will have body, So that we can bury on our own with caution. Please do not trust them, Some how they will learn a lesson. Dedicating this review to Dr. Suganya and the anesthesia doctor(Who worked as COVID duty doctor). I didn't expect the people to feel sorry for my Dad loss. But consider my review before you call them. Hope my review will help some one.

They havent given me the prescription or the dischrge summary worst hospital guys trust me dont go! Only the bills of blood tests is given tat too after a big fight with the doctor. They wont give you proper test results too,they only say if some prob exist or not. Got the test results after a fight but with different dates where i didnt take the test itself! #Beware Actually no stars but giving for friendly few nurse 😊 specifically few nurse only.! Worst experience their doctor system works on demand basis If one patient ask for doctor that's when they start to calling doctor and asking his availability to visit hospital waited for 1.5 hours after my scheduled time. Don't ever try to consult here. The nurses are rude and behaving as like they are giving free treatment. The best service you can do for the society is 'shut down your hospital'

When I collected the report and showed to doctor and asked also for blood tests fees. That time Sister Ramya also was there who charged extra fees from me. Doctor also said this test is less amount.. Sister Ramya asked me to wait out side., I was waiting near reception after sometime she came and said Ma'am doctor spoke to lab and confirmed the test amount. I admitted my sister here for delivery recently on 10th August 2020, she’s previously done cesarion and she’s low hemoglobin and hypothyroidism so couldn’t done govt hospital also right now in covid pandamic situation and I visit here emergency then Dr.suganya saravanakumar madam advised to us admit and do surgery, safely done surgery and baby also safe and well. Nursing care and room also hygiene. Anaesthetist care also well in pain management. Package also we are satisfied. Treatment level is we are well satisfied.. we are heartily thanking you Dr.suganya saravanakumar.

Such a mean doctor.. simply giving medicines which are not really required. As I went to return back the medicines next day they never agreed to take back. They were asking me to use it. Never go to that hospital..

My delivery was done here 3 years back during COVID with full care from the doctor. I had no fear of COVID and had full support from all the staff's. I am blessed to deliver my baby here and still coming here for all checkups

Very good hospital with excellent and caring Dr. Suganya . I had visited the hospital for scanning when I got pregnant. Dr had immediately diagnosed I had ectopic pregnancy and arranged for surgery. She had arranged for blood also quickly during the critical Covid situation. Totally grateful to her for saving my life. Every month I had my pregnancy check up, recently I had my delivery too in this hospital only, the doctor and the team encouraged me a lot and had a normal delivery, the staffs and mainly the doctor took a great care on me and the new born baby, when my baby had a small health issue, the doctor immediately attended though it was after 12 midnight.
