I simply can’t say how impressed and thankful to the doctors for making sure that I felt at ease and comfortable during and after the procedure was done. I am extremely happy with their professional approach and the way they did the procedure without making me feel any discomfort or pain. Everyone in the hospital, even the front office staff let me know that they all genuinely cared about me as a patient and that I was in good hands. So i thank the doctor and the clinic for the smooth experience.

Poor experience. Messy, dirty, uncoordinated. A/C wasn't working. Polishing instrument kept getting loose from high pressure as it was faulty. Dentist kept telling me to "loosen my lip" & "shorten my mouth". What kind of English instruction is this? Consultant orthodontist mistook my dental plaque/cavity for a metal filling, despite me insisting I had never had one. Attendant/assistant didn't know where things were and kept asking dentist for help. After having had amazing experiences with foreign dental care (which was similarly priced to Radiant), I'm really disappointed with Radiant in comparison. Never going back again.

Visited radiant dental for a routine scaling procedure- the dentist that handled my case was so risk averse that she was unwilling to scale the front portions of my tooth because I had braces. After she said she was 'done' I had to literally point her the scaling deposits which could be removed. Revisited the clinic because there still were deposits after the scaling process on my second molar. The dentist only cleaned the lingual surface and still charged the entire fee for I don't know what basis. These are simple and routine procedures of dentistry, if your dentists can't even do this right please ask them to stop practising and prevent ruining the name of your chain. Absolute worst experience.

Money seeking dental clinic, i went for my teeth refilling, and asked them for cost for treatment, to tell the treatment cost they asking for counsultation fees, while they explained about the upcoming treatment charges, i identified, they are trying to loot our money in the name of treatment, so i went to another clinic, they charged me 30% of money compared to them, now my problem solved.

Very professional, courteous and friendly staffs made my son get along, though he is not so cooperative when it comes to needles. My son had to go through pulpectomy for multiple tooths and Dr. Mithul who did the procedure did a great work, I felt my son was in good hands. He did spent 30mins of his time before the treatment only to make my son comfortable, which I've not seen elsewhere. Chief doctors assisted whenever I needed a second opinion. Dr. Niranjana who facilitated this entire operation explained everything in detail well in advance and the treatment plan was clearly laid out including the expenses. What's worth mentioning is that the expense did not exceed the expectation but the treatment did. For the first time when I visited the hospital I am so afraid about RCT and implantation. Doctor examined my tooth and identified the correct problem. She explained briefly about RCT and implantation. I had pain only when she did injection, after that its completely painless treatment. I preferred advanced laser treatment for RCT. They are very good in professional. Even implantation also its completely painless treatment except injection. When crown didn't fit properly they rejected that crown and sent back to lab to create new one. I understand They won't compromise in quality to give to their patients. They are contributing their services during covid time also by taking all the precautions like mask, dress code, Checking the temperature. I would really appreciate them. Clinic is completely hygienic and has advanced infrastructure. I really liked the doctor hospitality, and treatment cost also affordable only.
