I use to go to this clinic for last 2 years, doctor was good and inspit my very own brother is a ortho I prefer this clinic because I had good experience with doctor. Today keeping that in mind I visited the clinic after confirming from the clinic staff. The moment we entered there is no hand sanitiser and one of the staff ask me to wash my in bathroom which is located very last in the clinic and it is very dirty. I suggested the staff to use the wash basin which placed in the entrance. Just for my feed back the staff conveyed us doctor is not willing to see you and I was really felt bad. What kind of attitude being a Doctor instead to getting the feedback he literally denied not knowing that patients can survive anywhere and this type of attitude is going to be his downfall. I never recommend this disrespectful clinic and rude staff.

Well.. By checking reviews I went there. We thought he was an intelligent doctor. But simply wasted time and money. Just for consultation he charges Rs 500. And he asked us to get x-ray Rs 400. We already had an old x-ray which we shown him and told him the couple of doctors which we consulted earlier didn't diagnose the issue. But he said to get the sideview of the leg. We believed and got the x-ray. Then he seen that and looking at us. After that he told to get CT scan!With loads of trust we went there to get rid of my mother's pain. Now we lost the trust. We thought it was our mistake to get that pain because no one really there to help even if we invest money and time. This was my experience. Hope you will or you had a nice experience.

My grandma was suffering from severe joint pain and back ache. We had consulted many doctors, even from famous hospitals. But all of our effort was waste of time and money. One of the worst and money minded person i have ever met, always looking for money instead of treating the problem. charging 500 as a consultation fees which is not even worth for 200, please avoid and better select some other good hospitals.

It's a good clinic in this area, Doctor Mr.Sathyadharan is a very good orthopedic. And he will not suggest unnecessary medicines or tests. Consulting fee is also Nominal. I strongly recommend this clinic.

Had visited for my dad earlier for back pain and got cured with ease. He explains everything in detail and best doc in near by area. But now when I went now for my ligament tear to his new clinic, I feel it became costly and not as his old treatment nature . Still he is good and can go without any second thought

Went for dislocation of shoulder. Clean and Compact. Inspite being Apollo doctor, very nominal and affordable charges. He charges for medical certificate too, which can be avoided. Waiting time for services is quick. All modes of payments are accepted. No unnecessary medicines. Waiting queue can be improved by token system.

I fell from bike one day. The next day i went to consult this orthopedic with a badly swollen leg and an x-ray report(hopping in one leg) . He told its a bone fracture and asked me to get MRI and CT scan. He did not give any treatment for my swollen leg. Since i couldn't believe it's a fracture, i then consulted around 3 orthopedic doctors outside. everyone suggested for MRI and when i had the mri scan report, they clarified me that it's an ACL tear, not a FRACTURE. His prediction was totally wrong.

Called them 7 to 8 times in a span of 2 hours. No one even bothered to pick up. It was busy a couple of times. So i m sure someone was there at the desk at some point but nobody had the courtesy to call back from the reception.

I had booked an appointment for 9.45am morning today but due to unfortunate event in the family couldn't go for consultation. I requested for a walk in n the evening but was told doctor will meet only pati3nts who have an appointment. wondering if someone will know in advance that he s going to fall sick and book an appointment. can't doctors meet patient on emergency basis.

Overall best experience with A class doctor. Well guided towards my ailment. Treatment is value for money.

Very bad treatment provided by the Dr. Doesn't seem knowledgeable, he made sure to use all equipments and charged us a fat bill though the issue for which we went remained untreated. Will never go back again. Mentality of the nurses here is pathetic

Consultation is gentle and thorough. Not many unnecessary tests. Going step by step in figuring out actual problem is a plus. Doctor hears you fully and analyzes before talking about the treatment. Provides multiple options and explains them. So far it's a good experience. One suggestion is that it will be great if there is a nurse line we where can get directions based on the test results. Sometimes we might need further tests if the previous one is inconclusive. In that case the patient can avoid travel.

He speaks to the point and suggest treatment what is absolutely needed. Has all the facilities in house.

Good doctor who patiently lets the patient talk fully to share their concerns and then explains his part. Treatment is also good and suggests further examinations only when required.

Worst response. It is not possible for the person to carry the prescription everytime. Handling a copy of the same digitally would ease the process and that too rejecting to give a treatment for the patient whom you treat the exact previous date and not taking effort to get the copy of the prescription that the doctor will have to continue the treatment is not acceptable. Response to the reply: So what is the solution when the patient with the pain who comes alone didn't bring the prescription that too... the patient whom u treated the previous day... sending the patient back with the pain? Sometimes unintentionally the patient becomes less smart like u say but u people became intentionally lazy to search for the prescription u maintain... or u forget the patient overnight

Good treatment by experienced dr. I saw few weeks back one pt threatened the receptionist to reduce the fees otherwise I will post a bad review in the net. Advice to public I am seeing it in hotel buisness also, so don't believe these negative reviews..
