The services provided here are very good. I've got delivered with twin baby - a girl and a boy here. Thanks to Dr. Anusuya and Dr. Deepika for guiding me throughout my pregnancy and for normal delivery. Thanks to Nurse Valli who gave support and helped during delivery in the labour ward. Nurses are taking care very well. Overall it's a good hospital to visit.

Excellent care taking for nurses @docters. When I admitted the hospital still now each and evertime they all are good caring. Everything will be good. Cleaning team all so good neat and cleaning room and bathroom .Especially nurses it will be pollute and humble caring for patient. Highly recommend hospital for my side.

"I have been admitted for minor surgery via Pristyn Care. I have never experienced such poor hospitality in my entire life. Even government hospitals seem better in comparison. The admission room was like a garbage room with a dusty bed, unclean bedsheets, and post-surgery, there is no follow-up monitoring. There is no intercom in the admitted room, so every time I have to come down from the 2nd floor to the ground floor. I have attached videos and pictures for the public to see. I kindly request people not to trust Pristyn Care and Anjakha Hospital."

Dr Anusuya is well experienced in both gynaecology and in surgery , good human being . The way she cares for the patient is really extraordinary. According to me she is next to GOD. She is the best Dr who has given me motherhood. Hospital infrastructure and other facilities are excellent.

Restroom health faucet is very weak and other bathroom accessories remains quite old. And some tap not functioning and water flow speed is low in filling up after use. As well canteen is mandatory for all persons in hospital which is challenging to get any food for person hospitalised or for attendees that should be considered. However operation theatre and other infrastructure is good. And all staff are very supportive.

I delivered my baby girl here 2 days ago. With all support and guidance it was a normal delivery. Very supportive nurses and house keeping staffs during my labour time. Their motivation made me delivery my baby just in 2 hours of contractions. Finally big thanks to Dr.Anushya Mam. It feels like our own mother is with us. Her Guidance made me to delivery my girl with less pain and in short time. Overall it was a good experience.

Good Doctor, Nice Hospital – Well for starters we can believe in Doctor Anusiya’s judgment and intensions. She earned my trust from the day one mostly because of my mom’s opinion. Two of my cousins consult with Dr. Anusiya both have only good thing to say. My Experience she is through and the cost is fairly reasonable. Pro tip – Don’t expect the doctor to speak more unless needed. She is women of few words or to be exact (நல்லாயிருக்கு மா போய்ட்டுவா ) Trust me when required Dr. Anusiya would be elaborative if not, she would not bother you with details and scare you. This quality Is something I admire when compared with my friend’s feedback about their doctors. Dr. Deepika deserves credit too, she Is knowledgeable and straight a shooter, found it very easy to communicate. Staffs are friendly and understanding. Little off topic, the hospital is finely architectured, can sense the architectural brilliance. Kudos to the architect too.

My wife delivered a baby boy on November 24th at Anjakha hospital. Dr Anusuya made the whole pregnancy and delivery experience a cake walk for my wife with her knowledge, experience and calmness. She has always handled our queries and doubts with a reassuring smile. Hospital is well maintained with good aesthetics. It's always clean and tidy. The nursing staff is one of the best you will get. The team that includes valli, jebitha, anu, ilavarasi, geetha and others are very polite, caring and helpful. They are always there whenever you need them. The housekeeping staff are the best you will get. Overall,the whole team of Doctor, Nurses and the housekeeping staff made our experience a very pleasant and memorable one. Highly recommended for expecting mothers.

Dr. Deepika mam was Excellent in explaining the procedure and in patient care. Hospital rooms were great and clean. Insurance and billing process is very very very slow no words to stress how much slow they are and it delays the discharge process. If planning to use Insurance then I would suggest you check with the hospital insurance team for different processing times then get admitted or you need to know someone from the insurance agency to get it moving. Nurses does the job good but need to remind them minimum twice for anything to get done. No coordination between different teams (if you ask anything in reception they will ask you to check with nurses/doctor and if you ask anything to nurse they will ask you to check with different team) And Pharmacy it's a different story need to experience it to feel the pain.

Go for Gynecologic consultantation and Delivery without any second thought. With a reference from a doctor we consulted Dr. Anusuya. She guided us very well during the pregnancy and did LSCS. Room washrooms are so horrible, it's seems it is constructed 3 feet person. They only mop the floors once in a day. After operation they didn't clean the blood stains for my wife. And the labour room has two beds one without mattress and another matters full of blood stains. Even though doctor scolds, cleaning person doesn't bother that. And for me c-section bill is around 1.1 L they say that for insurance claiming they will send bills for only 60k to the insurance company if you go for cashless treatment. They will suggest you to go for reimbursement. And from ac water was spilling. My suggestions from my experience for every pregnancy person is choose a doctor who works dedicatedly in that hospital where you are planning for delivery. The only positive thing was our doctor (Dr.Misha pepsi) gave her best for normal delivery and few nurses very supportive (especially nurse : Valli) Pediatrician doctor came and he said that he will suggest vitamin drops and soaps, shampoos he told that he will inform the same to the nurses in the room but when we asked the nurses about that, nurses said that doctor didn't say anything. We called the doctor he told he will give those details after 3 days. He asked us to visit his clinic after 3 days. We charged 1000 for his check up in the hospital for that day.

We chose this hospital since it is located very close to our home and also huge reputation of Dr.Anusuya. There are some claims that she doesn't wait for normal delivery. Yet, from our personal experience and also based on the feedback of other doctors about her, I would say that she does indeed wait patiently for normal delivery. I don't know why there are negative remarks on this matter. Though her interaction seems to be limited during periodical review, she did take very good care during the hours of delivery and after till my wife was discharged. Feel free to ask any doubts to her and none of your doubts would ever be unanswered. So glad that we had chosen this hospital.

Admitted my sister Gomathi Gopinath for delivery. They did a excellent job in handling her delivery.. They tried their best for her normal delivery. The Best hospital with good hospitality. We had recently went to this hospital for the consultation and delivery of our second baby. And we had very good consultation and support from Dr.Anushya madam , a very humble, polite and experienced. Taken motherly care in consultation and the delivery of our baby. The hospital also had very good pediatrician Dr.Jayalakshmi madam. Always have a good smile with friendly advise which makes us confident. We had a excellent support and care from the sisters and duty nurse when in needed.And also had a good support from insurance help desk.

Delivered my boy baby last week.. The doctor and nurses handled the delivery with ease. Especially the staffs Geetha and Valli took utmost care of my baby with care whenever needed, without waiting for us to call them for help.

I delivered my second girl baby on 20.02.2020. I met Dr. Anshuya, only on 19.02.2020 with some low water level issues. After checking everything she given me the confident for normal delivery. Eventhough i have not cooperating her for normal delivery in labour time due to pain she patiently succesfuly done the normal delivery in half an hour. All nurses and the cleaning workers also supported a lot. Thanks to Anushya Mam.

Really worst experience we took 7 years old child for emergency duty doctor attended the child and they are speaking with theirselves not even considering as emergency, child suffered a lot. No stitches were done for the child and she had heavy blood loss. Duty doctor asking sister if they know how to do stitches. Please dont go to this hospital for any child emergency 🙏 Worst doctor and hospitality. Please please dont took any children to this hospital. Child started having fatigue and she falls. For 1 hour no first aid were given. Finally we fought with doctors and we took to another hospital and she is fine now. Don't go to this hospital please my humble request to all the parents.

My dad got admitted through priystn care here. Starting there was good hospitality but after operation there was no follow up and the insurance team is very pooor and they are not at all following up so they charged us extra one day room charge which we have paid them. So if you are ready to pay and do operations is good to go but by insurance they will charge more and they wont even follow up… we need to go and ask insurance team like 10 to 15 times per day… we have asked insurance team they said we have send approval to your insurance company and we contacted our insurance company they said we did not get any information about bill like that so be careful here!!!

Services provided for Maternity is good here. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Charges for delivery is reasonable compared to other maternity hospitals. Thanks to Dr. Mish pepsi for taking care of my delivery and i would like to thank nurse Deepa especially for giving me fundal, I will never forget you in my life. All other nurses and housemaid working in labor ward are very kind and the work they do is great.

It's one of the third class hospital in chennai.why because worst services of nurses ,doctors are not visiting to the rooms if admitted but charges will be added in the bill for visiting, in the night no duty doctors are available.worst hospitality now a days gov hospital looks neat n clean n good furniture. I hv taken private room for my wife delivery but a/c was not working, broken bed , no space to keep our things last but not the least no proper response from doctors. Very critical situation I took my wife, night duty doctor I think name is Dr. Padma priya verywell recognise the problem and treated my wife well. Dr. Anusuya madam very kind to my wife, Dr. Rajanand is not at all in hurry, he stay with us sometime to ask many questions to analyse our problems, I thanking my God first then these doctors. Nurses also very good and caring, also ayamma is great. What to say even lab and lab's brother and sister is good.

Good hospitality and customer service

Admitted my wife for pregnancy and she delivered a baby girl through normal delivery on Jan 8th. Dr.Anusya took good care but she doesn't speak much. She is well experienced and knows what she does. All the staffs were friendly and supportive. My wife was so scared of normal delivery but with family support and nurses support it was possible. The staffs in reception and the insurance department were also very helpful in claiming insurance and very clear about the process involved. They referred pediatrician Dr.JayaLakshmi for post natal consultation and her responses too are very satisfactory. Overall satisfied with the services provided. In this locality this is good hospital for pre-natal and post-natal care. They have good staff team. If the patient is courageous and sure of normal delivery (without any other complications) then hospital staffs are ready to support for normal delivery.

I highly recommend Dr. Anushiya for your pregnancy journey. I was under her care throughout my pregnancy, and I delivered my baby via normal delivery at the hospital on November 5th 2023. Dr. Anushiya and the nurses were incredibly supportive and friendly during the labour hours. However, the hospital room's bed was uncomfortable.

I had gone for a opinion but felt so comfortable with the chief Dr and got my surgery done last week. Good and round the clock attention by Dr's and the attenders . Clean end guided process. Am thankful for Dr.Anusuya,Dr.deepika,Dr.bharat ,Dr.nandini.and sisters who took care of me. One issue which was disturbing was loud discussions on lobbies.

Very poor management. Hospital IP ward nurses are very rude. Rooms dont have call bell to use in case of emergencies. No proper communication to patients. My uncle was made to wait for 4 hrs for surgery beyond surgery scheduled time and nurses were very rude when we asked for an update on surgery time. Definitely not a recommended friendly hospital for senior citizens. They make us run from pillar to post for everything. Definitely not recommending them to anyone.

Good meternity hospital. And all the facilities are good. Also here free baby shoot are available. Only need to add canteen facility. No food for patients also staff's. Dr.Anusuya mam was very supportive and visiting her patients daily basis twisly.

Mosquitos problem inside the room. There is no maternity gown given to the patient. Bedsheet and pillow covers not changed on daily basis. Insurance Processing team is not providing the proper details. I have a maternity cap limit of 75K but hospital is allowing only 50K which totally annoying and confusing. Hospital Management is more keen in collecting the money from Patients instead of Insurance. No geyser in the room. Very strange. No sponge bath given to mom and baby. TV is not working in the room. Imp note: When my baby was in emergency do to phototherapy, they don't even have the necessary equipments. Totally shame!!!😡 My humble request don't come to this hospital for any emergency 🙏

In Simple words "VERY WORST EXPERIENCE". I was admitted in hospital for delivery and there are no words to express my heartfelt gratitude to DR.Misha mam who took care of me very well and I had a very safe delivery.. Problem is all with the hospital. 1. Not sufficient nurses available during night shift.In case of any emergency, nobody comes and attends the patient. 2. There is no proper handover from the night shift nurse to morning shift nurses. We had to stay one more day in hospital coz of fever due to nurse's careless mistake. Also, a nurse said that they have to check baby's weight and went off. Then nobody came to check up on the weight until we left. 3. Some nurses are like school kids who doesn't even know how to put IV injection in hand.Due to their blunt mistake, my hand got bulged and again had to inject in another hand.They doesn't respond properly too. And since IV was slow, she literally stopped before the bottle got over. 4. They doesn't even care about the newborn baby. I mean they didn't take any newborn screening test or other tests. Only jaundice test was taken. Overall I would say, we really suffered a lot here...

I was admitted in this hospital for my delivery , I had the most traumatic experience here . I suggest pregnant moms to think twice before going here .. I was in labour ward for 3 hrs the beds wer already having blood stains and obviously it was filled with mine to and there is no leg support provided . Anyone can come in at any time inside the room and it made me very uncomfortable. After which I was moved to operation theater for immediate c sec and after which I was moved to normal ward . The next day morning I saw my legs were full of blood stains from normal delivery people didn’t even have curtesy to clean them ☹️. Me and my mom cleaned it the next day … The only good thing was my gynaecologist Misha Pepsi mam who put her fulesty in my normal delivery and was taking immediate decision based on my situation for which I’m thankful to her .. But the place was hell

Consulted Dr.Anusuya for my delivery and last few of my checkups.. The nurses were very friendly especially Soundaravalli sister stayed with me as a great support throughout my labor giving me all tips for a normal delivery. And they tried their level best for making a normal delivery.

Though not happened in the recent past.. my sister's baby died during delivery in this hospital. Dr. Anusuya waited to reach around 5KG baby weight which could be the cause as per the other doctor. Very worst Dr. and hospital. Also Dr. Anusuya is rude.

Dr Raj Anand is very police and experienced person. Down to earth. Medicines make it 50percent cure, this doc makes 100percent cure. That's the warmth he provides to patients. Thanks a Ton Doctor!!

Best services has been provided by the hospital. Doctors and allied staffs are too cooperatives. Dr. Kamalakhannan has taken due care and explained in detail and operated fistula and haemmoroids through laser which is remarkable and having too less pain. The recovery time taken is less.

Room service is good, Hospital nurses took care of patients with great care and friendly too. Though room is good , have mosquito problems and the chair provided by them was not proper and no replacement chairs available by that time.

Dr anushya is very rude with her patients. She can improve it , otherwise treatment is good She gets angry soon which creates an uncomfortable situation for the patients to speak frankly. If u need a friendly environment please dont choose this hospital.

Overall quality and services is 2 out of 5. More Improvisation is needed for rooms and hygiene perspective. Bathroom is very worst when compared to every other things. Better training’s are needed to all the employees on their respective roles and responsibilities.

Lot of Fake reviews. Worst service, Keeping the environment alone clean doesn't mean the doctors are perfect. Its a very trained organisation to trick people for c section. They don't respond well and simply ignore by replying as "Why are you asking me about that", but the question would be directly related to the pregnancy and birth control thing. Medicines are high than the usual market rate. If u still think, that you are ready to take this challenge by booking a slot with this hospital, you would seriously regret later, post they have succeeded by collecting ur wealth. BE CAUTIOUS ABOUT THEY PULLING A WOOL OVER YOUR EYES.

One of the worst hospital experience in my life. I had admitted my father for hernia surgery. After surgery, he faced lot of issues like urinary issues. But no one was taken care of his concerns. If it is possible I can negative rating but there is no option, so i give it a 1 star

I visited the hospital multiple times in the past few months, and the overall experience was good; everything was superb. However, today, I had an appointment with a urologist. I waited for two hours before he arrived, and when I finally met him, he informed me that the stone size was a bit large and suggested DJ laser treatment. Suddenly, my wife asked the doctor about potential side effects of the treatment. In response, the doctor made a disrespectful comment, saying, "Please give your kidney after your husband's kidney failure." We had spent 800 rupees and waited for two hours for his arrival, but he did not respond properly and spent only one minute with us. Doctors are often seen as akin to gods in their ability to heal, but it's essential for them to leave personal matters aside and be polite and responsive to their patients. After the urologist suggested a week's worth of medicine, I took his prescription to the hospital's medical counter. The staff there asked me to wait for 20 minutes. As I waited, they packed all the medicines into one pack. I asked them to separate the tablets into morning and evening sets and to provide instructions on how to use them and whether any needed to be mixed with water.
