Lack
of
professionalism
and
respect.
I
have
never
experienced
such
awful
service.
Arjun,
the
owner,
had
such
poor
manners
and
said
nonsense
to
us
in
order
to
gain
money.
Even
though
we
had
just
performed
a
5-hour
pre-wedding
shoot,
we
reserved
the
location
on
Saturday,
August
13
th
from
1pm
to
9pm.
I
explained
to
the
person
when
I
made
the
reservation
that
I
am
from
Canada
and
that
I
am
only
booking
the
location
based
on
your
Instagram
pictures.
I
need
very
good
service
and
absolutely
no
chaos,
so
that's
why
I
booked
for
an
additional
four
hours.
I
recently
scheduled
my
photography
with
Zero
Watt,
and
Supriya
was
my
makeup
artist.
I'm
unsure
of
the
exact
numbers
of
the
makeup
team
and
photographic
team.
As
long
as
they
are
the
makeup
team
and
photography
team,
he
said,
everything
is
good
no
need
to
pay
extra
500
rs
for
each
member.
When
reserving
a
spot,
you
must
pay
more
if
you
want
to
have
friends
or
relatives
assist
you.

cost

refused
to
let
our
makeup
team
inside
when
they
arrived
and

them
that
only

people,

the

be
in

location
at

They

told
that
admission
to
the
location
would
cost
them
1000
rupees.
The
watchman
and
lady
were
ultimately
approached,
and
we
requested
that
they
be
allowed
inside
because
they
were
a
make-up
group.
Just
remaining
in
the
private
room
would
not
Disturb
the
public
in
any
way.
Once
more,
the
owner
Arjun,
who
is
completely
unqualified
for
customer
service,
called
me
in
a
short
period
of
time.
He
instructed
the
woman
to
keep
knocking
on
the
door
of
our
private
room
while
requesting
1000
rupees
for
the
makeup
crew.That
lady
wouldn't
leave
our
private
room
until
we
paid
the
1000
rs,
which
delayed
our
shoot
and
ruined
everything.
Otherwise
tell
the
makeup
team
to
vacate.
Finally
as
we
had
no
other
go
we
paid
1000
rs.
They
should
not
be
allowed
to
decide
how
many
of
them
can
be
on
the
cosmetics
team,
in
my
opinion.
I
had
four
of
them—one
for
touch-ups,
hairstyles,
getting
dressed,
and
professional
cosmetics.
Who
is
he
to
determine
how
many
of
them
can
join
the
makeup
team
and
receive
a
large
sum
of
money
for
everything?
.
Just
like
photographers
even
makeup
artist
need
lot
of
help
and
there
would
be
multiple
members
in
the
team.
We
didn't
feel
cool
when
I
complained
that
the
a/c
wasn't
working,
even
when
I
kept
the
temperature
at
17
degrees
Celsius.
He
simply
smiled
as
he
said,
"Your
moaning
just
because
you
spent
1000
Rs.
now
for
make
up
team."
.
He
acts
in
such
a
foolish
manner.
You
can
also
tell
from
all
of
his
responses
to
negative
reviews
that
he
never
owns
up
to
his
errors
and
always
places
the
fault
on
the
customers.
None
of
the
businesses
would
act
in
that
manner;
instead,
they
would
apologise
to
the
customers
for
their
mistakes.
We
actually
had
a
terrible
time.
I
won't
suggest
the
location
to
anyone.
