Nice lawns, reasonably good rooms, can have parties with upto 50 people easily. Has a dining room on the first floor which can accommodate about 20 people. The toilets are ok but old. The rooms can be improved but the for the price this place is the real deal. It is pretty close to the beach which is an advantage. Well maintained garden. Landscaping is decent too. The disadvantage is that there is no parking at all but all the lanes can be used for parking.

Good Resort in ECR with 4 big rooms,small kitchen, swimming pool and big lawns ,resort suits for family function, party, get-together also have separate kitchen for function cooks.have 2 gate with parking plot number is 205# 3rd cross street.panaiyur ECR .
