Termination...... I got a bad experience from episource. Last week they terminated 19 employees from my batch included me out of 24.we all came from by campus placement only ( Arown accademy and Cigma in kerala )During the training period they won't allows to write the notes and we don't get any permissions to take a notebook and pen inside the office.that means they already planned and doing the termination intentionally not based on our performance .And they are treated us same like a school kids. First they conducted ICD exam that exam was fair because after the exam they showed us the marks and reviews. then they conducted internal assesment and IRR exam. After the IRR they didn't shows to us the review they showed only the marks then how come we knows that our answer was correct or wrong. And i felt like they have tie up with some colleges. Colleges will give students as the name of the placement to episource. Episource will conduct so many exams on the based on the exam episource will select few students from that. Everyone will think that this college is good because they are giving the placement for so many students. And episource companies knows that anyway they will get students from few colleges.this process will continue......... While writing the IRR exam technical error was there that also they didn't considered that means they are fake only. Dears please think twice before joining the episource and enquire with recently joined employees because old employees doesn't faced the termination and they don't know anything about the termination. While searching the job go and serach job in a Good Reputed companies other than this Episource. Thankyou.

I have trained for 2 months in that company In final assessment I got 78 % ..without giving second chance to improve myself they just terminated Not only me 60 % of my batch got terminated .. there is no job security ..

Really disappointed with this company... Because I've gone interview for HR specialization.. and I've got selected for last round Too... But a girl with M.sc degree named keerthana have been selected to the last round.... Really gottttt disappointed with this company...ive came till last round.. Ms. Manchula deducted me the last round of interview but she selected that msc degree girl... Even I have the knowledge of hr which Ive studied for 2 yrs.. but that girl doesn't have any of the knowledge.... She got selected for the HR specialization.. they only consider recommendation ... Nothing other than else ....... Waste of applying episource company...

I am selected to episourse chennai through cigma medical coding academy placement and I have done 2 month training during the training time it was just okey for me. But during the exam was very difficult and they are not guiding properly the main problem I felt is that after the exam there is not any chance to review the mistake so actually episourse is selecting many freshers and they are showing inequality between Kerala students and Tamil Nadu students.however they are mainly helping only Tamil students . If you are selected in episourse beware of the termination mainly kerala students

Getting Selected in interview was easy, Shares the answers in what's app groups before the assessments and getting passed and moving into production was a very easy process but make sure you will not suffer from quality in production.

Company is Ok.This is My honest view about this Company, after joining you have to give so many tests & your percentage should be above 85%, after all tests overall will be calculated .The overall should be above 85% , if not your employment may be ended .This is upto your trainer. In my case I fall short behind of 1% . Who ever want to join Episource, As of my experience you only need 2-3 months of hard work during training. Thanks..

Even beggars can earn better money 2)Hard to earn incentive , if quality is good by the month end they will audit more charts and if error u will loose hard earned money 3)Policies are waste only will feed higher management pockets 4) worst hikes 5) Giving LOP when not completing Target Pros: 1) can learn concepts very well, their tc training is good 2) systemic approach in project Overall 1 rating bcz of changing policies

They terminate some Deserved candidates. People Inside floor share patient charts with auditors the auditors helping some dumb coders without knowledge. Some Unworthy candidates surviving Inside the floor with help of auditors having access. Please Don't terminate worthy candidates.

It's a scam! The management is not transparent at all! This firm lacks professionalism. They never mention regarding the pay scale in the offer letter more over the hr changes his words in snap of a finger! They hire daily labours in the name of medical coder!

One of My friends Attended Walk-in Interview in July. More than 60 people showed up for the 1st session 10am to 2pm. Most of them are rejected without a reason. Some of the employees were rude and didn't respond properly for the queries. Heard that some candidates are rejected just because they don't carry riginal PAN card. Very disappointed.

Episource is the growing IT company in this world. This located inside the Prince infocity 2. Asking ID proofs for entering the company. Checking before entering the company. Interview process is going only for life science students. Non Life science students don't come here.

Interview process is very worst. i have attended one interview there where everything went good and finally asked about my salary expectation..After that the interviewer said that we will give feedback to HR ...i chased the HR more than 3 times ,one time she said she didn't receive yet, next time told me she got will call on the same day ,a day after the same story "I didn't receive feedback yet"..That's all i stopped chasing..HR means human resource not company resource ,they should give the meaning of their position

Worst company ... Not at all good for freshers... Don't trust and join there.. No value for CPC certified members....No job security....only thing they know is about termination....All day exams and for project specific test there is no option to review the answers, if we get a chance only we may correct our mistakes and can do it right in the next time... At first they told to score 75% but at the last minute telling that to score 85% (only for cpc certified candidates ) for non certified it's 75%....even if we got full marks in chart and viva they will not consider us ..The main thing is that with 1and half month training no one can analyze or maintain the quality once we enter production only we can contribute our maximum....We want to score according to the way the system is set...many of us came with much hope but they totally disappointed us

First of all discrimination against k**l*a peoples..even when we perform good in IRR at last moment they will change the passing percentage intentionally to terminate worthy deserved peoples to give chance to their own unworthy peoples to get selected...To much office politics and unfair management peoples..Actually they like to play with peoples mind and life.....They will not disclose our test results and they give odd and waste explanation to terminated peoples...And they take peoples in bulk in interview through campus interview so people will think if we study in that particular institute we will get job...but that all just spoof....just to give boost btw company and institute

This is not at all a good company especially for students who get placements from medical coding institutes in Kerala (Cigma, Cardea and so on). In kerala this is business for sure.Even if you get placed never join. There is termination and partiality specially for mallus, no one will tell you this before joining .The trainer whom we got was complete disaster. They keep on exams until you get terminated. So bodam ulla mallus ivade poyi vila kalayale.CPC certified ayutullavark oru value um illa. My friend who scored 90% deserved to be selected as per criteria was purposefully removed from the selected students list and was asked to prove the same again. This made many students quit during training period. Doesn't even deserve a single Star.
