    I had to visit this branch because they have frozen the account due to insufficient documents without prior notice. I had gone to the branch and submitted all docs, the account was activated, then after few months I get notifications to submit else it will be frozen, confused I go back and talk to them about it, they had the docs and they said the issue will be fixed. Now another few months later I get the notification again. This is the most irresponsible thing I have experienced. Why should I keep visiting the branch again and again after submitting all the necessary doc!? If the submitted docs are not used by the bank how will this issue resolve?

    Fraud calls from this branch. They call and make offer for loans. won’t give loans but will make you to sign for some other insurance policy. Once the policy gets activated you won’t here from anyone. Fraud service

    Customer Experience is fine but it needs to catch-up with the market standards. But I can see the services are becoming better when compared to earlier. Parking space for four wheelers difficulty. Security person is helpful.

    New Acc which I opened got blocked due to their technical failure. Arrived at this branch and was told to wait for KYC to my home to unblock. KYC guy came 3 days later, only to say Acc is blocked and I need to go to branch again.

    Please don't approach this area bank. It's totally waste even the KYC they take more than 1 and half hour for a single person... 1 star is a maximum review for this area bank.

    We are waiting more than 30 mins. But Customer service manager is using her mobile phone and chatting in whatsapp. And when we are replying, the understanding itself is wrong because of her mobile usage. Kerp on checking mobile and notifications in front of customer is bad, when it comes to work. Poor and worst experience with kotak, perungudi branch👎

    In Online it shows 9am-6pm, but when u visit the bank at 4.30, staffs are saying bank will work till 4pm.... Irritating.... Why u can't update proper timings in online? Worst behaviour

    Month of Visit: Dec 2019 Positives: >>> Staff is supportive. (They informed me that they had Aadhar updation and now their Gandhi Nagar branch alone has.) >>> Staff is informative. (They clearly explained me that why should I sign against Dual Name signature and Dual Sign signature.) >>> Easily locatable. (Just opposite to Kandanchavadi busstand; towards Shozhanganallur not towards Kaliyamman Temple busstop) >>> 09:15 to 16:00/17:00 Scope For Improvement: >>> Renovation could have been quicker. >>> Full KYC could have been as per the site (procedure is your offline copies should match with your online application). >>> Option to complete KYC through BioMetrics such as Iris Scan/Finger Prints. >>> Photograph mandate could have been mentioned in website clearly. >>> Half an hour to 40 minutes for a KYC.     Kotak Mahindra Bank provides us a lot of facilities. But the staff here do not work with responsibility. I had opened an account in 2021 and I have not received his passbook yet And today I went to inquire about the same but despite having a savings account, I was shown the way out saying passbook is not available in my salary account.

    Wanted to increase daily transfer limit, I was asked to submit a form and I was told it will take 2 days to close this request. It is not taken care even after 1 week. No response if I tried to reach the bank employees! Kotak ask for too many documents and take long time to process any requests! Waste of time having account with Kktak! Stay away from them. I'm closing my Kotak Bank accounts.

    Friendly staff. Went there to open an account. They explained everything and opened the account. But I will give one star less because it took me 1 hour to open an account. I was not in waiting line but the internet connection was very bad so it got delayed.
