I would not recommend this place. Pricing is too high. The only good thing is the ambiance and even that is of no use due to Covid restrictions. Ordering thick shake and u receive milkshake with ice cream is the worst part here. 2 thick shake costed 570rs which is not at all worthy .they are looting customers.please avoid this place. They don’t even have parking space for vehicles

It is not hard to know why this well known franchise is falling. They have reduced the portion and increased the price range for each and every beverages in their menu. Instead of focusing on service this franchise is focusing on money and lost its name. Ordered Belgiam chocolate thickshake for take away. But came to know its not a thick shake but a normal shake. If it is a take away order they tend to cheat us as well. P.S : To Thick Shake management, Try to give a proper service to your guests.Your guests are paying for their food.

Good ambience.. Few of the chairs are broken which could be fixed asap. It's on a place where the traffic is more and there is no parking. The place inside is little narrow. The price is little high and orders are getting delayed.

Drinks are good but has no working AC. Hot as hell inside. Better avoid this in summer

Need to improve quality and quantity as well. Would appreciate if they could work on getting the AC repaired.

Worst experience. Thick shake price 250rs actualy not worth for 100rs. Same quality shake we will get outside 100 rs

Too much expensive

Ordered a thick shake and the taste was good however the packing has been changed to paper cup from solid plastic. Too costly according to me as the billing amount was 270 plus taxes. Will think twice before ordering here.

My favourite place to catch some nice thick shakes and iced teas. This is the Ferrero Rocher thick shake .. worth every penny.

Shakes were ok but this outlet is kinda doomed and not lively at all. There was only one employee who was preparing shakes and gave bill slowly. One customer waited and left before me.

We were given a 350ml cup for thickshake. When asked the employee, he said that usually it's 400ml but those have been stopped coming recently from the headoffice and might come sooner. It's very very costly for the given quantity and it does not seem like a thickshake especially Belgium chocolate thickshake. Could definitely work on improving the quantity as well as the quality. AC was not working as wel and they don't clean the tables. Wash area was not maintained properly. However the employee was patient enough and prepares for everyone single handedly.

Ordered thickshake got thin milkshake with ice cream floating. No minimum effort to match the quality and expectations. Completely changed the quality and taste compared to other outlets of this franchise.

There's not much to comment on Thick Shake Factory. The place is decent but feels a little too compact, if crowded. They accept Paytm.

In the beginning thick shake factory shakes verry good but not now feel like verry much flavoured cannit feel the full creamy.

Overpriced place

Nice ambience as like as all other locations, but it lacks in following aspects: 1.No parking area near the shop. 2.Quality is nice, but the quantity is not satisfactory as they reduced much quantity compared to earlier days. 3.they have shown that prices are reduced comparing before but still it makes you to spend 200 for a THICKshake. And by the side thay also reduced the quantity. I feel its Not worth for money now.
