Went to this place an year ago... Compact Individual Villa. When we went we took the entire villa except 1st Floor since they said it's for owner's personal use. Had good time and beach is located at a walkable distance. Many food outlets and fast food shops were close-by within half km. Need maintenance for the swimming pool as it was messy when we visited. Apart from that it's a good compact villa without any disturbance, and moreover it's very safe. Parking facility is available inside the resort as well as outside.

If you want to enjoy and have fun with u family please kindly don't go to this place Because they will disappoint you, annoy you by their rude behaviour you will totally waste your holiday and money of u visit this place... Drinking person only have guide on the spot and he is disturbing at midnight....so there is not safety for women and asking for amount for drinking water, just 2 bottle of boiled water he is asking for 500 rupee... If we ask for anything manager is talking rude.. After we checked in manager told to vacte if we don't want the resort... This is not the right way to treat customer....

Not a good experience. We went as family and we all got very disappointed for their rude and unprofessional behaviour. The house keeper was sitting near the gate and smoking cigarettes while we as family with kids were talking and playing there in the swimming pool. The house keeper was in some different mind set and he was scolding us He came at night 11 o clock asking the door key for ground floor living room which we didn't had (obviously how do we suppose to have the keys for their house) We told we didn't have the keys for that he scolded and started blaming on us like "see this is why i shouldn't have given u the key look u lost it now" and started arguing with us . In mid of our family's fun time the behaviour of the house keeper made each one of us to feel bad about this place, it would be much better if they take in account to change the house keeper.

Not a great place. Managed to have fun, but had some disappointments too. Stayed here for a day. Poor maintenance of bath rooms. No kitchen facility. Takes original ID Proof. No food served inside, but you can get good food in the mosque street near by. Beach is walkable and has view from first floor too. Calm environment. Can park 2 cars safely. Swimming pool is reasonable, Water is salty and makes your eyes burn. Too pricy. We checked in on a Sunday nit and checked Monday 3 pm. Collected 12,000 and 500 for maintenance too. Not worth for such amount.

Worst resort there no power for the whole day their generator is also repair paid 13k for a day which is not worthy.

AC not working in bed rooms, toilet is not clean and care taker demanding my original government id to negotiate final settlement in case if we damage any fittings.

It's not maintained well...shabby rooms,dirty sofa,old furnitures, broken tap nossil, floor was sticky...lots of insects....broken doors....

Bad experience No proper power supply,the whole area has low voltage power supply fan light ac were not at all working it was very hard to survive in this summer. And also frequent power cuts where there. Ups is there but its not connected to 2 of the bathroom lights only one of the bathroom light is working with ups They didn't mention anything about this power supply problems Because of this problem one ac was not at all working so we all are forced to sleep in other two rooms That too they didn't provide any extra bedsheets or pillows, we had our own bedsheets and pillows and we were forced to sleep on the floor But the next day the manager was arguing that all three ac's were running the whole day he saw the meter In CCTV camera it seems

The only advantage - nearby the beach 100 mts walk able distance Other wise there is no other advantages here The main reason is rude behaviour of the manager and house keeper The house keeping person told us he cleaned everything after the previous guest have checked out but he didn't clean anything The toilets and bathrooms were unclean the bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed There was not floor mats Once we started asking them about this then only they did everything but still The damages sofa cushions were not changed

It was a cool place to hangout wid ur frnds unfortunately they allow only the ground floor even though u have 2 more floors with 3 extra bedrooms

Horrible experience All three rooms and living area were in 1st floor Once we did the booking with advance amount Then the manager said it was in 1st floor We asked him about sanitary things in bathroom and extra bedsheets and pillows the manager said they are not available If u want i can refund the amount please tell me if u want to cancel And once we checked in we complained about unclean toilets, unchanged dirty bedsheets and defective ac for that again he told me If u want we can refund ur amount u can go somewhere else if u want He should try to rectify it but instead he is talking like this

Had a happy time there, obviously good one... Bedroom is spacious but no bed sheet , carry your own bed sheet, no kitchen but we used induction in hall , to worry only if you go with kids, bathroom was not so good but ok to manage. Swimming pool is small and has clorine in water but excellent for kids and families.

It's not at money's worth which they charge so many insect in the living area rooms not maintained properly the worst part is swiming pool which seems to big in images but it's too small and the water inside the pool is so dirty need lots to be improved never ever try this place

Great Place but Not Well Maintained, salty water and way too many insects. Specially on the matterses couldn't sleep
