Everything Is Fine But No AC (Air Conditioner) @the time when i visited, And may be not properly Maintained, Ambience Are Good And Mainly The Open Seating is Preferred Now For Fresh Air, The Order is Been Served To The Table itself. If Go For An Official Meeting Mostly Preferred So Quite Place. Overall Rating - 3.5/5 😊

One of the best cafe coffee day around Chennai. The staffs are really genuine and experienced. They are able to understand our requirement easily and suggest the best thing they can offer. Feel free to talk to these staffs and ask their suggestions in ordering coffees or drinks so that you can have an excellent experience in cafe coffee day !

Update 2022 : Perfect place to grab something to eat/drink while sitting with your laptop. Every place here has a power socket. Sitting inside the cafe blurs down the traffic noise outside in the busy OMR. 2017 : Great ambience with light music breeching like being played at just the right volume. Orders delivered promptly. Good service. Good experience here.

Cafe coffee day we know ten rupees coffee more better than cappuccino but we need to feel the every style of the food items.

A Quaint place for a discussion and power points for your laptops is a definite addition to the experience. Food and service - as usual, good.

We are a group of 8 . Food taste wise 5 star, service is very slow. We billed at 12.09 pm and it's 1.35 pm still 1 more drink to be prepared. Atmosphere is not suitable to sit inside. AC 3 units not working out of 4 units. Our teams is sweating even after changing seating location. I suggest to focus your AC maintenance or else you will not get customer in this summer. We have decided not to visit here for our next team meeting.

Cappuccino is amazing . The sizzling brownie is too notch and they make it really good , The tender in the brownie took the taste out of the world. Apart from that the veggie burgers were okay and Cafe Mocha was fine.

Worst experience I've have ever had in all of CCD outlets. The barista girl is very rude and unprofessional. I asked whether the bill can be paid through Dineout app and confirmed once before doing the same. After completing payment, she said that she didn't receive any notification and blamed us for using dineout app. When i asked if I can talk to superior she said she is the manager and nothing can be done. After 20 mins of argument , I finally got my order.

Worst experience i had 1. The place is filled with mosquitos. 2. The waitress who took my order seems weird ,I asked for cappuccino regular which is priced 190 in the menu, lets say including tax it should not be more than 205, but she charged me 240. I asked for the bill she told we will issue along with coffee and she didn't gave me went and ask where is my bill she gave me simple manual bill which doesn't describe anything just Rs.240 cappuccino regular. Dam i don't understand why the place is filthy with mosquitos.... never gona visit again Worst experience ever delivered by CCD

A decent place with nice new options on the menu. The building complex also has a convenient parking space. But the tables remained uncleaned until we requested someone to do so.

Nice calm place on the main road but with adequate car parking. Restaurant's level of cleanliness is good and so is the ambience. One of the cleanest restrooms i have seen in CCD. Fairly large outlet and can accommodate many.

First thing is they don't provide proper Bill When we see the menu we find reasonable prices, but while we are paying it will be heavier. One day three of our friends went to this outlet and ordered Cafe Mocha, cold chocolate Belgium shake and normal Cappuccino. It costs around 190+233+130 = 553+30 taxes costs some 600 rupees. But we paid 880 rupees That time we just paid blindly later we gone through the menu and swiggy rates. Disgusting 😡 Cost blames Taste is also worst, discussing about this cold shake, it's just Ice blunder, there's no branded taste

Great staff.. when they saw that we were traveling by bike they offered us the best seat where we can chill and take rest. We stayed there for over 2hrs and they didn't even ask us to move out. They were very happy to see us.

Just one lady was available to service. She did her best to serve as quickly as possible. Her customer service was good as she recommended a different option for my friend who had ordered something simple. Her recommendation was good.

This place is very nice. The ambience is cool. It is very much on the main road near to bus stop and easily accessible. Talking abt the coffee, i regularly have cappuccino and frappe. They prepare it well and taste is really good. Would like to thank Thamizh and Amrish who are a friendly staff at this cafe.

If you are a coffee lover then you should go to CCD. I have 2 year of experience of CCD. Coffee taste is good I feel awesome when I take the first sip.

Ordered hazelnut hot chocolate and spicy cheese toast. No complaints on the hot chocolate. However the toast was not at all good. Didn't expect this quality. Bread was not fresh at all. Overall taste was below average.

Sandwich was nice but cold brew was without sugar, I personally love sugarry drinks. It had no sugar pure coffee, so it was little bit bitter. Overall it was nice!

While I knew CCD has been in a rough patch, I didn't expect it to have lost it all on ambience, hygiene, quality and service at its outlets. From Empty displays to dirty tables and chairs to untrained staff to unwelcoming food... the outlet had it all. We ordered and waited for the disappointment that got delivered... paid 750 bucks for food that we couldn't even touch... staff wasn't bothered when we left... not surprisingly. Anyway... disappointing what the brand has done to itself. Good luck CCD. My last visit done ✔️

Excellent service

Cafe coffee day are always a great place to relax and have a nice cup of coffee. They have good service here, only one thing was that thier card machine was not working that day. Had to pay by cash. But, otherwise like any other CCD, good coffee and range of snacks available. Mostly they have table and chairs, just 2 couch available.

Now a days after death of CEO of cafe coffee Day everything had changed .and some of the franchise had been closed due to their reasons .but this store is running smoothly

A recommended hotel to have food with friends, family and colleague. The food here is tasty and best quality. Staff are responsive and even they give us suggestion on the best food for the day. A time well spend here. Have a great time..

No matter which outlet you visit interms of Cafe coffee day.. It is all the same where you pay high price for a glass of total illogical drink so called coffee(try one in nair kada, you will feel better)

Good place to chill clean and tidy

There is literally nobody to check the quality of the food there..it is completely gluten and edible free. Plus they turn off the AC according to their whims and fancies; just because some people like to get their work done on the free WiFi while sipping on a coffee. Most of us are there to catchup and sometimes meetings which could start new beginnings and family's. I would highly not recommended going here if you're one of the people in the last category that I mentioned.

Service is poor. I paid the bill for 2 lattes and he delivered one. We asked for the next, so he gave and asked us to pay extra money. We were flustered and said it's been paid. Thank God we had the bill. He smiled saying he forgot. All these because he was listening to music while we ordered. Not even an apology for the mistake. Irresponsible attitude always make me mad.

They will switch of the AC if there is less crowd. Very suffocating sometimes, otherwise nice place for business meeting.

I visited two times once in 2018 and 2019. It is just like any other CCD. You have ample space to park 3 to 4 cars outside. Both the times, I felt placing an order is taking more time than at other CCD outlets. Services are as usual. Seating is ok. 15 to 18 can seat. Some outdoor seats available.

I have been going to this outlet regularly. It's a great place to work from, meet people on dates or just a casual catch up. It is in a prime location and the food is decent. The service is a little slow but workable. You have free wifi available and plug points to charge all your devices.

On the Highway, large spacious CCD Outlet with Parking space.

One of the best CCD outlets I've been to in the recent times, with good ambience and live music. The staff were cooperative when they took another order instead of what I actually asked for. He immediately agreed to replace it with that I wanted. Could have been much tidy with all those cartons put somewhere inside.
