The place had a nice ambience. We had iced double chocolate with chocolate sauce and iced americano latte.

Used to be a good place when it started,now it's a rare place no-one visits. Thier food is stale and doesn't feels like to be touched. Please be careful before choosing this. It's feels prime, but rotting inside.

The worst cafe in chennai.. there roaches all over the place... The tea tasted like plain water with old decoction probably older by 2 days at least. Unclean coffee machines.. totally dull ambience.. overall it's a cockroach corner with yukky food..

Good cheese cake. But they should try to keep the cracker part more crunchy. Probably less sell and delivery from Mumbai to Chennai takes a bite on it. But still you can get cheesecake made with philadelphia cheese instead of Amul which are everywhere made my novices which spoils the pure test of real cheesecake. Thanks for good service too..

The place is quite ambient and spacious. Serves awesome cakes and muffins. The hazlenut tirumasu was just awesome. It was very soft and melts in your mouth. Very satisfying. The muffin was also really good. The price was quite high but being in a mall that is expected.

They serve poor quality food. Although they have some good collection and types of tea and coffee and stuff, the quality is bad. The cheesecake served was of poor quality and lead to health issues.

Worst coffee I ever drank, I ordered for 2 latte, it tasted like milk and water, there was no coffee in it. Charging 710 rps for 2 latte and serving the worst.

It used to be a good place few years back. Quality and quantity doesn't match the price. It is better to go to chai bliss or some other stall in the food court. Felt robbed after eating a sandwich that looked and tasted like it was made by a kid (was served raw shredded cabbage and exactly 4 small pieces of chips). It was 300 Rs or more but definitely not worth more than 80 Rs. Iced coffee was served without blending it with ice as they had no stock of ice. Majority of the items in the menu were not there as they had no stock. They are understaffed with no stock and the waiters were struggling to manage.

Good place to hangout with your friends but this place has limited seats .. you can simply place the order in counter and pay for it.. they will serve you.. they have special brew on all days.. you have some munching options too.. you will get good amount of beverage in regular serving.. doesn't suit people who take limited quantity of beverage... sugar used here is non refined kinda palm sugar which is welcoming... you can spend 1 to 2 hours in this place with your dear ones.. you can pay through card payments as well as paytm . you can get on to this place when u r tired roaming in Phoenix mall.. their beverage options definitely refresh and recharge you!!!

Came to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Velachery, I have also tried CBTL in Mumbai, Bengaluru, ans internationally in Singapore, Malaysia and other vountries. There seems to be very poor quality with flavour and taste in India. It's always disappointing after experiencing the better flavors internationally. I hope CBTL will wake up and give us the great flavors of CBTL in India. Thus far am convinced I should avoid CBTL n India.

Had chicken Tikka Kulcha wrap. I was very specific about wrap not have gluten/ maida, it was maida :D Worst Tikka taste ever.

Love their chicago cheese cake and hazelnut tiramisu, try their peach 🍑 speaking ice tea it's very refreshing, i recommend to everyone for dining or takeaway.

We visit here regularly We ordered ultimate Mocha and pure double chocolate ice blended it was very flavour full and nice coffee taste, staff are very friendly.

We had coffee, hot chocolate & cake. The beverages were excellent but the banana cake was stale and smelly. The few bites I took itself gave me a mild stomach upset. For the eye watering prices they're charging, this is beyond unacceptable.

My go to coffee place at phoenix market city. Never had to look elsewhere as almost every coffee in the menu is pretty awesome.

Nice little cozy place. It was weekday when I went there. In the 2 hrs that I was there no one came into he coffee shop! Not sure how it is during the weekend though. The counter boys were responsive and very polite. Standard nice coffee and also had banana cake. Price as same as anywhere for the outlet. Before I forget, there is no free WiFi. The mall itself has a wireless connection but you need to have local SIM card to get the user otp which entirely defeats the purpose. I also checked this in Starbucks and they also don't provide WiFi.

This place does justice to it's luxury feel and cost. The cakes and coffees and the chocolate shakes. The dark chocolate milkshake thingy(don't exactly remember what it was, but it didn't contain coffee) here, as soon as it touched my tongue, I knew it was from another dimension, and those extra bucks were well spent.
