The
food
&
coffee
is
great.
But
really
disappointed
by
the
service
&
the
wait
staff.
Came
in
for
a
business
meeting
at
5:30
PM.
I
ordered
2
coffees
&
a
meal.
We
then
proceeded
to
change
table
location.
I
then
had
my
meeting
interrupted
by
a
staff
who
impolitely
asked
me
if
I
was
going
to
order
something
else
when
he
noticed
an
empty
table.
I
asked
him
why
he
was
even
asking
that
and
he
mentioned
that
they
have
a
rule
that
in
every
two
hours,
they
will
ask
customers
if
they
want
to
buy
something
&
it’s
not
good
if
there
are
customers
seen
with
empty
tables.
Starbucks,
is
this
a
new
rule?
This
was
the
first
time
I
heard
of
it
&
I
did
not
know
there
were
time
limits
to
how
long
a
customer
has
to
have
coffee
in
the
store?
If
that
was
the
case,
I
would
have
gone
to
another
store
that
have
an
idea
to
politely
speak
to
its
patrons.
I
had
to
politely
mention
that
I’ve
already
spent
₹1500
in
cash
in
their
store
today
&
bought
another
cup
of
coffee
to
“wait”
&
finish
my
meeting.
This
was
the
first
time
I’ve
experienced
this
in
ANY
Starbucks
but
it
has
left
a
very
bad
impression
on
this
store
&
the
brand.
Big
let
down!
