Good tea/snacks. However, worst experience for past 2 times. Tea served cold. No bill earlier. Today again.. .Ordered 2 tea, but only one made. They were busy in talking and filling local drink in pet jars. Bill jot available. When refused to pay. They asked for 10min time. All along charging customers with tax, but without bill.

Had Ginger Tea and Ooty Biscuits. Tea was very tasty and biscuits were also hot, soft and very tasty. They accept cards also. Best part is Tea is served in Glass and Biscuits in thonnai (cup made with natural leaves) . Good that they don'tuse any plastics.

I had taken Buster chai in Salem Kondalaampatty bypass branch…it was awesome and while taking chai they were played good music at background for enjoying the feel.. Good service…

It was a Sunday evening and we ordered for a DUM TEA and paid for the same.We were waiting for nearly 15 mins but after constant reminders we got LEMON TEA!! The waiter simply said I heard Only Lemon tea..If he had heard why make us wait for 15 mins..We were running late for a movie so we left in a hurry.Kindly ask your staffs to pay attention for the orders given.It will makes things simple for both.First experience turned out to be a bitter one... Pathetic!

Tea quantity is very less, no Supervisor, Male staff are not interested in service they take more money for snacks and don't give change they are not professional as Nair tea shops, they may think that mere exterior look and uniform will sell; snacks are not different from any platform shops yet they take Rs.2 more
