It was a very average place with average music, ambience and alcohol. My host promised me there would be good beats but it just felt like DJ Kishan lost all good tracks and wanted to make do with 90s hits. The alcohol and food are overpriced. I saw a few have trouble with the bouncers. They seemed to have an "I'm everything you know nothing attitude", belittling guests. If they're disrespecting guests for a reason, I'd be curious to know why!! The dance floor was very narrow. It would house at the max 30 people standing and dancing. The queue to get in and go out was just horrendous. I went to two pubs this time and both were just pathetic! Hope they improve their service and be more humble hereafter.

The best night life in the city. It has very good food and drink choices. The dance floor is amazing with great DJ. Entry is free walk-in for girls, free guest list for couples and redeemable paid for guys. Strictly follows age restrictions (above 21). The place might be crowded because of it's goodness yet isn't it what we need?! Trust me, this place gives the best vibe in the city.

I went with my friend. The bar is good and the staffs were cooperative. The dance floor is smallish and gets crowded with 20+ people. Rest are good.

Another new entry to Chennai's pub scene. Their ambience is top notch. It's themed based on Ships n stuff. Spacious tables. Decent dance floor. DJ was good. Food was good. The service was very bad. It wasn't even crowded. They had empty tables yet the service was veryyy slow. If they could improve on the service part , it would definitely go on to become one of the best in the city.

It was a sudden plan and we wanted to go to a pub so we went there. This pub was underground in the basement and it themed as the lower deck of a ship. We went there when zomato gold offered 1+1 on food. We orderd 4 items unlocking 2 zomato golds, Ordered cheese balls which was very very tasty and it came with fries and mayo. BBQ chicken wings also came with fries and was also really good. Crispy baby corn was usual but nice. Risotto took a lot of time to come but was tasty. We also ordered 4 Jaeger bombs which took a lot of time to come. Service was really slow but staff members were polite. DJ was good but was bit loud because it felt like it's making noise at some time. It was opened till 1:30 that day and the DJ played all types of songs including Hindi, English, Tamil, Punjabi. It was fun.

Don't want to even rate this much. There bouncers were so rude. They closed the party early and then we had there 2 foreign guests and they literally ask them to leave and that they should get out. This is not the kind of experience they should hold while leaving our country. Added to THAT uber Ola were not coming and they literally asked us to leave the pub and then later from outside too that too so rudely and 5-6 times they humiliated us and in the last we were asked to get out and stand out of the gate. I will never forget this as u need to be nice to your customers. WE WEREN'T THERE FOR FREE.

It's the worst pub I have ever encountered in my life.....being an north indian I was cheated by the management, on the name of useless charges and big thing is tht they demanded for cash not card....( I was charged rs 1k for puking which is quite unusual)

I had the worst experience they didn’t had the food mentioned in the menu, the service was very bad I had to wait for 10 to 15 min just to get the spoon. And when I booked the table they told us it will be till 1 AM and they forced us to go out at 12:15 that too very rudely, as many must be aware Uber and Ola services are very bad in chennai, so we were waiting outside for the cab and the bouncer and the club people were so rude they were literally forcing us to go out we told them we are waiting for the cab then they were so inconsiderate, and it’s not only about us there were two people from Europe they were staying in their hotel only and they were so rude to them as well. Literally seeing all this made me feel so bad people should think twice before visiting this place

Enjoyed my visit with friends on a Saturday night. Considering the crowd, I felt that the service was pretty good. Food arrived a little late and drinks arrived early, but, worth the wait - cocktails were done well. A big hit for the music and thanks to Big bang entertainment for invitation

I m googled n went to this place to celebrate alone i ordered beers for 780 wit taxes n food as i went to use restroom n return my pints were gone. Wen i asked they refused to listen to me n asked me not to come back. So did one star also is not worth.

very bad experience 31st 2022 night . rude behavior. we purchased online tickets but they are not allowed due to over crowded. we were requested many time then they allowed at 11:30 pm. 3rd quality drink was there. total waste of money Rs 5000. Mr. kalidas behavior was very rude and not acceptable. 1st time I went there & felt bad experience. they sold tickets more then capacity of clubs. total waste

Worst hospitality ever. We were group of 5 girls & there wasn't place at all on the dance floor. We stood near the seating area, we had just entered, we were figuring out where to go next. Mr Sylvester a bar tender came to us & informed we cannot stand here we said okay & started hunting for place. But despite of he helping us he was soooo arrogant & rude. He told us to leave & he called the bouncer which wasn't needed. I have been to lower deck before & I have never experienced such worse behaviour from staff. Such staff like Sylvester spoil the reputation of the great hospitality I received before. Never gonna visit again & never gonna recommend anyone lower deck. Keep up the arrogance :)

Love the place and ambience in lower deck ! The food was very tasty and rates was also reasonable! All the staff's and the manager were very friendly, and the bouncers especially joe Patrick was so friendly and helpful! Will always come to this pub regularly whenever I come to Chennai and also I will refer my friends!

Dining area was less for relaxed dining. The self service of menu items didn't made us to order more. Taste is not up to the rates. Dance floor was good but DJ choices of songs were not dancing numbers mostly romantic. Disappointed.

One of the greatest experience night club party in lower deck..... All over Chennai pug compare to lower deck s greatest and too good. I love it. Me and my frds enjoyed lot. Then staff are too Good and sweet... Especially bartender serve s great and also bouncers caring to everyone... Importantly all the expensive liquor s there. Foods also tasty and very fabulous.... My all time favourite spot to chill in chennai. It was the best party place to hangout with friends. The food and drink was so awesome, especially candy made rose queen cocktail and anchor cocktail I just loved it was the best cocktail I ever tasted, thanks candy for making me the best cocktail. As a party animal, I visited this too last Saturday. I thought it would be a great place to hangout. Later I started regretting why the hell I went there. First of all I have no experience in takeaway service especially in pubs .. Then manpower is too low during peak hours. Only one person was serving by making drinks, it was a long wait. Then ordered pizza, it took longer than usual. I didn't like it personally. So not recommending. The food tasted average. The price is a bit higher than others.

The best nightclub in the city which is very much happening and lively with ample amount of crowd. The DJ’s are superb with some really good beats and good music. I love lower deck. Keep going!!!

Nice location and excellent ambience. The dance floor and overall spaciousness is more as compared to other places I have seen in Chennai. But service is a big let down. Even the place is not crowded; it looks a bit of chaotic. I need to look around everytime I wanted to order something. Once I ordered they came back twice to cross check as to what I have ordered. The drinks were fine but the food quality certainly needs improvement. The food menu is also very limited. It's good you have a big drinks menu but need to look after the food part also. The only good thing was chips were being brought thrice along with the mocktails I have ordered. Music was also repetitive. Maybe I was bit early in the night so the DJ was just warming up.

It's says 12.am as closing time.. but DJ will leave at 11.am and bar closes at 11.30. they won't even take orders .

To begin with, Lower Deck Pub Bouncers and bartenders are same and they were really rude. You be a bouncer or anyone, being rude to your decent behaved customers are not gonna leave good impression. 600 entry charges. Further, One cocktail n one tin beer costed 1800 sharp. Further ordered a pizza. We bought all and came to dine ... Bouncer came and said us to wind up in 30 mins, As cleaning is about to start and night party will start in 2 hours. By that time it was not even 5:30 pm. I entered just an hour ago and I asked him why was i not told that before paying 2500k, i would rather went to someother place. He was like don't use that tone to them. Me and my friend came from abroad to have some time to talk and we don't wanna spoil our mood as we had flight to catch same day night. Having local indecent guys as bouncers without educating them how to behave with customers is BIG DRAWBACK for that hotel. In addition, place is so small and congested even when there was no rush. I would recommend to prefer some other places around same area.

Dont go for new year party here....this is a worst place i ever seen this like a place there is small party place they are putting 450 people inside that place.. We cant breath and can't do anything worst side dish too. Simply say goth* sunn*gomm*

They dont know how to respect their customer, while i am there they are conducting a full team meeting and they switched off music for the entire time while i am there. They dont even consider why people coming these kind of areas and paying huge bills.

The place is good with nice vibes, but they said that they'll be open till 1 am but shut everything by 12 pm and asked us to leave. We hadn't even used up all the money left in the redeemable entry pass. Also the self service is a pain.

I have visited last weekend, the food where very classic and authentic way especially Continental food and even on time. really thx to chef who where work for it and very interested please to spend time.

Stag entry is not allowed to dace on dance floor... Overall ambiance is somewhat OK.... If u order food they will take too much of time... Loved the ambience. The staff were super friendly , the drinks were amazing, matter of fact they gave us complimentary shots on our weekend visit. One and only flaw in this place is that they have a very very few food options in their menu. Other than that absolutely in love with this place.
