I went there to participate in a free eye camp conducted by pavithram solutions and rotary club. Temple is very cleanly maintained. Temple was not open at that time. I heard that it's one of the familiar temple in West mambalam area and located in a thickly populated area.

Very Nice temple..Spl for Aadimasam, Very close to heart for the people in Westmambalam, it connects the bajanai koil near mahalakshmi st, and ellai koil near Kittu park

Bhuvaneshwari Swami and Bharadwaj Swami who consecrated the statue of Navadurga Ilangaliyamman. Also in the same temple premises after worshiping the tiger there is a Mahamandapam where the idols of Navadurga, Anjaneyar, Ayyappan, Navagraham, Saptha Mata (7-Virgins), Madurai Veeran & Valampuri Ganesha are consecrated. This is a boon for devotees. Iragu kala pooja takes place.
