Honda Cars should leave India already. I just got a bill for Rs.14180/- for a general service with no fault rectification. Service includes oil change and oil filter change and some Knick knacks. For this parts charge is 3370 and labor charge is absurd 10800. For God’s sake its not CRV, its just a Honda Jazz with 1.2L petrol engine with manual transmission. Extremely bad *Capital Honda*. This is basically Looting. I strongly recommend anyone who own a Honda for reliability, get an independent garage’s help and save your hard earned money Its clear they are hoping to balance the lack of sales in service. Very poor support in service. Service charge are costly and add up unwanted diagnoses during services.No update will be shared by service advisor till we call and enquire the status of vehicle. Try to convince and avoid warranty claims . Competent person are less in numbers

Poor customer relationship. I had asked for a wheel replacement. They forced me to pay Rs 1000 advance for 2000 rupees product and for more than 2 weeks no response. I had to call and follow up and still no proper response. Cheats. No responsibility in the customer relationship team.

Team doesn't follow any process. Went 2 times to showroom for elevate test drive after confirmation in call but both the times car not available. Sales person gives false promises for test drive also. Not sure what's the status of people who booked the car in that showroom. No value to the customer time and no commitment for their confirmation they gave.

Capital Honda - Chennai - OMR Horrible customer service by manikandan and capital honda omr. I called shyam and checked if I can come for test drive. He checked and said yes. I went all the way from sembakkam to srp tools for test drive. After going there at 5.30 they made me wait for 20 mins. After that manikandan came and told me that test drive is not possible as cars are parked inside. When explained that I came from sembakkam he gave reason as if we take the cars out then I can go home only at 7. By the way only 2 cars were parked inside and easily they could have taken the car out. When I called shyam again he said I will arrange it. After waiting for another 20 mins and doing many calls again they came and said no sir not possible. Is this called customer service? Jan 9th 2020: Today is Jan 9th 2020. The first comment was posted 5 years ago and someone from #honda has replied back now. How quick they are. we have to appreciate them. Have variety of cars on Display. Display available in showroom were mostly Honda City 5th Generation. Had good experience with sales person briefed about the vehicle very well. Saw City pricing, its is expensive for a C segment sedan costing 18.5 lakhs on road. Still red colour looks best in City 5G.

Cheaters.. they did not clean the car but covered with paper and sprayed scent and gave it away. They charged so much and not sure if they changed any part. They did not rectify the issues properly and kept justifying proving the customer wrong. Feel like a good car was spoilt by giving it to them. The petrol was also consumed fully. Keep away from this garage. They are no good.

Worst service experience with Honda, what u complain about the existing issue in car, they won't address it, their only motivation is to get general service cost from you. No proper service at all.

No proper response... They have test drive car but not allowing customers to drive. Giving a rubbish reason, car is only with temporary registration so can't drive more than 1km..

Went for seeing Honda elevate, the sales person mr.kameswaran was fantastic in greeting us and took time to explain us in detail - though we got delayed n reaching showroom around 7.30pm, he was waiting for us. Appreciate his sincerity.

We have been going for regular certified branded ( and expensive) service primarily at Capital Honda Perungudi. Couple of times, we have also given the car for certified, branded (and expensive) service at Balaji Honda Vellore. This month, the clutch in the car failed and the could not shift gears at all. The car was completely inoperable. When asked why this issue with the clutch was not picked up in any of the regular service appointments, the team says that they are not able to track our service record properly because we have given for service in Vellore also. Our last service was in Oct 2023 at Capital Honda, Perungudi. Not sure the issue with the clutch was not picked up then. It is unacceptable that in the 21st century, in the year 2023, Honda is unable to synchronise service records made by a customer at their various certified dealers. They can do better.

To endure a living Hell, engage with the service center at Capital Honda Perungudi. The management there is comprised of uncouth and unprofessional individuals. It is my hope that Honda India intervenes to assess and mitigate the damage inflicted on the brand by these individuals.

The overall experience with them was fantabulous! I was desperate to change my car, i was in a hunt and with the looks and performance i came down to two cars.! But honda city was priority as it was the one in my budget and was competing its segment of cars in all aspects! A lot of Sales executives kept calling me but this particular sales executive (Mr. Prathap - capital Honda OMR) wanted to make the deal. His way of approach and his time made my choice and decision easier. He called me up and made sure i wanted the city, he came up to my work place with the motive of completing the deal. And with negotiations and being very frank of all the pros and cons of the scenarios, we made the deal. I did the booking right there! And from there on the doubts, clarifications, guidance and suggestions was professional. Opinions were shared and until the day of delivery things were clear as crystal. And finally even during this lockdown period i was able to buy a new Honda City for a very satisfactory price post discounts from Honda. And even after delivery there were calls from him based on the delivery, drive satisfaction and how the car was and until service now he’s been of great help.! I purchased Amaze S Petrol model from this show room. It was nice working with Prakash sir who coordinated throughout all process. During delivery, they presented cake and it was a happy experience. Also they wait for me till 8pm and they cleaned the car every 20mins till I arrived. Overall dedicated staffs , keep it up. Only suggestion -> explain the registration and delivery process to the customer and also the time taken to get car delivery. So that customer can plan for the delivery date with family.

When i came up with a specific color requirement at the end of BS4 vehicles production cycle, he made the arrangement from their dealer in southern region to get the product delivered in chennai. Mr. Rajan from the Capital Honda OMR branch was helping me choosing the car. Right from the beginning this person was so customer friendly, explained all clarifications with so much patience, arranged test drive for all the vehicles i asked for, he is so knowledgeable in mechanical engineering so that he explained all the technical questions and clarifications about the engines etc. Overall, it was 50% of his customer service than the car that brought me to buy a Honda car. I have booked the Honda Amaze eventually. A very nice experience, nice person and i believe the capital honda itself has a good culture towards it'sit customers even if you are not buying.
