Not at all good Customer service, I went for 6 Months Bank Statement for Visa perpose, my home bruch was different. They simply denied to give that. But when I went to Axis Bank I got that in 10 mins without any questions asked. Except SBI all the other Govt. Banks are really sucks.

Worst experience! Every staff knows what the customer needs but they navigate us to every other counter and that counter will not have staff because lunch break! That too more than one hour of wait period . Once the staff appears they say they don’t do this and refers to other person and that person will be gone to home for lunch for another half day. They have this understanding and doesn’t do the job. I recently went for home loan and they didn’t even share any information or pamphlet what the bank offers not even basic information. I waited the entire day and waste of time .. every staff referred to bank manager and she her self was not there. Later in the noon i waited until 3 pm and came to conclusion ok she won’t return only . Very bad service. I went to SBI and I am a happy house owner service was smooth manager was active and available! Did the work perfectly.

Very polite staffs especially ABM of the branch. Very good customer support. Tired less working staffs amid short staff strength and more customer crowd. They really need appreciation from satisfied customers of our branch.

Very worst experience. They behave very rude. No proper customer service. They make us to wait for long time and no back response. Worst service, worst behaviour. I opened an account before 1 year. I applied for netbanking twice, they gave me a txn pin & user pin but still they are not registered my netbanking properly. So many times I complained to manager, I didn't get proper solution. Still I'm troubling with the bank. Accounts manager rudely behaving and more than 10 times he told me to close ur account and go. Totally worse bank ever...so guys don't open ur account in Indian Bank DB Jain College branch.
