Very pathetic service ,care free employees ,worst bank to bank with.

Indian bank (neelangarai branch) I'll went for passbook entry, the working staffs says always printer machine repair for above 1year and I ever seen worst response in that branch(neelangarai) staffs areware behavior and response. One or more staffs putting leave in same day and process isvl very slow

Mairu maari iruku bank uh. Oru savings AC open panna 3hrs aguthu. Employee & staff are too lazy. They are drinking juices in cash counter to wating customers.

Worst experience. It took them 3 hrs to change my joint account to individual account and tge maintenance is too low they are so careless abd lazy.

Parking outside the bank causes a heavy jam as a signal is there. More over there is no parking provided for customers. The little space for 1 car is used up by all bikes. Hope the bank addresses this and appoints a security. Moreover the internet always seems to be down causing a long wait for an even longer queue. The crowd to staff ratio is very bad

Have Automated teller machine (ATM) withdrawal machine, deposit machine, passbook entry machine in front of bank which works most of the times. Token system is available inside the bank. Good service and staff are friendly and responding to needs. Also have aadhar center inside the bank. Visible from main road, East coast road(ECR). Have a small parking space in front of Indian Bank.

I am maintaining my account balance 2500 but in this neelakarai branch they debited Rs 177 for non maintaining what is this pls help me I want my money back
