All good, except they do lot of internal pavement works often. Water stagnation will happen outside on the walking area during rain. Food court is slightly expensive.

Well maintained campus with good infrastructure. The food court is a bit on the expensive side though. This place also has ample vehicle parking space

Of course if it's ur workplace then you need to know about this. 1. Well-connected from Taramani railway station 2. 5 mns in auto or 2 wheeler 3. 15 mns of walk 4. Campus is a beautiful one, even you can walk around if you want to take a break in ur work. 5. Eataries: don't worry this campus itself holds a food court called bay with handful of variety and it's a wonderfully crafter interiors. 6. This RMZ campus is situated in the middle of sea of food joints. 7. Opposite of this building, OMR food street also available.

Bike parking charge is very high as we have took appointment to meet client inside the campus.. You may charge them accordingly how many visitors coming..If so you can. Charge max 10rs and not 25-30 where doesn't have shelter for our bike
