Attention to A2B management, Kindly address this else it will spoil the brand name built. Visited Keelkattalai A2B with my family members (16 members) for morning breakfast after family function. Vibe of A2B restaurant is missing - atmosphere is not welcoming. Self service concept will not work for chennai. We pay premium for the quality of food and service. Both missing. Car parking facility available

This hotel does not have varieties of food mentioned in the menu. No chat items available at 6pm which was disappointing. No Chinese variety available either. Only menu available were idly , dosai varieties, poori and pongal. These are supposed to be dinner items. Good that they are available early at 6 pm. But the main items for 6 pm are missing. Not even vadai, bajji or bonda for snacks. However the supplying personnel was kind and courteous. Hence three stars.

Food was not so good... service was lazy .. also food quality/quantity as compared to price is not matching...too costly for the food quality and quantity served...as compared to other A2B branches. A2B owners should pay attention to this branch to save their reputation..

Worst Experience Ever! Don't Bother Going Here! Went for breakfast at this place and what an experience it was – totally horrible! I sat down and waited like forever, 20 minutes just to give my order. I kept calling the waiter, but no use. He acted like he didn't even see me. Seriously, I felt like I was talking to the walls! Finally, when the food came, guess what? No chutney! And the waiter tells me, "Chutney is over, sir." Just like that! No sorry, nothing. That's when I decided, enough is enough. I just got up and left. Didn't even touch the food. Please, if you're thinking of going here, just don't. Save your time and mood. It's not worth it at all!

Visited this place after strong recommendation from a local. Tried 6 types of sweets. Taste were mediocre and did not meet my expectations. Tried Masala Dosa. 3 out of 5 for Dosa. For sweets, 2 out of 5. Cleanliness is an issue at this restaurant. Wash basin and toilet should be cleaned sometimes. Might be OK for locals but not for tourists.

Don't ever visit this place for dine-in/takeaway/Food order through Swiggy/Zomato. Most of their sweets/sevaries are old stock with unbearable smell, lots of customer complaining and fighting with workers. They lost their business here because of recent Metro work, but for that reason selling old/stale food to public is not acceptable. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED PLACE.

The worst place you can visit. Please. Please close the outlet atleast we will be happy. We as a family with a toddler went on to have dinner as we were super hungry. Waited for over 10 minutes sitting on the table near the juice counter. I raised my hand several times trying to get the attention of the waiting staff. To my surprise none made an eye contact nor a response. Went to the til counter and called for manager. Mr. Sekar arrived and I told him the scenario he said they will attend us. He didn’t even bother to apologise nor talk to us as I said we are leaving as we didn’t get the right respect as a consumer. Not bothered we left. Note: there were many waiting staffs just chitchatting near the til counter. If this is how you treat your customers then it’s high time you shut the outlet and do some other business. If you are in the food service industry then you should know how to SERVE. I’m totally disappointed with the attitude of the staffs as they look like what’s for me if you go away, we are extremely established brand now and we don’t mind loosing a costumer. Sangeetha veg restaurant on the other hand did a wonderful job. Learn from them if your team has some brains. Never ever gonna visit A2B again in my life. Do not play with people’s hunger drive.

The worst hotel I have ever went to have food. Only self service available. A/C not working. Water was poured on the way to washroom which was a threat. Had given order for 7 meals. Waited for 30 min and meals not served. When asked they have asked to show the bill again as they forgot what food I have asked for. The hotel not ready to cancel and refund the money.

Had South indian thali meals from here couple of times, Cost was little bit on the higher end but the quality of food and package was very good.

These days they become worst. They focus on idly and dosa food items rather than Sweets which they were famous for. Keelkatalai branch The Worst I would say. There is only one cash counter for food and Sweets where I stood in a queue for long for paying bills for sweets.

A2B one of brand names having franchise every where. Ordered 3 masala dosai, 3 plain dosai & 1 ghee masala dosai from this joint. Foremost thing it's very pricy as compared to other places. Above order cost me around 900 bucks which was not worth for quantity received. 1. Masala dosai was ok in taste, could be better. 2. Plain dosa was decent enough but small in size 3. Ghee masala dosai was also ok in taste. Nothing exceptional can be told, was average. Delivery was horrible, we had to wait for an hour. Was unhappy with the whole experience.

I have been eating here for past 13 years. Just the brand name pulling meager customers to the restaurant now. Though the rates of menu have increased here customer service, ambiance, cleanliness etc have been decreased too. I even BOYCOTTED this A2B, madipakkam for past 3 - 4 years due to the same reason. Recently visited this place. I could find the restaurant has degraded much more compared to what I have seen 4 years back. Its about the money is worth what I get. The way I saw back there is now a restaurant running namesake. I have stopped getting parcel and Im a regular diner & for dine-in A2B, Madipakkam is the last option apart from nearby veg.restaurants. Even I insist my neighbors, friends too. Go for a Revamp or else this place could completely vanish in next 5 years. Only 1 positive thing is Im getting customer copy bill after paying.

We visited this restaurant yesterday evening (9th Aug'22) & ordered Chola Poori, Chilli Parota & Podi Dosa. Chilli parota tasted good & crispy while Chola Poori was ok, it could have been better especially the Channa. Dosa was good but the Podi was tasteless. We always used to order Masala dosa here for breakfast at least thrice a week, so we tried Podi Dosa this time, unfortunately it was not that good. The staff were friendly & courteous. Also the restaurant is spacious & clean. While returning we got a few sweets & as usual favorites Special & Madras mixture. A2B is our first choice to get Mixture/Sweets.

Went for lunch, ordered curd rice and parotta. Curd rice was more sour than expected. Parotta was fresh and hot, however the raita served along was bad. The onions in raita tasted stale and completely unfresh.

We have booked the party hall and ordered the breakfast for 65 members in keel katalai A2B, taste wise it was good. Only thing which they need to improve is to stick with the committed time. Breakfast got delayed for more than 45 minutes.

Ordered a Gobi Manchurian and we got with big Insect yesterday. When the waiters saw the Insect he immediately took inside and he went like nothing happened. So guys plz consider before eating here

This is smallest A2B in chennai. Onion roast, pongal and Masala dosa tastes good. Tea and coffee really good. Veg briyani tastes good. Sambar rice also tastes good. South Indian meals was not good. Grape juice was thick and good. Paratha was good. Parking area is small. Service is good. Restroom was not good.

Worst experience due self service.. because of their management. We have heen seen no one responsible and every time middle of food we have to go and order it further.. I have asked why suddenly self service to the counter person, he had replied simply there is shortage of manpower. Mostly people visit any hotel to spend time and enjoy the food .. that too weekends. But yesterday case was simply wasted money. Manpower your responsibility why people like to suffer with our money. Now I need to think before vist your doorsteps.

Recently went to get sweets from this A2B but we were totally disappointed with the taste. Thought it's premium (for the price) and would taste so great but the taste was not up to the level they used to give a decade ago. Tried Kesar peda, Chandrakala, and Ghee Mysore pak but all 3 of them had a little traces of ghee. For the price they sell, I think they should improve the quality instead they concentrate more on the food these days though it was once a dedicated sweets & snack shop

Worst restaurant, we ordered in zomato and one item was not there and lavanya called and was very rude. Trying to take extra money by replacing the order and they made us to order the food we don't like

No proper person available for taking orders from table. Waited 10 min to see no one attended or gave water. Saturday morning 8:30 am ...only one server for whole restaurant. Server is doing all work like getting order, putting items on plate, giving bills. All manpower crowded in the food counter. Zomato/ Swiggy people are attended on priority leaving dine in people to wait over table.
