I actually dined-in at late night time of close to 10 PM but even though the customer service was decent enough, so we received our ordered foods within a reasonable time and the server didn't show any stern or grim face expression or anyother uneasy feeling towards us. I could observe that all other stores and showrooms were closed but we were lucky enough to eat at this hotel at this late time of the day. The brand name triumphs through its execution and quality standards.

We had dinner here for 500rs. We asked to taste a sweet but they are very hesitant and simply rejected our ask. Customer experience and satisfaction is needed to run a restaurant. Taste of all items served here below average only. We should have went to buds bhojan nearby which is way far better than this. Lots of corrections needed in A2b this outlet to meet customer needs. One star is high for this outlet

Need to pay more but will get average quality of food. Crowded place and looks like it is located in the narrow lane. The only positive for them is no other hotel near the station. You can easily enter the 1st platform from the restaurant. Need to improve their ambiance. Monopoly is going on here.

Service is better. But the plates provided for tiffin are plain without compartments for chuttnies and sambar. Instead they are being served in separate small eversilver cups. I felt inconvenienced as a result of it. If poured in the plate the sambar and chuttnies spread all over the plate.. I find it difficult to dip the stuff in the sambar contained in the cups, because they overflow. It will be better if plates are provided with separate compartments for sambar and chuttney. An underground parking lot is there.

Good place to have food. A2B keeps good standard in all their branches. Very tasty food and snacks in all their branches. Without any doubt you can visit any of their branches and order food as the quality and taste are guaranteed. Always 5 star from me.

A2b is always favourite for me… recently went here, waited more time for taking order even there is no crowed fully empty and finally one waiter came and taking order from us and I ordered mini tiffin, the taste was good especially rava Kesary is Vera level 🤩 if they serve all the items with hot it’ll good but they served cold.. need better service, maintenance was good. Rating 4.2/5 Ambiance 4/5 Service 3/5 Parking is difficult for car

Disappointed over service. Utter clumsy. To day afternoon we went to have Lunch. One bearer is taking the order, one bearer is serving the food and one bearer is bringing the bill. No coordination between bearers as to whom should serve whom. Due to this food gets delayed to reach the table. They have only one credit card swiping machine. There is scramble for the machine. So we have to wait to settle the bill. Service has to be improved a lot.

Nice menu and food, but on the first floor they were made like a marriage hall as everyone was shouting and shouting and shouting only. Order taker is always asking vere, vere, in a hurry to go and catch the flight ✈️..asked us to share the table with another family where other tables we empty. So rude in service before completing the eating they brought other customers to stand nearby. So that we vacate immediately. No proper response after ordering and for our food we have to ask for it 5 times continuously. They have 35 tables but only 15 are actually active. But employees for 50 tables. No proper supervision for customers who were waiting for the food. A2B has been my favourite restaurant since 1987. Thinking about visiting this branch ever and will not recommend this branch to any of my friends anytime.

One of the best dosa, I ate here. I love ghee dosa, all types of dosa available here and all are literally good in taste, they do charge more, but with family and friends, it's a very good place to dine. All foods are south indian food, don't expect north indian food. Go to the first floor, and you can find a very nice and cosy place.

We had our lunch on Feb 9. Preferred this as it was on the way to our destination place. We travelled from Coimbatore we prefer a2b for standard taste and hospitality. But this place was worst, we ordered panner tikka which is a starter but delivered at dessert time most of them left for hand wash. We ordered two gravy, cashew matter and panner matter gravy both are same panner replaced with cashews. There was no gravy at all only matter and panner I don't know whether it's a starter/gravy. The server had no idea what we asked and what he served. Atleast he could've informed us that both will be same taste so go for one another gravy. But nothing was told lack of traning for the stewards. People better avoid this there are many good a2b nearby and many other restaurants which are good. Panner tikka was only thing better but came last we couldn't finish it too.

Horrible experience. We were there previously too but they slowly became very worst. We ordered paneer fried rice but they served veg fried rice. Ordered mushroom Manchurian but got Gopi Manchurian instead, when we asked the server he is showing the pad which he typed saying we did that.. showing off- worst attitude.. taking long to get order, to serve items.. they are not having all the menu items usually, having only over priced items.

A good restaurant to dine in when the cost doesn't matter ... It's a self service restaurant where you need to bill before you take the food... Customer service here is pathetic . No proper response by representatives . Post billing you will have to wait for a longer time before you can take the food .

The snacks were from oil probably not in edible range or reused multiple times. My entire family including my small children suffered from acidity vomiting and altered bowel. Every thing is pre packed and we can't even taste it prior to purchasing. They should look in the matter to improve the quality.

Located in the main road near to tamabaram market and bus stand. Veg restaurant - you can try different vegetarian Tiffin items like idly, dosa, poori etc and famous for snacks and savouries. Self service in the ground floor, billing need to be done before taking the food. Two wheeler parking is available

All chats snacks sweets tiffen varieties available. As a established brand, no doubt on qualities. Restaurant billing section needs to be improved. Lots of people just waiting for billing long time. Infront of billing section, if a menu card available then it is easy to order. Try kozukkattai, pav bhajji, chenna masala... Attention management: see photo 1. Lots of flies roaming around the food table. Kindly repair the insect killer device and connect it. See photo 2. Big queue infront of cash desk for food ordering. This abstract movement of others . Please shift other location or streamline 3. Huge steep steps . Disabled + elders unable to climb up. Please provide small slope in the steps

The ambiance at the first floor looks so dull . It has to be renovated at least on the lighting part. Delivery was bit earlier compared to other outlets . No proper place for parking

Must try their softy medu vada, icy mosambi juice, tasty tea, coffee fully loaded with aroma and caffeine and their creamy apple juice. Four stars for taste and 1 star for cleanliness

Firstly there is no proper four wheel parking. All ur energy gets dissipated in parking the car in the streets nearby... The food was no better. The meals we ordered was tad too spicy i ended up wasting wat was served. The others who dined with me felt tht the food was tasteless.Overall a disappointing experience!

Went for dinner.. Very late response after you order food. Quantity of food (i. e., portion of food) is less when compared with other best hotels. Did not serve hot water as default during this pandemic times. Very poor service considering the money spend☹️☹️☹️

We went for lunch on Diwali day, Place was less crowded but lot of noise ( some just can't have peaceful lunch) they just create lot of noise pollution to others nearby not even knowing they are doing it. South Indian meals was not upto the taste, not sure i have had in other branches and it was not like that, definitely there's a problem in the taste here. Service was okay, overall a known restaurant chain but sometimes disappoints.

A great place to have variety of vegetarian delicacies including South Indian and North Indian food. Has self service on the ground floor with dedicated sweet and savouries shop. Comfortable seating with table service available on the first floor. Located at walkable distance from Tambaram West bus stand.

Taste of food is same and very nice as it is in all other branches. Sometimes, post corona we can’t plan what to eat, instead we have to eat what is available. 4 wheeler parking is not at all available at this location. Parking road side opposite to hotel is restricted by localities/ auto rickshaw drivers and fight with us for illegal parking as if it is their property.

Good restaurant situated in the Tambaram region. Quality is undoubtedly great. The self service is enabled in the ground floor. Southern India, Tandoori, chat items, Coffee and tea and much more are available in the restaurant . Due to its brand value, premium amount is charged . Sweets and savouries are also available here .

It was 9 am and i was excited to have a masala dosa but unfortunately they didn't have it. After waiting 15 mins. Also the waiters talk to you in Tamil even if you ask in English so for anyone not speaking Tamil can be a nightmare. Food was ok nothing great

Everything kept in orderly manner and the integrated restaurant (pure veg) are neatly maintained. The space area is huge inside the shop. It is located just behind the Tambaram bus stand and anyone can reach it by mere walking. The taste and quality of the sweets from A2B is well known among the public. I don't want to comment anything new on that. Only constraint would be the parking area. Few two wheelers and 2 or 3 cars only can be parked.

Close to Tambaram Bus Stand. Located in busy market area. The ambience inside is excellent. Neatly maintained. Quality stuff at right price. Self service. Prompt and courteous service to customers at the delivery counter. Efficiency of staff is worth mentioning. Overall experience is fully satisfying.

Had a really bad experience. I eagerly visited in the expectation of trying some variety of foods. Half of the items on the menu were not available. Was forced to order what was available. Service person was not responsive. Rava Dosa was just ok. Chappathi size is too small for what it costs. Falooda was good and nothing to mention in special.

It is one of the finest vegetarian restaurant. But this branch being very near to Jeyachendren Textiles, Jeyachendren Gold house it is crowded always. In weekends we have to wait for nearly 1/2nd hour to have food. The food quality and taste is good.

  • 5/5 Mohana R. 11 months ago on Google
It's always a wonder, how they can fave such a crowd almost every day. The food quality, taste are still maintained. There is no disparity that it is located in Tambaram, compared to other branches inside city. It is one of our family favorite place in Tambaram to sit and relax during dinner.

Location of the Restaurant is excellent. Tucked away from the extreme hustle & bustle near Tambaram Bus Stand , Railway Station & Market. Food is excellent. The Personnel are extremely courteous. May be due to the limited space & peak hour rush, was having difficulty in completing my lunch. Besides that, Coffee post lunch was superb. Guess A2B can achieve a Miracle by putting in a little more Effort. Kudos to their handling Customers coming with hungry stomachs

I've ordered all my foods here at A2B, the food quantity is sufficient and the quality is good. But the online pricing varies well when compared to the in-person experience. So please consider the pricing so that people can afford in some extent.

Worst service. Saltiest podi dosa. Do not order it at all. It took solid 40 mins for me to complete podi dosa and coffee. Almost missed my train at Tambaram station. Very very slow service. AC was very low and flies were everywhere.

Questionable cleanliness, slow service, and average food. My little one wanted kaju kathli so after finishing our dosa we walked over to the sweet counter, and saw a cockroach crawling by....I told the guy behind the counter that there's a cockroach in English, he simply asked me what sweet I wanted, I repeated the same in Tamil, he simply looked at me nonchalantly...I figured it was not a revelation to him, and didn't alarm him as much as it did my daughter. I took out my phone to click a picture, and suddenly he became agile and turned out the light in the display box but before I managed to get a picture of the fly feasting on the Kaju Kathli. Needless to say, we will not be going back there.

Be aware for bakery items!! In the invoice/ bill they are cheating. If you buy sweet and snacks 10 items they mismatch the price with in between items. Caution!! Prior to pay, must check the invoice ? Food court service is good and pay counter is also perfect.

Hello folks!!! Do follow theheavy_eater on instagram I visited anandbhavan with skeptical feeling about authentic south indian dishes. We ordered Mini Lunch and it was completely delicious. It had a paratha, sambhar rice, curd rice and tamarind tinge rice which were delicious. Sheera was scrumptious and was satisfying. Later aloo paratha was good with not much stuffing but tasted well with onion curd combo. filter coffee is a must have here which will blow you mind away. Amazing. Happy dining.
