This resto of A2B doesn't seem like it's A2B. South indian food is still ok here compared to chat items. Chat items are terrible here. Other basic facilities like hand wash area, toilet etc are in bad shape. Overall a bad experience.

Very poor service We ordered Jain food, We received garlic daal fry. Then don't know about Jain food, They r serving regular food as Jain food. Mr. Kalidas manager was very rude & he started arguing with us. Pathetic hotel. Not recommended.

The food is of top quality, there is a separate section for everything, for chaat items, food items, sweets, etc... And it's we'll organised. A2B is an already we'll known brand and this branch lives upto the reputation. The sweets are tasty, especially the paneer jamun. Must try, though may be hard on the pocket

I've been to many different branches of A2B, but this place isn't upto mark. *To begin with, the ambience was so poor. The air conditioner makes noise which kind of disturbs our mood. #The service was good. The waiter provided good suggestions which made us choose better # the coffee provided was filled with cream strands which actually ruined my experience. *the place was so filled with stock items and the seats were all filled with plates anf stuff.. This place has at enterence hand sanitizer by the watchman , as you enter in left side is tables where you can eat, and the back end also tea coffee and light refreshment idli, vada they have a display board and on the right side you get all sweets prepared in pure Ghee so all sweets starts from 600 / per KG they give mixed sweets well packed hygiene handeled wearing globes.

A lot of items in the menu were not available Waiters don't speak languages other than Tamil Food was fine

Ordered 4 parotta and sd through swiggy. It was wrapped in a a2b paper sheet like bought from roadside/local restaurants and the kurma was provided in a pickle type quantity in a small box. wont even be sufficient for half parotta.. Too high cost compared to other premium restaurants. In sangeetha restaurent they deliver in plate boxes with sufficient sd quantity ! Soon they will start loosing customers for such delivery experience.

We odered one rava dosa(oily) and pongal(quantity is less) and two coffee (good) ☕ overall taste is average 😐 the sambar is sweet, coconut chutney is good. Finally price of this items is 280/-. I didn't recommend this hotel for telugu people.

The outlet is located on a very busy road and has a very limited parking space. The service was ok. Pricing as always with any A2B is at premium. Was way too hungry and ended up here.. Even for a simple water and tissues we got to repeatedly ask them. Such an turn off.

This Vadapalani branch of A2B is too good in service... We ordered for sweets and meals for a new office opening function... Everything was done as per the order... Supervisor Mr.Babu is a polite, soft spoken and customer friendly person... He took care of everything in detail and delivered as per our requirement... Keep up the good work...

Worst service in A2B. People waiting for more than 15 mins in a bay no server have come for service yet there is no board displayed for “self service”. After waiting for so long when we ourself approached the server he is saying some bays were self service due to less staffing.@A2B team If you can’t provide enough staffing to serve people why the hell do you have such a big outlet in the first place. We have also experienced the same in A2b at ecr branch. If there is self service just display it in the hotel entrance so that people won’t sit and waste their time. Serving half a bay and making half a bay as self service shows ur *POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE*

My mom's favourite sweet shop. It's a brand that's what I am seeing here. My favourite in a2b is cashew pakoda - nice. Always costly.

The staff working in this branch are irresponsible, if you place an order you have to wait for it atleast 30mins or more with a repeated reminder then only you will have your food such a good response enjoy.

Hi Before coming into the hotel never set any expectations was proved by the management of A2B vadapalani ( metro station) Since I like the food taste from the beginning. I decided to go to this certain branch @ metro station vadapalani but never new this would be the worst experience ever . I knew the organisation kept it from so long but the brach had least responsibility on both customer & responsibility......I visited the hotel by 3 :40 till 4:15 no member came to take the order .. I could understand if there is delay in preparation of food but the team took it very normal to even come to take order .. I even approached 4 members no one showed their face for order and there was no pleasant response from anyone . I walked back without any food which is very unfair since the team was unresponsible about their customer. Wish this issue to be taken to the management and look forward for customer satisfaction as earliest #A2B #A2Bmanagement

Very poor service. There were 10 to 12 customers when we had breakfast. Nobody came to enquire for 15 minutes. Order was very delayed. Sambar served was very cold. Unresponsive staff. I never experienced this sort of service at A2B. Is it run by franchise? Please rectify the issue. I am an old customer and fan of your food. Please don't customers because of few persons. Please take this criticism in the right spirit.

A2B of late had lost its charm and fame. Some of its branches are getting closed. They employed many of North Indians who are not well versed in Tamil and local culture unlike in Sangeetha Desi Mane and Shree Mahas. It matters a lot while choosing labourers. Cheap labour reflect their quality resulting in deteriorating service and spoils the name ultimately.

One of the greatest sweet shop in tamil nadu. The taste is ultimate which brings us to heaven. They use pure ghee which we can feel in every bite. My favourite recipe is paal pasandhi.

The A2b restaurant in Vadapalani serves South Indian vegetarian tiffin & North Indian snacks. Juice, Sweets & ice creams are also available. Most of the crowd in the shop come to pick up parcelled savouries. Apart from South Indian tiffin, coffee and savouries, only the badam milk is good. The North Indian snacks & Chinese cuisine served, is hopeless. Parking area is almost non-existent, for both two & four wheelers.

Gud mrn, Great place to have dining alone or even groups.i have been visiting here for more than 10 years.good place for vegan. Even the aged people can eat , health issued persons also can eat here.very mild food. It's like home made.trust worthy. The staffs are very friendly and responsible. Sweets and savories are of very Spl at good taste. Parking constraints are there. Calm and peace place Wer we can relax for sometime.

Food taste was good but not higinic. There was a big Rat on hand wash area. If they clear it then the food will be higinic and good for health.

Good variety of sweets & sav is avbl. Tasty, clean eats and clean surroundings are all plus points. One and only drawback is staff will attend not following first in first out method, but to one who speaks loudly and tries to take priority. (No typical Indian cares about this detestable mindset is my observation.)

On 28/02/2020 We visited about 11 people for lunch at A2B restaurant Vadapalani... Worst service... And the meals were limited only for Rs.190... whereas in other equivalent restaurant giving unlimited for the same price... No food were served hot... Even a soup... Waste of money...
