Decent and fine place to have food in the Madipakkam locality. There is nothing to complain about. The food is good. The customer service is good. The supervisor available manages well and has a good connect with customers. The best thing about this hotel is the mini tiffin provided which is value for money. The highlight is that we get a mini filter coffee along with the tiffin in perfect timing. Best place to take the family for a healthy food.

Had the misfortune of entering this place due to heavy traffic on a Sunday evening. People who manage to eat here must either have no choice or have no taste buds. Service was late and food was the worst in this world. Taste, quality, correct ingredients, everything was missing in our parotta. We got lovely burnt food. Even a local roadside idli eatery would give you some value for the money. We pushed away 70% of our food, paid the bill and while taking our bike, was surrounded by a water lorry and pipe of the restaurant. Without any decency they gave us rude instructions to carefully remove the bike without damaging their pipe which was spread everywhere on the ground. Do not enter unless you want to waste 370 rupees and find that food is not worth eating.

Not sure about South Indian food but please don’t even think of this hotel for North Indian food or sweet. Cost is not at all low but quality and taste are so bad. Just to charge they give something in the name of food. Worth thinking twice or even thrice before ordering a North Indian item.

The staff was very helpful, they started suggesting me authentic south Indian dishes when they got to know I'm from Delhi and here for breakfast. Ate podi dosa and sambhar with hand in banana leave not like Delhi in a bowl with spoon. Sambhar taste and chatnis were way different from North India, having authentic south indian taste. Excellent hotel with helpful staff and healthy food. Wish I had one branch in my nearby area in Delhi. The food was very healthy, poorie was well cooked and hardly any oil was there, the sambhar and chatnis were awesome in taste, specially the red chatni. I'll definitely visit again in my next business trip.

I had visited this hotel 2 or 3 times since January. The food is very tasty and doesn't affect our stomach. The price is also normal. Every day they have one special dish along with regular dishes. Yesterday's special Groundnut Masala Dosa. The accompaniments for the dishes are àlso tasty with exact spices. I had ordered set dosa with vadacurry. The only drawback in this place is too much crowded. Even if the count is low, it's better to take precautions in controlling the crowd. It will be better for the hotel to find some solutions to reduce the ill effects to the customers and also to the employees working there. Bye for now!!!!

Worst experience, staff didn't take order or ready to serve, after ordering had to remind them again and again but still they forgot the order. It took 45 mins to serve simple items like dosa and its same for all customers. Complaints had to be made to managers in order for staff to work. For families this will be the worst dining experience especially with kids. Food was mediocre and oily. For sambar or chutney servers weren't be available. Overall the worst dining option.

Says he doesn't have change for 500 and speaks in a insulting way to me. My advice to the management is to have Gpay method or inform us at the gate that don't enter without change. I ordered a 60Rs Mini tiffin The food was okay They served a spoilt coconut chutney The story gets worse.... The servers here don't have the sense to serve. They touch the ladle of chutney on your plate while serving. This happens to all customers. It feels like we pay to eat the food from somebody else's plate. Disgusting habit, disgusting sense of service. The food is okayish. If you don't mind unclean behaviour go for it and fill your stomach.
