Amaazing food! The whole experience from start to finish is great.. Always a great spot to get great food.. Very tasty and well prepared and you can choose among many menu options..highly recommend this place..

The billing was very slow and the person is busy with some other thing without responding to the customer. Actually we produced a corporate coupon redemption and he is commenting on something seeing the bill amount and the coupon. I don't know what to comment on when we are redeeming a coupon, based on the billing amount, a worst attitude / approach. This is how you people treat the customers with a corporate coupon then why the coupons are issued to attract customers or to discourage them by such a response. The dining area is large enough on the first floor, and there are a lot of workers to serve but not that much of a crowd on Monday. One good thing is compared to other outlets we tried in Chennai, the food (fried rice) was less oily and paneer tikka had good large cubes and soft.

Trust me, I’m a long standing customer of A2B and I’m totally upset the level of service from multiple branch in the A2B Ooty, coimbatore, Salem and past few days in Chennai. None of the waiters cares about customers and I literally waited for more than 15 minutes for someone to come and ask me what I want to order, this is in chennai. That too, they came after I have complained to the online A2B care. I thought this was only with one branch and visited other 4 branch around the area in chennai and have experienced the same thing. Worst and Worst experience in Chennai. Very upset to see this from A2B.

Dry fruit sweet looks expensive one, need to improve the services manpower with tamil culture. I feel all north Indians staff doesn't understand the language and flair buying experience low ratings..

No taste . They feel like North india food . But, I expected food in South Indian rice and sambar .but cooking very badly. Inside very bad smell. They didn't clean the plate properly. We are asked for hot water 💧. But they gave cold water . We asked again , they said , the process of making hot water will be late .staff is very good.

I have take away order mushroom fried rice. Scanner its not working so am asking to take that scanner for dining area that cashier boy sayed don't take go there! I had lunch at Adyar Anandha Bhavan, Triplicane High Road on 1st Jan 2020 with family and friends. I ordered for a Dhum Veg Biryani. What i got was literally dry rice which was difficult to chew. I complaint to the floor supervisor who got it replaced..! So, no quality inspection happening on the very basic things before serving the food to customers. Further what happened was a shock...! We were given 'sounf' (mouth refreshner) sachets. I was curious to browse through the sachets and found that the Expiry date was mentioned from Apr/19 to Nov/19.. Means, after a bad food, what i got was an expired mouth refresher...!!! Pathetic..! We were being pacified by the manager, when we complained..! I have made my mind not to go to AAB again..!!
