One best restaurant to enjoy the authentic non vegetarian in home style!!! recommend you to visit during off time, means not in a peak hour to enjoy their beautiful service! Must try their mutton sukka!!! and prawn pepper sukka!! it's the best!! and try their parotta with green salna! it's bloody soft and authentic!!! Over all it's a must try place of you're tooo hingry!!! and try their dessert!!! elaneer payasam!! and elaneer ice cream!

Best place to have south Indian non veg foods.. especially the salna parotta

Earlier gave 4 rating based on my past experience but now turning down it to one Today (June 2nd 2019) went to Thambi vilas at 3.30pm, the guy in reception disappointed me first stating that Briyani and Parotta available but for parotta I have to order gravy.. Come on you cant treat your customers in this way at your reception desk , this clearly shows that they are not ready to serve us (2members) at 3.30pm. We were sitting till 3.45 PM and no one came to take order and finally asked menu card with one person. After sometime another person came to take order said no parotta. Then he said parotta available but not gravy.. Then he went to check again in kitchen. Finally we waited for another 2mins and we started back. No one didnt stop us. Just a bad service. May be during peak hours service looks good but not at off peak hours. Please check your CCTV on our suffering. Old 4 rating review comments Earlier reviewed it based on parcel experience. This time we went for lunch. Felt their service was not as quick as Tnagar branch. Great food and good ambiance, but the service was very poor. The servers kept forgetting the orders and even placed a couple of dishes that we did not order in our tables, and this was a recurring pattern. One of the very few places that serves panneer soda in goli bottles. Quantity is generally lesser than the standard amount, but the food was yummy. Definitely worth a visit for the nalli fry and crispy parottas.

Food is Nice at this place and also Pocket friendly....But I didn't have a nice experience related to the staff...They intentionally gave us wrong bill 3 times ...upon confronting they said machine problem... asking for Manager they made a Noob helper guy stand as a Manager... except this Vibe and Food is Nice.

Preparation is done in Guindy branch. The waiters doesn't know the ingredients they use. Also we cannot customize the food according to our taste as it is already made and brought from Guindy.

Nowadays, the quality is not at all good. And the ambiance is getting less attractive.

While entering the restaurant itself, You will feel like you are in the 1970s. the restaurant ambiance is like a retro style and also very clean and neat. The dishes are all prepared in thanjur style. They have a wide variety of non-veg food.. Taste of the food will really speak about the restaurant. The cost is reasonable.

The restaurant which has an antique feel to it. The place is themed on a chettinad styled ancestral home. Tightly packed during weekends. There would be a waiting time around 10 to 15 minutes. Pretty decent dishes. Has a ring of authenticity to it. Responsive staff. Portions were just okay. Considering the taste and the portion, the price felt justified.

This branch of TV is a good one. As with other branches all the items were unavailable. But the mutton salna idli and the Vanjaram fry was awesome. The ambience was good but the service was a bit slow. Overall a good experience of you are looking for good non vegetarian south Indian food.

Once of the best place of serving South Indian authentic food with authentic taste. Ambencies and interior arrangement r good. Service also good but it's they taking more time to serve food what they committed on weekends but it's worth to wait for such authentic taste. Prawn was fresh and taste was okay. Quantiy was also fine. Chicken sukka and mutton sukka both were spicy and good. Vanjaran fish fry also good one. They suggested mutton egg fry which boneless but the taste was not good. We felt like eating egg podimass. Ambience and service were good.

Decent place for since good spicy and authentic south Indian Dindigul belt style food. Must try food are a lot to try. Experience delay is successful. The quantity will be less, so order accordingly. Try the ginger lime soda.

Great ambience but usually crowded , you will get the feel of old mansions ..food was great , but everything was south indian, if you are a vegetarian try mushroom fry, it's best there ... And you have many good options for non veg . Authentic chicken biryani will b served.... And there are banana leaves as plates. That's the speciality of the place .. you have to try the chocolate pan here . That's great .. one less star for service that can b improved .. most of the waiters don't know any language other than Tamil ..

Easy access restaurant because it's located in OMR main road. Food rates are not very high, we can say it's an average price but food quantity are very less and not matching with what they charge. Taste is good. Environment you will feel like you are in a house because the infrastructure is like that. That's the way they built it.

Very worst experience.. one of the worst hotel never seen before. I was order chicken chtinad . They delivered water soup with chicken boans. It's was so pathetic . Same time Zomoto these stupid people also support that naste hostel..
