I was excited to meet the dogs, I went with my friend, but as soon as I entered the room, I felt much negativity, I have a pet dog back at home and I’m very well aware of the atmosphere when there is a pet around. Here, all I could see is sad little souls tired of entertaining everyone. All the people around the room were happy except for the little ones, they wanted only treats. One little puppy came and curled up in my lap and all I could sense is heaviness. A puppy was sleeping and the caretaker forcefully took the puppy and placed on my friends lap. We couldn’t stay in that cruel place for more than 10 mins. Any one who has a pet at their home would be able to sense the sadness of the little ones. This concept may earn good revenue but at cost of what!!

Great place for pet lovers. If you have food in their restaurant and then visit the pets, they issue a coupon and no separate money is charged for it. The amount will be redeemed in the restaurant bill. If u wish to visit only the pets it is 200 rs per person for 20 mins. Well maintained as far as puppies are concerned. And am not a big fan of kittens though and they always seemed to be sleeping And their compartment actually stinks.. their maintenance can be improved Overall I had a good time with the puppies. Good food but a bit costly i would say.

We had a great experience over here. To visit the pets, they charged β‚Ή200 per person for 40 mins. Additionally you can pay β‚Ή50 to treat the pets. The food was okay and a bit costly. Also, the money paid for visiting the pets can be adjusted with the food bill. On the whole it is a great place to spend with friends and family.

I recently had the delightful experience of dining at a pet-friendly restaurant, and it was a true haven for both pet owners and their furry companions. The ambiance was charming, with a spacious outdoor seating area adorned with pet-friendly amenities. From water bowls to cozy cushions, the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable environment for pets. The menu featured a thoughtful selection of pet-friendly dishes, including specially crafted treats and meals that catered to various dietary needs. It was heartening to see the staff genuinely embracing four-legged patrons, offering them treats and affection throughout our visit. The waitstaff was not only attentive to human guests but also to their canine counterparts, making the entire dining experience feel inclusive and welcoming. The pet-friendly policy extended beyond the seating area, with designated play spaces and even a pet-friendly menu available for takeout. This restaurant's commitment to creating a pet-friendly atmosphere is truly commendable. As a pet owner, it was a refreshing change to enjoy a meal without the worry of leaving my furry friend at home. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience in the company of their beloved pets.

A pet themed veg restaurant where we can pay on a fixed time basis (200 per person) for feeding and playing with dogs and cats. We can compensate the money as a diner. But the pets are seemingly tired and sleepy, also are least interested in meeting or playing with people; their service charges were high too. Only if you feed, you can expect them to come near you. I never had a pasta for 400 INR (that too of a passable taste) in a normal restaurant like thisπŸ‘Ž desserts are good of a try. Ambiance is well designed, the location is also spottable. Recommended for a one-time experience; occasionally, it can be worthy for pet lovers🀍

It's a very good place to have a hang out here with friends and family. But try to plan in weekdays, since the pets would be tired in the weekends. The new theme of the restaurant like this is a very good attraction to this place from other restaurants. Bit expensive restaurant. Opera cake was The best out of all the dishes we ordered. Manchurian fries, peri peri poppers, Pepper spiced chicken Breast and Murgh malai kebab were the other dishes. Pepper spiced chicken breast was also Really great. The place is very well maintained even though there are pets. The decorative interiors make it more attractive. It's one of the Puppies and dog lovers heaven restaurants in the city. Overall it's one of the must-go-and-experience restaurant in the city.

Nice concept. A place to visit for dogs and cats lovers who cannot afford to own a pet. Spend time with pets and just walk into the restaurant when you are hungry to grab some food. Restaurant ambiance may not be cosy and so not expect a big menu list. But the quality of food is very good and tasty. You are not compromising on the quality of food to spend some time with the pets. Food is good. You cannot spend time with both dogs and cats at the same time. They alternate timing for dogs and cats. There is deposit of β‚Ή200 per head as entry fee, but that will be adjusted in your food bill of you have something from the restaurant. Small packets of dog treats are available for β‚Ή50 that can be purchased to attract these dogs to come and play with you. Car parking is available in that building which is a big plus.

Stress free atmosphere place. Maybe you have heard the old saying that dogs are man's best friend. Most of us consider them family members. Also, dog lovers always want outings with their pets for lunch, dates..

Abusing animals in the name of business. My daughter was missing her dog, and was excited when she saw a dog theme restraunt. We decided to walk in. And what we saw there shattered/ broke our heart. If you really love dogs and cats, and you want to teach your kids the right way of petting animals, pls do not visit this place. This is pure animal abuse and complete wrong way of handling little creatures. 1. Dogs were terrified & tired seeing so many people around. 2. Caretakers have no sense of handling these animals with love, instead they were abusing them. We found them shouting and throwing stuffs at dogs (Hitting dog with ball / putting hat & covering dogs face in the name of entertaining people). Caretakers were teaching all wrong things to kids who are there to play with dogs. 3. There is no orientation β€œDos and don’t” shared with people while entering. Little kids are excited seeing the dogs, and they were mishandling them. We saw few kids lifting the dog in wrong way, dropping them on floor, dragging its tail/ legs, pulling fur. Parents/ caretakers who are around had no courtesy to tell/ teach kids the right way to pet animals. 4. When we confronted a parent on what their child was doing, she reacted to us saying - we are upsetting them, they all had come to celebrate, and have a good time. What are you celebrating??? Abusing animal, and taking joy out of it ?? Seriously. This broke our heart fully πŸ’” 5. Some dogs would curl up under our legs, helplessly. They don’t want to be touched or petted , they want to be left alone. And to see kids go crazy on these tired souls, is so painful to watch. Anyone who has pets will be able to sense their pain. 6. My 10 year old could not handle what they were doing, and started crying. She was fuming saying this is not right, they cannot do this to poor animals. We walked out of the place in few mins - FRUSTRATED. 7. The incident had affected my daughter deep & she was not ready to leave the place without making her point to Managers. She also confronted the caretaker she saw abusing the dog, saying what he did was wrong - But he was not ready to accept. We asked the team to share the owner’s details to complain, instead they asked us to leave our review on Google. I was happy to see our city with more Pet themed places/ restraunt, but this experience, proved me wrong. We have long way to go, create awareness, how to really care, love these creatures and let them live their life. This is definitely not run by people who loves/ care for pets, and should be banned / closed. If you know any animal activist, higher officials who could take actions, pls do share this feedback.

Visited this place to celebrate my nephew's birthday. Kids really enjoyed playing with the adorable puppies and kittens. The place was brimming with positive vibes. A must must visit place for kids, pet lovers and for someone who is feeling down. About the food, the menu needs to be little worked on. Very limited items on the menu. Would be really nice if they expanded the range of food dishes and cuisines. Though limited food items were available, the taste was amazing and the service was fine. The number of serving staff needs to be increased for more efficient service. We tried butter tandoori roti and dal makhani. That was the best!! And then we had garlic and cheese bread, chilly baby corn, spring rolls, veggie delight pizza, Mexican pasta and waffle with brownie. They tasted awesome.

Twisty Tails created an unforgettable memory with their pet visit. The best part is that the pet visit is complimentary when you dine there. They allocate a generous 40 minutes for the visit (20 minutes for dogs and 20 minutes for cats), which is more than enough time to enjoy the experience. They even offer a pack of dog food (β‚Ή50) to attract the dogs to you, making the visit even more enjoyable. As a cat lover, I was thrilled to find a paradise of Persian cats, making the whole experience truly blissful. There are timings in a day for pet visits, so do enquire before your visit!

Good place for quick bites. Dogs and cats make the place all the more interesting. Food menu is priced reasonable and tastes good. Have a tab on spicy food, I ordered schezwan fried rice and it was too spicy. Regarding the dogs and cats, not sure if they actually enjoy the company of too many individuals. People keep pulling the pets around not allowing them to sleep or relax.

I went with my 2 kids. The experience was good for them, as they enjoyed their time with dogs and cats. However after a while felt really bad for the dogs there. Though they feed them and take proper care of them, it will eventually feel like a circus for them, kids pampering them the whole day. The normal dog behaviour is gone for them. And I feel that they are no more playful

Fun place for a cute date! The food is slightly pricey, but it gets compensated as spending money there let's you experience the dog and cat cafe at no extra cost. We tried the Veg Manchow soup which was pretty salty, and a plate of pesto pasta, which tasted nice, but wasn't creamy enough. However, the dogs and cats totally made up for it. They were super friendly, well behaved and fun to be around. You get 20 minutes with each pet. Overall a nice experience at a good price.

The theme was a nice try and okay but the way the situation there is a very sad thing. I think they are not feeding the dogs properly, they are not responding to our gesture of care or love, not to our sounds, but only to the pet food they give and that too they were charging a 50rs/- for a very small packet. Those pets are pathetic, they are only trying to make everything into money. Though they receive care from the outsiders as well as from the owner, I felt as if I have went to a zoo or some commercial sanctuary, where they train and tame the animals from what they actually do. I am a dog lover, when I heard about this restaurant, I was first in a very happy mode, to see all those dogs and to play with them. But once I entered there, what I actually saw is, those dogs didn't behave like dogs. Some were even aggressive when we tried to pamper. And the person's inside monitor them such that they don't make any fights and if they didn't go near to the other customers, those men's of the restaurant, makes commands so that they follow and reach the customers which are against those dogs will, and if that customer touches the dog, they give a furious sound. We felt really bad seeing those dogs and cats. In the name of themed restaurant, they were going against those dogs wills and likes. I felt pathetic towards those dogs and very much angry towards that restaurant and the person in-charge...πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜‘😠😑😠πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜‘

Fun place to go with family and friends. The dogs and cats are friendly and not to be scared of. The cat's joint is chill, you can just sit down and relax and a cat would just walk towards you. The dogs are a bit tricky, you need to buy them food and only then will they come near you. The entry is 200 per person for the petting zone which you can redeem for food later on. So now coming to food, it was okay. We had the Indian pizza or something and i felt it could have been made better.

The food is great. The environment is awesome. As it a dog themed cafe, there are small elements in the ambience which makes you smile. And special mention to the dogs park, you can play with them after you eat the food and you can play as much as you want. A must visit place for dog lovers. Really liked it!

A very nice place to spend some time. They have both puppies and kittens. The entry fee can be used in their restaurant itself. Puppies only go to people who feed them and everyone is feeding them continuously. Not sure if that is good for the puppies, whether they're tracking the food intake.

We have to take a coupon of β‚Ή200 per person to play with the kitties for 20 mins and puppies for 20 mins. The same amount can be reimbursed while dining. Puppies are very friendly, playful and cuddly. You can really enjoy. If u want to buy treats for the puppies u can buy a small packet for β‚Ή50. Food is good but a lil pricey. Really worthy place to visit for Children especially. Loved a lot. One of the dogs were very funny. But only suggestion is to give more rest for puppies at weekends. They seems to be so drained. Otherwise everything is fine. Also to mention about cats they were too cute to see while they were playing among them.

The time you visit the restraunt is important . Dogs nd cats may be in deep sleep. But still ull pay to visit them. (I dont like disturbing them) The food is woowwww. Must try are the chocolate pancakes. The Veg Biryani is good . But too costly for 350 bucks. The worst thing is , u can easily see a service tax of 80/100 Rs in your bill apart from the regular GST . God knows why !! Otherwise , a good place. No dobut

Twisty tails ,- welcomes pets lover ( cat & dog ) My experience here was quite good as we entered the restaurant . First we went to have some lunch or kinda snacks and the prize are quite little bit high .but it's fine .the taste of food was good and you may have a look of the restaurant. And when you eat something inside the restaurant you get "free access to visit the pets ". There are lots of cat but Sort of lazy and dogs they don't bite but they don't go near anyone easily but .. but few cats were active playing and was having fun .all dogs were active except few .. but the experience was good here and i would recommend you to atleast visit once and give your view upon restaurant . EXPRESS REVIEW: It's a pet heaven 🀩 DETAILED REVIEW: ♦️LOCATION+AMBIENCE: The new location is at Khader Nawaz Khan road, you'll have to walk a bit if you come by bus . Ample space for parking. They now have Cats😸, Beagles and a golden retriever in addition to shitzus! You'll never get tired playing with them. The treats cost 50β‚Ή. The kitty room is too cute with wall fixtures for cats to sleep in. ♦️FOOD : You can redeem the β‚Ή200 pet voucher for the food. I tried the Veg noodles. They were very bland with almost no Vegetables and seasonings. The Vegetables consisted totally of cabbage and marginal slivers of carrots. Quantity was good but taste wise not so good. Things to avoid: Veg Noodles ♦️ SERVICE : Promt service and attentive waiters. ♦️ BUDGET : They charged β‚Ή30 over and above the GST. The food was a little overpriced. I'd recommend to visit the pet zone only. Instagram: @parameshwar.tudu

The 150 u pay downstairs can be redeemed there else you can also get back in cash. PS : If you are dog lover you can visit once.

We went for dinner just to spend some time with the pets they have in-house. We ordered French fries, cheese cheese pasta & Namma Chennai pizza. The pizza was a thin crust and it was very gud. Other two were normal only. Taste wise it’s good but quantity wise its not good enough. Ambience is very cozy. Coming to the highlight of this restaurant , pets space. Entry to pet space depends on your bill amount usually around 200 for one person entry and it definitely will reach that cost bcos the food price is slightly on the higher side. Their Pets space hold around 20 cats and 20 dogs. Pet space was clean but dogs space was smelly. So my little ones were mostly spending their time in cats room. My daughters had a quality time so would come again.

Only disadvantage is Pure Veg Starter's are amazing but main course doesn't add Value to this place at all 800 for 2 person Have fun guys

Concept of playing with puppies seems like good idea, but in my experience there was too much crowd and puppies were so tired. Staff were not really pleasant towards the puppies. There were balloons inside the room and few staff were bursting balloons which was totally irritating for us, I can imagine that's the worst for puppies. Food taste was awesome but quantity is way less compared to the price.

Here restaurant and pets with games also available. Rs.200 per person as entry fee. You can play with cats and dogs. 30 mins time limit for both sections. You can also feed those pets if you wish, which costs Rs.50. 200 rupee which is paid initially can be used to eat food in the restaurant. The only drawback here is food cost in the restaurant is slightly higher and smell at pet section is not soo good.

We were so excited to play with the dogs. The dogs were not at all violent (which is obviously good) but they were extremely sleepy and lazy. The dog handlers were manhandling them to make them seem active. This place seems to be a good place to study the sleep patterns in dogs. Overall we had an indifferent experience. Or probably the initial hype was too much.

Nice ambient Place. Heaven for dog lovers. Cute little dogs, try meet them soon in the day. They get tired at evening, there won't be much fun. Food is great. I Loved Punjabi Gobi, it's a treat for Vegans a great substitute for chilli chicken, hot and spicy. Pizza was soft, crest was thin , lots of cheese. They had a unique mayo taste.

First of all, unique theme. Great management and courteous staff at pet room and the restaurant. Lovely ambience and sumptuous food.... Got to spend quality time with family amidst the busy daily routine. Kids had a great time. Entrepreneur Rekha's passion towards the whole concept is commendable.... Best best wishes on your new venture at Anna Nagar, looking forward to visiting that branch soon , Thanks:)

Best place to visit for some fun filled time. Hangout with friends or family no matter you get some best food upstairs and you get a chance to visit cute little paws(cats) and cute doggies as well. You can treat them play with them, click pictures. Regards to food items its cafe type resturant you get some best pasta and pizzas but then its expensive.

I came here at around 11:30 which was just about the resting time for the dogs. They were already very sleepy by then and so I didn't disturb them too much but the workers there constantly keep carrying them and placing them around the visitors so they could have their photo ops. Felt a little too harsh on the pups. The food was alright. It's good that they let us redeem the ticket for playing with the dogs

Finding a restaurant that ticks all those boxes can be a bit challenging, but I'd suggest looking for family-owned establishments known for their warm hospitality. Additionally, places with outdoor seating is not available or pet-friendly policies might be more accommodating for your furry friends. Slightly disappointing my pet was not allowed as it pet themed not pet friendly. Even though our family enjoyed the restaurant

😠 The food was good and the service was great. But I am giving a single star review because of an incident. I witnessed the person who was moping the floors stick his hand into the ingredients containers and eat the food. With the other hand he was still holding the mop which he was holding just a few...
