A walk by 🏝 beach 🏖 made us forget the tiredness and we are rejuvenated 😎😇 And then we are hungry searched for some Andhra fare (andhra bhojanam Kosam vetikaamu) Boy it is a meal to remember for ever Rustic ambiance - tholuuubomaaa lataaaa - puppet show pieces that depict Andhra culture and pickle jars around 😘😇 That native decor and naive feel 😇👏I fell in love 😍 Mana Andhra chennai 😇 The best Andhra bhojanam I had in recent times Superlative experience - bhojanam served in silver plate and some flawless palatable 🥘 food They call it manaa bhojanam their in-house special meal , that consists of food plated on plantain leaf over some silver plate n cutlery (this enhanced the experience to a sublime one) First comes pullaaatuuu paired with chutney (pulaaa atuuuu thiniiii chalaaa yelluuuu ayindiii ) Then comes vegetable pulao with perugu pachadii ( curd Raithaa) Then they plate the entire meal - first with palakura Pappu (spinach dal) pappucharuuu (sambhar) ,miriyalaaa rasam (rasam spiced with pepper) We have chinnaullipayaaa pulusu (tangy curry made with small onions) Majjiga pulusuuu (curd chutney made with tadka curry leaves a bit of haldiii and onions) Bendakayaaa pulusu ( bhendi curry made with tamarind paste ) Veyinchina ullipayalu ( fried onions) Vepuduuu ( mix vegetables fry) Kurma ( spicy gravy that goes well with pulav ) Appadam ( papad) Saggubiyyam Payasam made with jaggery ( kheer made with sanudanaa and topped with ghee and dry fruits) At the end comes ghee and steamed rice 😇 They have 4 mandatory accompaniments - veyinchinaaa kandipodii - (gunpowder ), kobbarii karam (roasted peanuts n dry coconut powder), mavidikayaaa pachadiii ( mango pickle) and Andhra maataaa gonguraaaa pachadi ( sorrel leaves pickle ) This is what an apt Andhra meal is ✅ It is a fantastic meal on the whole We loved each and every dish plated ! 3 Mar 2019 we are having dinner. We sat at the back of the restaurant. Seats have full baby cockroaches. It was so sick to keep sitting & have dinner while these cockroaches kept running on the table. Twice we had to get up and chase them. Waiters were angry when I took pictures

Ordered Chicken Biriyani and lemon chicken. If you are expecting a juicy lemon chicken starter you would be disappointed like me. It was very dry and had the taste of lemon but the dish wasn't great. We we're welcomed with butter milk and then the food was served. Biriyani was good, similar to the biriyani that we get in Amaravathi.

But once ordered food, I realised it's waste of money Even the service is very bad, lot of waiting Never order their Avakaya biryani, they will mix pickle in rice and keep the price as 300. Better buy a pickle bottle from outside (not here) and eat at home. Their full meal is 600, not worth, better visit Some other Andhra hotel

The place serves Andhra cuisine, as the name suggests. They’ve got a good variety of food and the waiters were polite and helpful. However, I, who is fond of spicy food, the food was too spicy to be palatable. The place is devoid of crowd and you can generally get a table without a prior booking. Would recommend this place if you can palate very spicy food or if you enjoy Andhra meals. You’ve got valet parking in the place.

The spice and flavour of the food determines the nature of cuisine at times. The flavour makes you feel the place it’s from. The spice can be a bit less as which would make the food more desirable. It’s better to mention to keep the spice low if you are normal eater. The food however makes you feel as though it was home cooked.

Very good place to enjoy authentic Andhra cuisine. Ordered Nellore chilli chicken and one curry chicken too.. both the items were really tasty and spicy too.. the ambience is pleasent and quiet. I especially liked the decor with jars of red chillies. The staff is also polite. All in all a very good dining experience..

Mana Andhra caught my eye one day when I came to Starbucks on KNK. I came here for dinner, and the place wasn't too crowded. It is located in the basement, and has a very pretty decor. The place is filled with jars of pickles famous in Andhra, and a couple of others with just chillis. We started our meal with the Kakkarakaya (Bittergourd dish) stuffed with spices and what not. My taste buds still tingle merely thinking of it ! We had a pessaratu, some rotis and the parottas. We had a mixed vegetable curry to go with it. The side dish was also exquisitely spicy and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, despite the oohs and aahs that were avoided because of the brilliant taste. We had a melon n melon drink, probably the only thing we didn't quite enjoy, because the taste of watermelon and musk melon sure didn't blend! The place was packed by the time, and service was quick despite the crowd. We wrapped our meal with some Khubaani ka meeta - typical of the Andhra cuisine and some hot Gulab Jamoons as well. The bill was slightly higher than anticipated, but the taste of food was not compromised. A great place to stop by to satisfy your spice cravings!!

The andhra style biriyani and the gravies they serve here are out of this world. The pickles they have kept for display will make you buy them as they are highly tempting. The chicken starters and soups are classic andhra styled and these are not for the faint hearted. The aavakaya biriyani is a must try and not to forget the nellore chilly chicken. The parking here is little crowded due to the nasi & me restaurant present on the top of this place.

cockroach around table. Manager not able to say anything seeing cockroach. Charging equal to 5 star hotels but they are not maintaining standards. AC not working and they are keeping fans. There is no sufficient staff. Bad experience. Ppl are table all complienting and not happy for what we pay. Cockroach issues I'm able to see in lot of reviews. Please don't waste money and valuable time for worthless place and food.

Horrible service, the waiters just gang up in one corner and keep chatting. We have to yell for anything. Inspite of being so expensive, the place has bad service. Please choose another restaurant if service is of any importance.

Best Andra meals ever. Simple & neat ambiance. Mainly attracted by the owner - she driectly come to table & taking care. Very rare in current restaurants.

The Food was super. Tasted great. Spicy for someone like me who doesn't eat much spice. Typical Andhra food. Thali is the ideal. A'la Carte is very very expensive. The starters in A'la carte are very pricey and the quantity is very very less. Ofcourse fheh were tasty, but price not worth the quantity they give. Good place for team outings or family outings if u crave for authentic Andhra Food.

Superb food, little pricey but worth every penny. Nellore Chicken is a must. One of the Thalis is served on silver plate.

It was the worst Andhra food we have had . Very salty and very bad . The place is in the basement and has no good air-conditioning. Upkeep of the place is also bad . I regret taking my son and his friends there and spending like 2000 INR for food !

If you like your spices and you're an Andhra food enthusiast, this place should be your go-to! They've mastered the spices without compromising other flavors and taste. Excellent interiors, friendly staff, pleasant experience. The gongura and paruppu podi were stand out staples. I also loved the chicken curry and the soft phulka rotis. I wished the salt were lesser, but I guess that's just personal preference. Overall, excellent food!

The best andhra food in town. On Comparing the items between their Veg and Non-veg meals, I felt that the non-veg meals is priced a little too high, and their table is little small when compared to their large plates. So a star less. Will definitely visit again

Quite good place. Different types of dishes obviously for the first time I had. Out of those The Brinjal Biriyani and Bilal Kodi Biriyani were Fingerlickin.. You could try with other ones though.. Service was little dull, well would like to suggest to be better. Pricings also are quite high. So for the delightful food get ready to spend some what more.. Happy Food.. ????
