Fab Hotels are always known for their fake advertisements. Booked this hotel in Mylapore. They charged about 1700₹ for this so called 3-star hotel. Poor bed linens curtains stinky towels no toiletries. AC flow is good but no remote control to adjust the temperature. Even a government lodge will have better amenities. Only advantage is location. Closer to temples,Railway station, beach and consulate buildings. This hotel is located above a bar so you get stinky liquor and smoke smell throughout your stay. Its ok for a short stay. Don't consider it if you visit with family.

Hall was nice.. .They allowed Dj till midnight.. but the hall light was very dull...nd attractive...so pls do the needfull...if it changes looks more beautiful

we booked only to leave luggage and take a shower before our international flight back home. i wouldn't slept there under no circumstances. pictures are fake. building is falling apart, bedsheets werent clean and full of stains. reception is dealt by s men at the mall who even doesn't speak English was kind. avoid the place.

We were trying to book this hotel and it was asking for credit card details.. so we wanted to be sure on the location of the hotel as were new to chennai.. we called fab hotels n checked .. this property was closed .. if its closed why is it on even on website and asking for credit card details.. hope u take the necessary action..

Rooms are okay to stay Staff cordial and readily available Manager is very helpful and cooperative. Location of the hotel is great. It is on main road and Many remarkable locations are near to it. AC are old and take a long time cooling the whole room properly. When you enter the room, you feel Dusty smell in the room Cleanliness and mosquitoes are big issues. Towels and bed sheets are stained and very old. Very old building. As I entered building I was thinking where have I landed. As all places were full near to Leela, I took this.

Very bad rooms and hotel. Not suitable for family or couple. Best for immoral activities.. Reception is like a street kart, unhygenic, no place to site. Rooms are in 3rdfloor, unhygienic area.. Rooms conjusted room with no proper cooling AC, bedsheet were not neet an so the towals. Bathroom is not clean, no hot water, with very bad orders. When asked for room freshner, it took half an hour to deliver. TV was no working. As we checked early we have paid additional but not ready to give any receipt for additional amount. Though I booked for 2 days cancelled for 1 day and escaped. Totally unfriendly staffs. For the cost i could have better rooms in treebo. Don't know it is the standard of fab hotels or fab has downwarded there standard. Thank you for returning my second days rent at th same time of cancellation.

Worst ever hotel stay. No cleanliness, used pillow covers, blankets etc. bathroom smells like urine all the time. Not much space either in the room to walk around. Had hard time to locate the entrance of the hotel in the middle of the night.

Very bad in cleanliness, linen and pillow covers were used and had hair all over. Toilet cleanliness was even worse. The bad odour in the room makes it unbearable to sleep in the room for a while.

It Was a Scammed Experience for me... Because They Charged Quite Large Amount Equal To Luxury Stay But They Didn't Have a Good rooms To Justify the Amount They Charged(First Day Evening Nearly 6.30PM to Next Day Morning 11.00AM)...This Hotel Room Not Cleaned after Someone Vacates. Given a Same Dirty Pillows, Rest Room Was Not Cleaned and AC Shouted Some Instrumental Music Only a Good Thing Was That Receptionist Person helped me to use one Room for change my interview costume even After I Vacates

The pictures in the googlemap is misleading . Rooms are of very average type . The hotel is located in a very shabby and dirty place . The next floor of a local Bar whoch is not for family for sure . And the rooms are very old and no maintenance bedsheets looked like washed a year back and used multiple times .. Bathroom is yuck and water has a bad odour . I strongly recommend not to go to this hotel . They better close it down or upgrade it properly .

The rooms and hotel are nothing like the pictures. Please don't waste your money in it. The staff did the best they could but the rooms were not clean.. bedsheets had stains...no soap in the washroom...

Rooms in the pictures and in reality is totally different. Broken walls, doors and AC doesn't work properly. We asked for a non-smoking room but instead received a room full of cigarette smell. In one word its dirty hotel on top of a supermarket. Customer service doesn't understand English or hindi. Wouldn't recommended anyone.

A quiant bar with unlimited finger food and sides, but the price of drinks are bit high but still afforday. Nice place to catch up with frns but usually the crowd is only men and ppl in there 30's to 50's. Not a great young ppl scenes .... But also has another lounge with dance and music stage with different price tag. If you wanna hog this is the place.

This is a place where many shops, Hotel rooms and a Bar function. It is within 50 mtrs from Mylapore Railway station and Luz signal. The hotel was busy before Pandemic. An average standard place. Here P& R sons watch showrooms, DTP centres photo, video studio, dentist, and plastic ware showrooms run apart from a few other shops.

Super place staff very nice. I really felt happy to stay near to kapaliswara temple

Extremely dirty room and bathroom. I have to stay there because the payment was already done. The property is old and poorly maintained and next to a trash canal. Bathroom was not at all clean and in extremely poor condition. Bedsheets were not clean. The real horror was at night, lots of mosquitos entered. the room through somewhere, we didn't even opened the window. 100's of mosquitos entered the AC room. We can't even sleep. Tried to contact the recetion but no reponse. Then we walked to reception. But nobody was there in reception. Tried to contact fab customer care but no response. This is the worst hotel experience. Don't trust the photos. Avoid it. Worst hotel.

Worst room, stains everywhere on the towel, on sitting area, cupboards. No hot water in room for bathing, we have to ask for hot water then they will bring water in a bucket that too only one fourth of bucket. They are charging 50rs for one litre kinley water bottle. Very dirty place, no neatness. The complimentary breakfast they are bringing from another restaurant and serving them. Not at all recommend. Wish had zero stars.

I studied in Chennai for past five years. This was the best bad experience I had in a hotel room. No hot water, no cleanliness, mosquitoes in the room, no maintenance (no one will take care of us) and no food allowed after 12pm. There are many bad experiences to list. One good thing is that they have good wifi. Please try to not stay here.

They took my 3 days money like 3500 rupees and when I complained abt the fab hotel these people are saying to send me the picture , when I have paid through G pay , that time didn't validate whether the rooms people can stay or not.
