One of the worst dining experience. The taste was so pathetic. All the dishes were not fresh and looks like a leftover ones. Nearly 40% of the dishes got missed out from the menu. There was a crunch in manpower, due to this we have waited for more than 10 minutes in each counter. The air conditioners were also not working properly. They have kept two table fans near our table. Looks like they have turned off the air conditioners during the weekdays. Even the ice creams in the ice cream counter got melted out. The worst part was, the taps in the restroom were not working properly. They couldn’t even provide the bill properly. There was a lot of flaws in the bill. When we have tried to raise all such issues, we didn’t get a proper response from the staffs. This restaurant completely ruined our family dinner. Worst barbecue restaurant in the city. One of the big shameful restaurant in the food industry.

If there is 0 star option I would like to give them that. Not even a single dish was good. The worst thing is some dishes are spoilt. No A/C. Starting from welcome drink everything was worst.. Mayo was like water.. in mint chutney the curd was spoilt.. then the chickens were not fresh... And the other dishes i am 100% sure that everything was old one... I think yesterday's remains they are selling it today... The biryani was spoilt... The momo was spoilt we couldn't stand there ... Icecreams were like milkshakes... I asked the manager to taste it .. but he wasn't ready to... I donno wat to say.... Everything was bad.... I donno how it ll be in weekends but weekdays please don't prefer this place ... You ll regret it bigd time .....

Just given one star is for the ambiance and interiors. Apart from that everything was so poor and pathetic. The Buffet food served are very old and also not cooked properly. The cost of Big Barbecue veg Buffet is 850 Rs ( Incl Tax ) they are charging this huge amount and but nothing was big except billing. Their service is so poor because of Inexperienced staff and also they are delaying each and every items in starters. Right from starters to main course to desert, nothing really made any impact. I just hopped into this while we were wandering on a Friday evening. To our surprise the restaurant was not so busy. The overall ambience is good just good. AC is not so covered well on the sides Amit sure about the table at front. We were given a table just near the BBQ area. Since it was a December evening it was OK but if you go on summer it will Be difficult to sit and enjoy ur food. At few table they have plugged in a big table fan. Ideally this guys have to work out on the AC set up. Coming food few of them were good like honey chicken and prawns. Other dishes were OK. We didn’t tried many main course since we wanted to experience the complete starters. Hospitality was OK. Cleanliness is Poor. Any BBQ restaurant should have their dessert tasty and good but here desserts were not up to the mark. I can give a hifi to pan stick. Overall it was a good but not so great. There is room for lot of improvements.

Such a warm and pleasant service. Ambience was really cool. A best buffet restaurant to hangout with friends and family. Both veg and non vegetarian food was good. A lot of varieties of starters, main course and desserts. I'm little bit disappointed of maintenance on there restroom other than that everything was good. One time experience that's it.

We went in there for a team lunch. The ambience and everything was fine and it felt really good . They were having a variety of dishes for the buffet and food was just average I've tasted almost all items excluding vegetarian, the Sea food salad with crab , octopus , Squid was a variety experience. And I liked it . Apart from that there was rabbit meat ,turkey , and much more which they serve as a mix. It also was good and the starters provided was above average and the main course dishes had an average experience. The mutton Biriyani was good . Also the chicken curry. Later the deserts was also Okay .

Overall a good experience. The food is fine - not very good nor bad. Service is excellent. When i had visited, the restaurant was literally empty and so i got a very good service plus a peaceful conversation with the person accompanying me.

Excellent Ambience with wide range of tasty food spread....Hygiene and cleanliness are given much importance here which is missing in other BBQ restaurants. Dance floor is an highlight to get ourselves unwind a bit here...Overall More Value for our money and a proper getaway for families.

As the name suggests, they have lots of varieties of food. Lots of Indian, Italian & Chinese varieties in the menu. Buffet starts with a welcome drink, chat item, Soup, veg grill and non-veg grill items, live counters, main course and then desserts. Even octopus, rabbit, squid etc., are available for those who may be interested. On the other hand, wash room could have been maintained better. Broken cover below the wash basin are an eye-sore.

Hi, Never judge a book by it's cover and it was rightly said in this case. Just be there to get your own and real experience. For us, this was a well spent dinner night with our family with the good kind of food and the ambience. It was all put right in one place and the service provided completed our day in a great manner. We all enjoyed the food completely, with different varieties and great taste except a very few setbacks. The ambience and the service took it to another level. This is my first time here. We went for lunch on sunday. Booked a table a day before and I was taken aback when the receptionist said my booking was not confirmed. But somehow she managed to get a table for us. So, don't venture into this restaurant unless you have a confirmed booking. She said usually the bookings for the weekend get over 2 days in advance. The first impression was out of the world. Great ambience with a large space. One of the largest dining spaces in Chennai. Yet there was a huge crowd waiting outside. Has a dance floor and a DJ facility. Can celebrate birthdays n other events there. Starting with a welcome drink, the feast went on. The service was excellent. Everything was served at table. In fact we went on ourselves to explore the dishes.. Separate counters for veg n nonveg items. Live pizza counters, aappam counter, chat items counter were highlights. My kids enjoyed it a lot. Grilled items, salads, momos, pop corn are few items worth mentioning. Jalebi and desserts were delicious. Crab curry was not that impressive. Overall a must try!

This atmosphere was soo nice. You have lots of space and the ambience is superb. They have multiple dishes and few like pineapple & mutton sekh kabab were missing. To be honesh few dishes was really nice & few non- veg items were not fully cooked. Still they need to improve the taste & quality.

Good service, Great food, stupendous place to eat with your loved ones. To top all of that , found a very sweet server here named yamin looked after us all through, from complimentary drinks to brownies, coming again for sure.

We were there for the team dinner and got the early bird offer. I felt the nonveg people would have loved, there is nothing for vegetarians. Both veg and non veg do not seem any different from other chains of bbq restaurants. There is nothing that stands out in this restaurant. For us it was just another team dinner. Service was okay nothing special, they have not explained what is there in the menu where to find and what is special, might be if they have done that people would be able to find something new. But since they didn't give any briefing it was difficult to find things around. It's just another bbq restaurant, just that it is at the right place due to which it would benefit.

The Big barbeque, I thought it would be mind blowing. But the place is only good, but food was worst. Only one they'll serve starters. If you ask another time they'll not care. And food taste is also not much good, only average. The only thing that's good is kulfi. And for dancing there's good place & it's good, that would be joyful. If don't care about food then you can visit here & enjoy.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant in Chennai. Despite making a reservation for a special occasion with my family of 24, we encountered several issues that greatly affected our dining experience. The service was incredibly slow, and starters took an unreasonably long time to arrive at our table. Moreover, when we asked for pizza, we were told that "cheese was not available," which is simply not an acceptable answer in a restaurant. The momos section, which was listed on the menu, was also missing. The crab & octopus which was one of their selling point through Instagram influencers was not available.The staff seemed unaware of the menu, including the "kids special" mentioned online. The main courses were mostly served cold, and the South Indian section was absent as well. The ambiance was questionable, with a bizarre mini waterfall from the ceiling in the dining area. To top it off, there was a lack of basic amenities like water in the restroom. Considering the full price we paid for our large group, this experience was far from satisfactory. I will not be returning to this restaurant, and I cannot recommend it as a worthy barbecue buffet option in Chennai.

Useally in the concept of barbeque restaurants the main barbeque will be good and rest all other food will be average or below average. But in Big Barbeque all the foods are excellent. Only negative is there is no proper AC. People will get sweat. Even though they being a pedestal fan on request but the air is not enough when the barbeque is on. Otherwise a must visit place for yummy food across the spread.

The Ambience, food Taste.anf quality of products is great. The only thing I don't like is the service... Where i see still they need to be focused on the service part. Rest all the quantity of the foods are great. Never go for the last slot or the previous slot of the lunch where you will not get any major stuff..

Another addition to the already crowded BBQ chain restaurants in Chennai. Only difference is number of items and very wide variety. Food quality is good for many items. Some are bad. Overall great ambience and spacious. Unlike others, this has a dance deck. Great and quick service.

I have visited this place twice.. the service of non veg starters is poor (both times). All main courses average taste and the taste of octopus, rabbit, turkey, squid and crab was horrible. Unable to eat and it smells very raw (bad smell). Deserts are out of the world. I love it. Cakes ice creams, ice cream roll, chocolate fountain and kulfi was awesome..

I wouldn't start with a dry note. But being here for the first time should hold you back to say wow! That I missed here though the ambience were lit well with a pleasant note that really anyone who has a good food manner would love. Still they could do well with the quality of food they make here. I was quite held back when I found the food was way cold stored and used a bit rigorously that I could deeply feel the stench of frozen seafood. Yet I wouldn't put them down as they had been doing it quite well on updating the hot top coal barbeques frequently. The staffs were enthusiastic where as lacked a quite of hospitality that we hardly followed what they were communicating. We didn't put them down as we knew that they weren't comfortable in English. The time we visited, the air conditioning wasn't working and they managed to ventilate with pedestal fan but we werent okay with the round table that wasn't enough to accommodate 5 pax. They should have made the other tables, active for the public as we are been lured by the looks and ambience online. Coming to the variety of dishes, I would say it's not enough for quality eaters as the marination of BBQ's aren't great to taste. Some were too bland with chilly powder everywhere. Seafood, wasn't fresh except fish BBQ. Chicken varieties werent great. They should revive their collection of dishes to satisfy customers who come with higher expectations.

First time visited and amazed while seeing the Ambiance. It was mind blowing!! Food Quality and Food Varieties- need one full day to taste all the foods that much different varieties. Valet parking is available. Restaurant was spacious enough, can accommodate large team easily, but there is no reception in front. Air conditioning, vents, lighting was sufficient. Vegetarian starters were tasted really good Coming to the bad part of the restaurant: There was loud songs played while eating which was annoying. Welcome drink was not good. Service was delayed for every thing We went during the peak hour, there was not enough plates, spoons available for main course, we had to use the soup spoon. Hand wash area needs improvement, not cleaned properly

Food taste is below average, the atmosphere is good though. But beware, watch your steps⚠️ while walking as the surface is full of dangerous steps which is not very visible in poor lighting. I tripped twice luckily managed to avoid falling down. Definitely not suitable for physically challenged. Also keep your buddies close to you when walking around especially when you are not steady 🥴

Valet parking is good. Receptionist not customer friendly as we have to follow up with her to get table though we booked advance. Heavily crowded. AC cooling was not there. The DJ music sound was very loud and my child was afraid of it. They made us wait for pizza, waffle. Food was ok. Few items taste good and few not. Finally not worth the money compared to other barbecue restaurants.

We had booked a table of two for 12:30pm, had showed up half an hour late but they welcomed us as any top service restuarant would. We were seated at one the of the best spots and our server of the day, Mr.Bhaskar, has been a delight overall. He has been running around just to get our food on time and probably one of the best you can ask for! He brings out food with a smile and is always asking if there's anything that you'd want to personalize with the spice levels and taste wise. Please make sure you ask for Mr Bhaskar if you're coming to this place. Absolute gem. 💎 Overall, the food was top notch. The only thing I would improve here, maybe a better DJ. (Personal opinion) Atmosphere was a little dull, maybe I would improve lighting. Service 10/10

One of Best buffet in town for team lunch. I appreciate their varieties of food. Veg friendly buffet restaurant. I guess this s the only restaurant which runs until 5pm. Most of buffet closes by 3pm. So It's a great ➕️ of them. Customer service is good. Ambience was good huge dining area Worst part is their air conditioning I was sweating like hell. They off the AC when there is low crowd and placed a fan. That was hilarious really worst. Other than that it's a good place to try. Food was good.

The only good thing about this BBQ is that they have variety of non veg dishes like octopus, duck, rabbit and squid. But the freshness of the meat and the food quality is not upto the mark. All the starters are very salty. Deserts and icecream were good rest of the dishes were okay. Mutton Biriyani is a total disaster. They cost more than coal and its not worth for the price.

Nice ambiance and decent bbq restaurant in thoripakkam OMR. We went with 5 friends for the dinner here. Nice foods not much to compalint. Yes, there ia space whic they can improve the taste to match the competitors. Have parking space, neat and clean. The have big screen setup to watch ipl. Good place and good service. Thanks.
