I brought new Royal Enfield Himalayan in this store, I feel that the person who handle booking is not loyal his behaviour is not same as before booking and payment and after. And I didn’t get bill copy and invoice after full payment and they said I’ll get next day morning but I hasn’t and I follow-up numerous times to get it. Also during delivery I didn’t get proper hand over and not even explain basics of anatomy it’s just handover bike keys and nothing else. No proper respect on customer words and preferences. It’s overall unsatisfactory experience. I request showroom management to improve in mentioned areas and loyal to customer and make him feel good.

Very Good bike manufacturer can’t able to maintain the bike at service centre including all Royal Enfield service centre I bought two bikes both bikes are damaged and they replaced old engine parts to my new bikes that too particularly on 2nd free service. I am the only fool who bought a superb bike from Royal Enfield and getting replaced with old engine parts or damaged in second free service. In service centre manager will try to convince like it is very good condition even their mechanic did the fraud. They won’t support customer anytime. I sold my two bikes within a year First bike jet black bullet Electra TN 12 AR 0763(dec 16th 2021 to Oct 22nd 2022) Second bike white flame scram 411 TN 12 AV 6988(nov 23rd 2022 to May 25th 2023) This is the truth happened to my bikes and my happiness totally destroyed more than money

Recently I purchased Hunter 350. I would say one of the worst delivery experiences ever. They just gave the bike like you get something from grocery store. No revealing cover ceremony, no giant key offering and sales guys didn’t give a damn to provide good delivery experience. One person was good from delivery team. He explained things well although he is not sales team. Go for Velachery or tambram showroom. My friends had better experience there compared to here. Improve your customer handling dear RE staffs.

Better try to other showroom..no one will respond one's you payment done.if you don't mind any thing you call many time for your bike delivery, Number Plate, RC Book etc. . .

Went to this store to check availability of Hunter 350, the staffs were least bothered to answer. I went to the Pallikaranai branch, staffs were friendly and they had availability of all colors. I finally booked one there. I live in OMR and I work right next to this stupid branch but I had to travel all the way to Pallikaranai to buy the same exact bike these guys had. The staffs here are very judging, It's 2023 and anyone can own a RE these days if they can afford it. Treat all your customers the same way, you can't judge people by their looks.

If you would like to have poorest customer experience, at least 6 month waiting time and un ethical business, you’re welcomed to this store. I ordered continental gt 650 on april 14th , and was promised to get delivered by june. I waited till august 1st week and made a call to respectable Varun, my consultant. He replied saying that bike will be delivered in a week. I called him after a week and he ignored. This continued for almost a month . I gave up and mailed them saying I’m cancelling my booking. They threatened me to mail it as “due to my personal reason , I’m cancelling it” which was not the case. They had my advance amount , so i wanted to wait till i get refund. The best part is, in the booking form, they’ll mention that refund will be through DD and we can get it right away, but they made me wait for another month for refund. I have proof for everything i said. First bike is a dream for everyone. You made my experience worst. Thank you @royalenfieldomr and @varun

On my travel from Avadi to perungudi in Royal classic 350 i got unknown noise, immediately i called my service centre Dino motors, Mr. RAJ , Advicer , he adviced to check nearby Enfield show room and to check what is the issue and whether it is advisable to travel along with this issue. I also followed and found Enfield show room though it was not service centre it is only showroom . I requested the person in the showroom and also connected the call to our service advicer Mr.Raj, DINO MOTORS . It is one of the RE direct showroom, bike specs are well explained with good staff. Everything RE has to offer, is available here. One downside is, the staff count is less, there will be significant wait time, when there is lot of customer. They allow test drives for all the motorcycles.

I wanted to buy SM 650 from the time it launched. On July 28th I went to the show room for a test ride and met Fatin, he arranged the test ride and then explained the features of the bike. I wanted the bike before Dusshera or else before Diwali, Fatin said that if I booked immediately I may get it, so I booked immediately, but the RE tracking in the app showed that the tentative delivery date is 14th November, I was a bit disappointed, I called Fatin by the end of September and he said the he will check with the plant, and he kept me updated. Then last Sunday Fatin suddenly called me and said that the bike had arrived and we could start the RTO process. My man Fatin helped to deliver my bike before the promised date given by the plant. All the other members of the showroom as well behaved and great. The delivery manager Kartik was very helpful in explaining the features and other details. Thanks a lot to the OMR RE team.

Got delivery of Royal enfield Super meteor 650 cc royal blue colour bike on 31st October 2023, for my son doing automobile engineering. Booked 6 months ago, but bike was ready 7 days before the tentative date mentioned in the booking receipt. Awesome experience. All the staffs are very cooperative.

Worst ever experience had. I have booked Meteor350 Red on March 3. I was told that the expected delivery date (worstest case) is March 28. So, I was eager anticipating my long-waited bike purchase. But it’s been that week, I received no calls from RE either regarding full payment/RTO processes. When I called and enquired, they told it’s delayed a bit and will be delivered by next week (April 1st week). A week passed by, still no call from their end. When I called on Wednesday, they mentioned for sure the unit coming to showroom by day-after-tomo (Friday) and after RTO it’ll get delivered in next week. Only the days passed on, but no updates. When I call in the subsequent weeks, they started saying the stories like Meteor RED is undergoing some production issues, so you can either change colour or wait further. (foa, it doesn’t sound good asking customer change your bike colour) Then I waited for more than 3months but still the same stories. I was repeatedly checking with managers/executives weekly/bi-weekly. More than 4-5 dates were given but no success. Whenever I ask for the reason, they simply say “I’m saying what’s showing in app and I can’t do more”. This, as a buyer, I can itself do :( Worst part is, in this whole span of >3months, I haven’t received a single phone call saying that my delivery is getting delayed. Even the date is crossed, they’ll not bother about that. After all these, one day when I called for asking update, they themselves simply mentioned, let’s wait for this week only, else we’ll cancel your order :( Such a worst service I’ve ever seen. Didn’t expect this from you @royalenfield

Reducing one star based on my pre delivery experience ( I could have given 3 star rating or even less) bcos I was not happy in the documentation part also on enquiry about test rides & not getting proper call back even after the test ride bike was available looks so sad to see from a direct company store . Also did not get the merchandise which I badly wanted during delivery made me low as well. When other dealers like the one in Pallikarani & Tambaram where able to call back for the test rides & for the merchandise even after I said I booked the bike in the other store felt like I should have booked the bike with them . There is definitely a large area of improvement interms of staff attitude in certain area while attending the customer as well . I could have given 3 star rating or even less bcos of that but the bike delivery experience was completely opposite in a gud way. So I would like to give 5+ stars if I can . 👇 my experience I am feeling really happy to share this feedback on my New bikes delivery process taken care by Mr. Madhan & also Mr. Deepan( my sale executive) . It was exceptionally gud & the process was so smooth & the delivery arrangement along with the celebrations was mind-boggling. This is not my first bike or first bike delivery experience but this was my first Royal Enfield bike and I was little concerned before the bike delivery on how the process will complete by the end of the day but definitely Mr.Madhan's service gave a positive mindset about Royal Enfield customer service & I am really happy about it .. My entire family & friends were so amazed by the service by your team . Everyone( staff during that evening shift ) in the showroom were a part of the delivery celebration with gud smile always on their faces & small small things like providing little prop to my kid( like sun glasses )during photo session & helping my wife in choosing a proper helmet size & playing my daughter's favourite music , adding fog effect during unreveiling the bike, providing chocolates ,cake & the list goes long .. Worst Customer Service.... People not even attending the customers properly... I bought Meteor 350 from this showroom on Jul, 2021, First of all they're not even treating the customers properly. They're not attentive to new customers and on the other side,they're not even bother about you once sales part is over. In my case, I have Paid in full for my Bike, While doing payment there is no proper guidance from Showroom representative. because of their carelessness i have paid the Amount for the Bike & Insurance to RE's Account. Later they told the excess payment for the insurance will be refunded within 10 days from the RE directly and asked me to pay for the insurance again, I have paid the insurance amount separately to the insurance company as per Showroom's representative's request. Till now I haven't got my refund and The person in charge is not picking my calls and as well as not responding to my whatsapp messages even after he read my msgs. Hope users who is willing to purchase from this showroom has to be aware of their way of handling their clients.

Compared to other showrooms it's better as it is owned by Eicher motors. But personnels here are not equiped with complete details about plans. But comparing to other royal Enfield stores this showroom is far better. They are responsive also.i got my bike delivered with in 20 days (including registration of bike. The registration guy helped in getting the number that I want on chargeable basis. They have all the accessories but stocks are bit old by 2 years but they are maintaining it neatly. Overall happy with their service.
