    Extremely Disappointed with my Last Service: Poor Service, Damaged Door, and Over Billed I recently had an unfortunate experience with Capital Honda service center, and I am utterly disappointed with the level of service I received. Not only did they damage my car door, but they also displayed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. Furthermore, they have used my Insurance to fix the damage which they have caused during the service. When I received the invoice for the services performed on my car, I was shocked to see that the charges were significantly higher than the price from Honda Connect App. Did not get any proper answers from service center manager for over billing. Further more, I have been advised to keep my card doors open for a day while receiving my car and later I have found that they have mistakenly kept open my car windows while water washing and the water spilled all over my car interior. There is a complete lack of professionalism through out the service. I wont recommend you to service here if you really care about your Car.

    Lost trust in Capital Honda because of my worst experience with the Third Free Service of my car. They had delivered the car without even doing an inspection and the car came back to me with the same state when I had given it to them..

    Service is poor. But cost is high. They start the showroom by 10AM and deliver vehicles by night. They claim free pick up and drop but ask us to pay the driver. No care is taken to uphold customer commitments. The major issue comes when you try to make insurance claim. These people sell zero deprecation insurance to us promising that they will assist in insurance claims. But when you take it to claim, they just do some shabby paint job and never honor the zero deprecation clause. I suggest not to go for those costly insurance covers believing that these people will support us in claims.

    Hi viewers, be aware of this capital honda service station. For getting the car they talk very nicely but I had a very bad experience with them. My honda city new car a month old got submerged in water at velachery. I given my car to them on 9th and signed the claim form on same day. They committed they will give quote in 2 days but extended till 10days and given estimation for more then the x showroom price. I was too surprised to see this quote becoz I rapped the cylensor very tightly and water didn't went I side the engine. Insurence surveyor pushed my car to total loss. I refused it is not possible. They didn't put my car I to ramp or diagonised the fault rather they say as per honda guidelines they pushed my car to total loss. How it is possible without seeing each parts they pushed to loss based on assumption. My car is brand new car not even a month old. Insurance put my car into auction without informing me anything. But wrongly updated my mobile in website so the people started calling me were is my car. I was totally shocked and went to Honda next day to Meet GM, AGM no one was there and the service people didn't responded properly we spoken to body shop manager and asked to check the engine heals accepted that water didn't went I side the engine. Past 10 days they kept my car as it is without drain the water l. When we asked they say surveyor said not to clear it. When we as surveyor they say they didn't say that to them finally, I said I want to take out My car to workshop and am not interested to keep my car there. They told to pay rs.10000 as estimation charge. And rs300 perday for 10days 3000 plus tax to be paid to takeout my car from Honda. I argued and through GM ofbtata motors we spoke and reducedn10000 to 3000 and another 3000 for10days and tax totally 7085 paid and took my car to workshop. They convincing the customer to push the car to total loss and go for new car. I knew my car won't have much problem. So I took it to workshop. VIEWERS do not trust on Honda. Please recheck with ur mechanic before leaving to honda service centre. I do not know how many customers has been push3d to go for new car to develop their business. Friends please be aware of Honda service station. Never ever go for it.

    Please send someone who knows driving or professional drivers for pickup and drop. Today I have booked for car service and they guy just crashed the backside wall in the parking area. Worst service ever. You should hire professional drivers.

    Very pathetic experience with them. My honda amaze got flooded in December 2023, I took the vehicle on 9th December and the surveyor completed the survey on 14 December 2023, advised for an estimate. When I left the vehicle, they quoted 2.5 L orally, then after further followup a guy called and said it would be 4.5 Lacs, asked to sign a declaration that if I needed the vehicle in running condition alone.. I waited there for an hour because a guy named Gowtham, who was there in the tea shop when I went for tea before entering the showroom, he arrived after an hour and told me the estimate was not done yet.. Asked me to wait.. No communication at all except u will be charged for a parking fee and estimation charges.. Fast forward a week, no estimation came, literally got irritated, on 27th December after 19 days of waiting, went there in frustration, they stated that they have prepared an estimate for 5.01 L dated 12-21-2023, That estimate even a child can do without any errors.. Lot of errors !! Its a surprise to see Torque converter, SRS module assembly for a MT and without an airbag system.. Wiring alone is 74K, torque converter 74k, they have given quotation for everything except the engine.. The advisor said its the protocol to change everthing as per honda!! When asked he doesn't know anything..Also there won't be any issues for next two years ( they will ask you sign a form stating they don't give any warranty/guarantee on any of the items since it is flooded). When I looked at the estimate, it looks like they don't have any clue on the models and they are quoting based on excel template, for that template we need to pay 10K + tax.. Total rip off!! Parking fee!! 300 per day!! Finally paid around 15K to get the car back!! AGM was so rude, stating that they can't do anything if u can't repair here ! ! I paid whatever to get the car out!! Don't trust these cheaters!!

    Worst service centre. Lack of knowledge for all the people's they will create a new problem instead resolving the issues. Worst behavior of service manager irresponsible person. They will keep your vehicle for long time they will not do any follow ups with insurance if you go for any insurance related things ,customer has to take care in my case I did all the follow ups. Seriously body shop managers are behaving like irresponsible. For general service they will charge more but they are not even cleaned your vehicle and oil top ups not even windshield water, but they will promise many things. They will stole all your belongings if any costly things kept accidentally in the dashboard. If you're changing tyre they will not do any wheel alignment and balancing. Worst service centre please don't visit.

    There is a complete lack of professionalism with no proper communication, resulting in delayed deliveries. They even deliver cars without proper cleaning and are known to cause damage. Despite our inquiries, their response usually involves apologies and assurances of providing the best solution, yet they rarely take any substantial action. Our experience involved leaving our car for bodywork and service, during which some damages occurred. They admitted their mistake and promised rectification. We submitted the car again for the promised painting, yet upon delivery, no noticeable changes were made. When we confronted them, their response was another apology and assurance of fixing the issue, but subsequent communication was nonexistent. We escalated the matter by sending an email to their Customer Relations head, hoping for some acknowledgement or response, but again, there was no reply. If they intend to continue operating their business, it is imperative that they display even a minimum level of professionalism and take responsibility for their actions.

    Honda Cars should leave India already. I just got a bill for Rs.14180/- for a general service with no fault rectification. Service includes oil change and oil filter change and some nick knacks. For this parts charge is 3370 and labor charge is absurd 10800! For God’s sake its not CRV, its just a Honda Jazz with 1.2L petrol engine with manual transmission (not even a CVT). Extremely bad *Capital Honda*. This is basically Looting. I strongly recommend anyone who own a Honda for reliability, get an independent garage’s help and save your hard earned money Its clear they are hoping to balance the lack of sales in service. I wish I can give a -1 review for this.

    One of the worst centre. I have given my car for body work and general service. but during delivery, many were not fixed as discussed. In addition, it was delivered with a new scratch. Then raised a complaint and fixed the scratch. But the feedback given was not taken in a constructive way, he internally damaged the ac vents, switch, chimes...

    Like most car service centers, you have to make these guys work since they are not ready to work! Have a proper check of you car interior and exterior before leaving the place since they don't even clean the vehicle properly. Hopefully they do the other maintenance like oil change, wheel alignment etc well. Their higher management is very responsive and really care for their customers yielding the 3 stars!. On top of this, remember the service center guys themselves give feedback for them on the feedback form instead of you. So don't forget to ask for the feedback form and also the service check form which also has option for the feedback.

    Waste of time and not at all good doing the service in this place. The road side service centre is far better than the capital OMR Honda. My strongest recommendation is not to go for service. They are learning and learning the service with my car and my money. They are doing it on the service basis of hit and trail .. useless service centre.. no one is taking the responsibility in addressing customers complaints. Including the Service center GM. The biggest problem in this services centre is that ,none of the employees is for a long time as this is not a good place to deal with as service advisors are keep changing so you have update all the issues story with new advisor . This really really big pain area to address by the management. For sure down the line. Costomer Stop 🛑 coming to this place for service. The most important point is that customers will think and go and buy other brands cars instead of Honda. People will lose confidence in the Honda brand.. so many options are available for me to do the service.. why we are coming to Honda Service center. Do you think we need to pay money without doing anything? And where is Honda Service quality come into picture? This is the worst place and no one can do the service worse than this place.

    Came for the first service of city here. I had to wait for an hour to hand over the car and 2 hours while picking up the car which was already ready. They did an underbody paint job and it was spilled to the side of the car as well. Managers don't seem to care and were just laughing and chitchatting. My car was better off if it's just at home. It just baffles me that no one there cares about the quality of work.

    For Amaze general service they charged 19k. No extra repairs nothing just for general service. Service also not at all impressive, Car interiors are not cleaned just placed a paper on mats and given, Didn’t cleaned seats as well. Even minor scratches which will go off on rubbing with 3m car rub also not removed. I have given car for pick up and drop , service advisory didn’t even explained what they are going to service or estimate cost .He is just talking and cutting the call not even listening to what we want to say. Without letting me know they just added all the add on services. Bill is not at all proper everything is showing as 0 but in last page they added 9k service and 9k labour. Will never give to service here and I wont recommend this to anyone at all. My previous service is at different city and they it costed me 7k. This service centre people are very money minded.

    I started having issues in brake immediately after the service done at this service centre. My car perfectly running fine until I stop for regular service at Perungudi station. The car vibrates after applying hand brake. I have driven the car for 20K kms and was informed the brake pads will be replaced during next service and currently the brake pads are in good condition. A simple thing was not done properly that dashboard was not fixed properly after changing ac filters. I don't think they have examined the braking system precisely. What is the main reason for doing periodic service? It is not for looting money from us. Braking system is very sensitive part that needs regular examination. Paid 12k for nothing. I will never bring my car here and think twice before you do regular service here.

    Horrible place and worst service station.H Standard not maintained in any perticular moment and activities. Money making is the only criteria they were up to. Sapphire honda Bangalore is far better than Capital honda . I will never come back and I request Honda car owners not to visit Perungudi Capital honda service station , you also will get same or similar disappointment for sure. Johnson. Chennai.

    Capital Honda service centre is great to get car service, Service advisors are great with adequate knowledge and don't try to load bill with unnecessary charges over and above agreed. Timely delivery and good workmanship. However the so called customer lounge is horrible to any brand standard. Management must look into upgrading the customer seat out or lounge area.

    Only due to the negligence of a security and two service persons, my brand new car went thru scratches, and a small dent at bumper. Also scratches at front right side alloy wheel. Parked the vehicle and i was about to get down. But the service person who was coming outside in another car asked me to get my vehicle inside instead of them taking it inside. It was very tight situation that I had to move my vehicle in. Security and other service guy directed me wrongly which resulted in scratches. I highly not recommend this service station to anyone.

    The route to service station is bad/worse.. the amount we spent or effort they put to clean is utter waste by the time we reach main road again. Road is so bad and more particularly in rainy times.. service wise is good, but above factor is a serious concern

    Amaze top end - Very bad service had ordered a mirror it took a week for them to deliver it and they were postponing it many times ( Vasudevan a team leader of them was in touch with me ) very bad response he simply said wrong part has come this that all. I use to follow up on this on daily basis with him still he was taking it very light.;( Requesting you not to go there for anything ) It's a shame that its a such a big company

    One of the worst experience in all my 4 years of service. I came with a complaint. They didn't resolve it Instead they gave me another problem with the car. I came with side mirror issue. They didn't fix that but Now, the car AC is not working... I am in fear whether to go there or not... What if they will give me another great ache. Worst service ever. Don't go there.

    This is my 5th continuous service and I am totally satisfied with the experience. Especially Mr. Mohan helped me diagnosed my wr-v vehicle (TN14S1627)and explained the necessary issues and health report of my car. Also he delivered my car as promised. They keep check with me after service feedback and service dues. Excellent service team and I wish they should continue.

    I visited this service center for the first time and noticed that the staff are very responsive. I would like to personally appreciate Mr Sridharan who took proactive efforts to get my case resolved which was with regard to bumper and door repair and general servicing. Overall a good service center and a good experience for me.

    Goutham Sir, handled the insurance requirements with the surveyor due to tree branch cracking the windshield and the bumper. Though there was a delay in first getting approval and them the actual repair due to Diwali holiday and then rains. He kept me in the loop updated status regularly. The final expense too was within the estimated expense , to finally get my car back in mint condition with new front windshield and bumper. Thank you for an excellent service

    A few seconds to taken to thank the entire team, especially lead by a right person named ROOPA KUMAR working along with the efficient people named Mahendran and Sridhar from workshop. They are always kind enough to address all your queries, problems that we have over the car and they end up quoting a reasonable price. YOU CAN CALL THEM TEN TIMES & MORE A DAY to know the status of the car where they politely and patiently take you through on what’s currently going happening.. I come from Meenambakkam to OMR for a reason, it’s Roopa Kumar and his team, though we have a service center at Meenambakkam. A small note on fuel utilization, please look at how it’s taken care as I see lot has been consumed.

    Thank you for the support in insurance claim. My vehicle is all new now. They explained the process, shared the estimates and proactively ordered long lead parts. They were keep updating the progress and ensured on time delivery. Fantastic efforts by Mr.Gowtham from body shop and Mr.Vasu from Service. Appreciations and I will recommend all to visit

    My car got perfectly fixed and serviced by body shop team Mr. Paul , Mr.Sredhar and Mr.Vasu They were able to understood my all issues on the car and delivered it with great quality . Mileage is improving now and thanks a lot for the good work service and Body shop Car cleaning is amazing and looks like a new car I feel like a driving a new car after the service . Keep the good quality of work. I am very happy to give my car service when ever it is required

    I service my Honda car regularly there and so far, i am very satisfied. I have other brand cars too and Honda is fair and reasonable in servicing. They don't suggest any change of parts which isn't necessary. I think the integrity of Honda brand can also be seen in this center.

    Crater ridden approach roads . You are lucky if underbody is not hit. Roads are maintained by corporation not fault of dealer as such. But jus be aware.

    I went for ac not cooling..they told they hav to open the dashboard..for opening it, 1.the cost is 3850rs plus tax.. 2. if the ac coil went off it costs 8500rs plus tax. 3.if the piston went off it costs 6500rs plus tax 4.if the compressor went off it costs 48000rs plus tax 5.if all three went off thn it comes around 70000rs approximately 6.u have to fill gas mandatorily if we change anything.it costs around 1900rs plus tax 7.they dont hav any parts.they have to order and get it. But service centres lyk hyundai,tata have ready parts available for their cars..poor service from honda..

    Using this service for an year n more. They are excellent on their work. Especially arriving customers & delivering the same in promising times are awesome. Would like to mention Body Shop Mr. Mahendran & Service advisor Rafi, Offered me the best ever service. Thank you CAPITAL HONDA. Drawback: Labour charge is heavy compared to others.

    I had a purchased a pre-owned Honda City Automatic IV tech V (TN22 BR 3204) version during Jan 2020. After my purchase, I had not serviced the car and approached Capital Honda service center at Perungudi for the first time for a general health check of the car. I had purchased the car with a small dent in the side board and eventually my car had some dents and scratches. The professionals at the service center did a great job in getting my car serviced. I would like to particularly thank Mohan and Rajeev from the center who take care of my needs. Mohan helped me with the general health check up of the car, he was quite attentive and professional in giving me the right advice on what spares needed replacement and what could wait. My two major concerns were mileage and AC not being effective and Mohan promptly attended to the concerns and addressed them in the service. Rajeev was managing the body shop related work for my car. I wanted to get the dent on the side board fixed along with the other scratches/dents. Rajeev offered wonderful service. He gave me sound advice in terms of how to reduce my overall payout, was quite flexible for negotiation, did a good job of coordinating with the insurance company and got the job neatly done. He had also offered me additional services relating to polishing and cleaning the car. I was really impressed with the body shop work. My car looked brand new after the service. Thanks to Mohan and Rajeev for their exemplary service. I would highly recommend this service center for all Honda cars!

    Gave my car for full body painting along with dent and scratch removal...fully happy with the paint job done...got my car as good as new... absolutely no scratches seen in the body... They also provided body polish as complement...Rathinakumar was the person who coordinated this and delivered the car on the promised date.

    Okay! A big honest review! Was looking for a honda city in particular.. i kept calling couple of showrooms and kept enquiring of what was available and the discounts and offers i would get.. a sales executive from Capital Honda ( Mr. Prathap ) called me when i was at work. He made an appointment to meet me.. he came to my work place and finished the deal ! I was super excited to see an executive put in so much effort in explaining things and do the best for me! I know i really did make a good deal.. booked the car.. and from there on.. every step was taken care of.. intimation and processing was clear as crystal. Opinions were shared! Doubts were cleared on spot!! From day one until delivery of the vehicle things were made easy for me! Over all the experience was fantastic!! The job was truely professional! Thanks to capital Honda! Enjoying everyday with my new ride!! ?

    Did my 3rd year service recently and consecutively in this dealership and service center for the below reasons. 1. Professionalism. Right from the Pick up drop executive Mr. Vijay, their head Mr. Prasanna and the service executive Mr. Mohan who has been assigned for my vehicle. The Pick up drop executive gave me a heads up and was on time. He took the details including the complaints I have and ensured that he will update the executive accordingly. As soon as the vehicle reached the service center, Mr. Mohan called and explained all the process in detail for this particular service, got my consensus and proceeded further. He kept updating me on the diagnostic results and the status of the service. 2. On time delivery. As discussed and agreed upon, the vehicle was delivered on time and it came as if I got a brand new one from the showroom. Excellent detailing was done and they took time to explain all the job done and walked me through the invoice. It was a pleasant experience and everyone of them ensured that we get the best customer service experience and I am glad that my vehicle is in the right hands. They did a follow up call as well to ensure everything is as expected and assured that they are there to help in case if we need any assistance w.r.t the vehicle. Keep doing the wonderful job and happy to be associated with this team and the service center.

    Mr. Mahendra did the fantastic job. The music system had the fault and it was said while delivering the vehicle after repair in Feb, that he has launched the complaint with music system supplier. The system should get replaced in June due to response time in Corona. Today he replaced the system without follow up from my end. I never expected this. Thanks a lot and good job.
