Guys, this company is pretty grown in its BPS process. It has so many people inside it who fight for promotion and other things, so if you think you can compete, sorry to say it would have extremely low possibilities. I would say you may only join if you think you love extending shifts and also wouldn't mind about promotion and other things and you are least bothered about anything that happens. I can not completely blame how they manage as its already a well established process that they run as their main interest now might be to save some bucks.(There is a flaw in the system and needs revision). They might not have a second choice to retain if you play a conditional resignation. You only bet if you could withstand the fast pace and challenges. Obviously work is fun, this work might make you feel really good. But join at your own risk, i might suggest some other better companies for career development if thats what you are looking for. Its a good company for female employees who work for a challenging role without expecting much. They give good benefits but not as much as you put, i guess. Um, someday i would like to see and manage an entire crowd and try to have my employees happy while running business in a profitable way! I think its hard but still wonder why can that not be done? Maybe huge profit goals or maybe immediate returns, there should be a balance threshold, but they over flow!!! Someday, God willing i wish to feel the pain managing a crowd at low costs while satisfying 'em all. Nice experience at Hexaware, had to abscond for a better career. AM is good, TL is good, Quality is good if you know how to talk. But would they take your problems as theirs? Umm,,,, You should see for yourself. This company is not leave friendly, Sets unrealistic targets, HR policies are only for documentation purposes and i don't think there is even a OT allowance policy listed in the portal, but that should be there actually to comply with government on employee rights or something!!! So awareness for OT is less spread among the employees so no one really questions! Say you had done your job and good to go, they will increase target! They don't really do complete KT for potential emps who willing to grow, rather those seasoned maintain some secret so they can finish counts and go to sleep, No equal opportunity for new joinees(you are a new joinee{thats how i define it, maybe} even after a year as speaking of complete KT)when you are potential enough to learn. Full KT, maybe if someone's leaving unexpectedly (if you are lucky) lol. As i said they are well established, so not much to blame, its a huge crowd. All these things only apply to the process i worked for which is a BGV and for a particular client. So go in with hopes, maybe you could have a excellent chances! Best wishes! 🙂

One of the worst company... Full of politics...I worked for 1yr in Hexaware bps...they don't even understand employee's prblm...process was too good but they don't know how to manage...no one will appreciate if you did your wrk perfectly. 99.9% they asked us to extend🙄 but they don't give allowance for that...worst transport facility.. moreover 1yr bond for all process... Overall I had a bad exp only in that organization..if anybody wants to join means then go and exp the worst part of ur life

Saw there Advertisement on Naukri for the vacancy of International Voice processing Night shift. In which it stated Experience: 0-5 years, Salary: 2,00,000p.a to 3,50,000p.a. Fresher are also welcome to apply. With only one way drop. I'm a fresher with Excellent communication skills, Bachelor degree, fulfilled all criteria and completed all rounds of interview, leaving the voice trainer and floor supervisor impressed with my interview performance and was offered a salary of 12,500p.m that is 1,50,000p.a after negotiating with the HR there final offer was 14,000p.m and I didn't opt for transport. How is this any where close to what they advertised? Total waste of my time and petrol.

I attended an interview in 2017. The accent trainer is like its… Feelzzzz not Feel. Oh! Your existence in your mother womb was not decided when english was ‘Born’. Like a fish market, a rodomontic lunatic.

Hexaware technologies is also called hexaware bps. That is a IT company. They are hiring for email support executives. You can use the opportunity. But communication skills is very important. They asking vaccination certificate for entering the office. You must want to be vaccinated to come please place.

If you like to work in one of the worst work culture please join.. They will say quality is important but it's just to sack ur salary and they will demotivate and make u feel good for nothing .. I lost my confidence working here..

I went Hexaware bps chennai one location for interview. It such sn amazing experience that i met friendly and professional all over there. HR system is outstanding. Unlike other companies they do not make us wait for hours instead they will call us during manager's convenient time and complete the interview process in couple of hours. Awesome that they give immediate feedback and the statement will be bearable. Interview panel members are cool. About location, free parking available even for visitors. Only one drawback that is unavailability of restrooms for interview candidates. Overall, great experience!

I had a worst experience with HR Mr.Vignesh only for count and name sake he invited me for interview. Even I had taken leave to attend interview after speaking to HR over phone. I am totally dissatisfied with the company HEXAWARE because of the experience. I am interested to discuss and share to senior HR top management at HEXAWARE.

Fraud company Hexaware bps (bpo) which is located in prince info city is totally a fraud place. They conduct an interview for everyone just for their time pass. No proper response from the company. I cleared all the rounds and the HR said we didn't get your Feedback from the client. Like seriously! Full of politics. Don't waste your time by attending their useless interviews. The interview process which they conducted nearly took 20 days. Later they called me and said that I'm selected and told me to bring my documents. When I went to the office to submit my documents they are saying that we didn't get your feedback from the client. Then why did they called me and asked for my documents? Worst place for freshers! They select only experienced candidates.

Guys,If you have good communication with English fluency to attend the interview process otherwise don't go wasting your time and money waste

The Hexaware in Prince Infocity 2 is an bpo which they call it as Hexaware BPS. Most of the process in there are US shift based except one VFS which is an UK based one. You can live life happily have fun. But if you think of a great future its not the place that i would recommend. But you can have an overall good experience in there.
