Guys,
this
company
is
pretty
grown
in
its
BPS
process.
It
has
so
many
people
inside
it
who
fight
for
promotion
and
other
things,
so
if
you
think
you
can
compete,
sorry
to
say
it
would
have
extremely
low
possibilities.
I
would
say
you
may
only
join
if
you
think
you
love
extending
shifts
and
also
wouldn't
mind
about
promotion
and
other
things
and
you
are
least
bothered
about
anything
that
happens.
I
can
not
completely
blame
how
they
manage
as
its
already
a
well
established
process
that
they
run
as
their
main
interest
now
might
be
to
save
some
bucks.(There
is
a
flaw
in
the
system
and
needs
revision).
They
might
not
have
a
second
choice
to
retain
if
you
play
a
conditional
resignation.
You
only
bet
if
you
could
withstand
the
fast
pace
and
challenges.
Obviously
work
is
fun,
this
work
might
make
you
feel
really
good.
But
join
at
your
own
risk,
i
might
suggest
some
other
better
companies
for
career
development
if
thats
what
you
are
looking
for.
Its
a
good
company
for
female
employees
who
work
for
a
challenging
role
without
expecting
much.
They
give
good
benefits
but
not
as
much
as
you
put,
i
guess.
Um,
someday
i
would
like
to
see
and
manage
an
entire
crowd
and
try
to
have
my
employees
happy
while
running
business
in
a
profitable
way!
I
think
its
hard
but
still
wonder
why
can
that
not
be
done?
Maybe
huge
profit
goals
or
maybe
immediate
returns,
there
should
be
a
balance
threshold,
but
they
over
flow!!!
Someday,
God
willing
i
wish
to
feel
the
pain
managing
a
crowd
at
low
costs
while
satisfying
'em
all.
Nice
experience
at
Hexaware,
had
to
abscond
for
a
better
career.
AM
is
good,
TL
is
good,
Quality
is
good
if
you
know
how
to
talk.
But
would
they
take
your
problems
as
theirs?
Umm,,,,
You
should
see
for
yourself.
This
company
is
not
leave
friendly,
Sets
unrealistic
targets,
HR
policies
are
only
for
documentation
purposes
and
i
don't
think
there
is
even
a
OT
allowance
policy
listed
in
the
portal,
but
that
should
be
there
actually
to
comply
with
government
on
employee
rights
or
something!!!
So
awareness
for
OT
is
less
spread
among
the
employees
so
no
one
really
questions!
Say
you
had
done
your
job
and
good
to
go,
they
will
increase
target!
They
don't
really
do
complete
KT
for
potential
emps
who
willing
to
grow,
rather
those
seasoned
maintain
some
secret
so
they
can
finish
counts
and
go
to
sleep,
No
equal
opportunity
for
new
joinees(you
are
a
new
joinee{thats
how
i
define
it,
maybe}
even
after
a
year
as
speaking
of
complete
KT)when
you
are
potential
enough
to
learn.
Full
KT,
maybe
if
someone's
leaving
unexpectedly
(if
you
are
lucky)
lol.
As
i
said
they
are
well
established,
so
not
much
to
blame,
its
a
huge
crowd.
All
these
things
only
apply
to
the
process
i
worked
for
which
is
a
BGV
and
for
a
particular
client.
So
go
in
with
hopes,
maybe
you
could
have
a
excellent
chances!
