Best pet food product and accessories but I won't recommend to buy fish or bird, especially on Oscar or flower horn... Worst health condition...

Good quality of fishes. Brought a female flowerhorn fish for 150rs.(Indian breed) Price is reasonable. All the fish tanks are clean. Friendly and patient worker

When someone goes to shop. Shop owners and shop workers don't come to you. U have to ask 1 question multiple times. Until they recognise your voice more than pubg sound. A collection of fishes and more accessories available. Neat en environment , But the customer service was very bad. The shopkeeper should recognise this for upcoming days.

When a customer enter’s shops no one care here. Seeing poster all around that no exchange no return fixed rate thought Ok Shop providing quality services so they expecting something good from customer but poor poor customer service, the Shop owners and shop workers don't interact or welcome and ask what we need. We have to ask 1 question multiple times. They will say and go somewhere and again we have to call n ask. Even all the items are very costly.

They have moved to a larger shop (in the same complex). They have good variety of fishes and also now there is good space to park your vehicle infront of the shop.

Cost are high, and not reasonable... When compared to other aquarium. You could find most things you need for your aquarium though. Be sure to research, what you want before you going in for aquarium. (Beginner's do your research). Also, fish quality is just moderate.

They made a custom tank with internal sump for me. It was good. It needed some cleaning. The finishing and glue application was ok. They were very responsive when you called. I would recommend them for custom tank.

Shop was good with different fishes. But almost in most of the tanks fishes were dead, which was not even cleared.

I have visited 2 times to that shop most the fishes price are cheap when compared to other shops actually i purchased 4 cherry shrimps for around 200 rs and 1 kulhi loach for around 60 rs you might find some rare type of fishes there the people working there are customers friendly and it's kinda fish +bird shop ,cons is that you might have chance of missing that shop on night time since of its Location type
