Yeah , This shops has good number of collection to buy . Roshan brand was a good in quality so you can go nd purchase. Store customer service wise , it was really amazing . Give them a try , if you need to any bag related stuffs : ) Picture - I went for sling bag purchase , which costs around 760/_ exact with including 20 percent discount from their original MRP price . Price may be little bit high but it has great value for our price .

Be careful when u go and buy anything from this shop in Thoraipakkam. They will cheat people . With my personal experience I am writing this review. Staff is very rude and doesn't respectcustomers .i have proff also with me . That these people are Pakka cheaters and they are simply advertising as discounts and they will hike the mrp price and offering discounts. U will get more and genuine discounts in online purchases and they will give Gurantee also..

This month 12th i buy bag for my kid 3rd std cost Rs 999. She use only for 5 day Zip is broken and dotted design also fad.some collection ok but some collection not quality good. Customer service also not good.

If you have brought the bag from here, the after sales service is great. They would get your bag fixed. It comes back as good as new. I would strongly recommend the place. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had , went to buy a trolley and there was a guy who lethogically answered me as he didn't even consider me as a buyer..!! You should know how to reply to a customer when he asks you questions if you are in the position of it answering it..!!! Ps- i bought the same trolley even 500 rs less online..!!!

I have never had any problems with the items I have purchased from this store. They offer a wide range of brands for bags, including their own brand, and the quality of the products is superb. Even with heavy use, you won't have any issues. I have purchased at least 10 items from here and only once experienced an issue with a shoulder bag that had some paint problems, but it was promptly replaced when I brought it to their attention. We bought from Roshan 4 Derby brand suitcases each worth of 7k + considering their promises on full warranty claim for any damages for next 3 yrs later when we reach them for warranty claim they denied and poor response from staff. Totally disappointed. Better to purchase with the brand seller instead getting from such retailers

But they increase the price and offer discounts on it to make it feel as huge discounted price for us. Mostly quality bags are costly above 1500 range. Verdict: If money is not your concern they you can go for it. Please negotiate before you buy you can less the price by 10-15% sometimes.
