Okay where do I start. This is the worst parlour i have visited ever. I regularly visit naturals every 3 months as i love pampering myself. But i accidentally saw this branch and i thought why not give it a shot as i have explored almost all branches near my area except this one. It was the worst decision to step into this parlour. Most under experienced staff. They forced me to take the most expensive hair spa in the list and i already had done a haircut before 6 months. And my hair already looks amazing no offense but the hair stylist is most inexperienced in terms of what hair services are. They completely ruined my perfectly long hair. And charged 6k for it. I used to pay on only half of that in the other naturals branches. They told if i give them a 5 star rating they would give me a discount. So all the reviews that u see are paid. Don't fall for it. dont step into this place. There are better naturals branches near this place. I wish I could upload a picture before and after to show u how bad they messed up my hair. They can't even do a proper threading.

They are good. But they need to keep the toilet clean if it's going to be a unisex toilet.

Naturals Lounge TTK salai services are excellent. Their staff are maintaining cordial relationship with customers. Manager Uma madam is prompt in fixing time slot for me when I contacted Naturals over phone. When I reached there in time I could get the services of their staff Rohan for hair cutting and coloring immediately. In general these people polite and courteous with customers. Clean and well maintained place, but the real Rockstars here are the staff. Amazing care and wonderful attention to detail. They take their time and give you amazing service. I tried the mani pedi - both really relaxing and well done. Hair shampoo, massage and blowout was amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and do and excellent job!

To start with both my wife & myself go to this salon. She used to have long, strong and perfect hair without any hair loss. I noticed that after doing the hair spa there was a lot of hairfall and it was kind of very frizzy. I do my hair cut with them and feel that stylists are inexperienced and can't recommend any new hair style for the customer instead of re doing the same style that customers have for ages. I would appreciate it if you guys could step up and suggest some good styles and options.

Brilliant. It is the Best Salon in Chennai. So satisfied with their service always that Me and my family have been regular customers for over 5 years now. Naturals Lounge is absolutely amazing when it comes to hair styling. They have some of the best stylists I have used, and their service is absolutely brilliant. I have been using them for several years now and have never been disappointed!

Been a regular client here for 13 years now (they were at EA Mall first and then moved to the old TTK location and are now here) and they have never once disappointed me! Always receive the best service here and get exactly what I want and need. I don't have to explain much about my needs since their professionals are excellent at anticipating what each client prefers. They are also experts in knowing exactly which look suits each person. I have taken away such good memories from this place and will always come back no matter which part of the world I live in!

Have had good experiences in this salon for my services. Front desk always accommodates my short notices for appointment. Hair spa and hair wash and blow dry are major services i took and it is always a relaxing experience for me. Would recommend this place for hair services.

Knowing suman for more than 10 years I would say Suman is the best make up artist I have ever come across in my life. I have been to most of the top stylist and make up artist but I always come back to her because the kind of service and warmth she gives will bring you back to her no matter what. She is never a person who will ask you to buy a lot of products instead her approach will be holistic like she would start from sleep, water to using products. I would the TTK lounge by Suman is the best among other lounges. Her staffs are amazing too.

Amazing ambiance , great service and very good customer service . Highly recommend this place for a lovely head to toe beautification. Love the way Sunan makes me feel before any event I attend she is exceptionally good with hair styling and make up . I am a wedding planner and love referring her to my brides . Kind, polite, helpful staff..But hair stylists are worst . Visited twice and ended screwed up both times with pathetic messy hair cuts. Had to redo haircut on both occasions in an adjacent naturals saloon that was good. My verdict is, Men avoid this place. Came to know from others they provide discount for Five star rating and are paid reviews. Don't fall for this.

It’s been over three years I am connected with the Naturals TTK lounge for my monthly routines. Though my ask of them is largely very limited , I enjoy the services and the commitment by the team to ensure they give quality and time to their customers. Through covid while saloons were largely shut , naturals lounge provided a clean and safe environment that was the need of the hour then! Best place for all hair cuts and make ups. They treat customer's very well and have very good understanding on the customer requirements. So jovial and friendly staff.

Will give ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ for hair styling. But took a massage and this outlet seriously damages Naturals brand. They have couple of novice therapists who have learnt from an earlier colleague. It is an absolute waste to take a massage with them. Pedicure was below par.

I find Suman and her staff very customer-friendly, polite and skilled. Suman herself is a very hands-on person! I enjoy my experience there.
